Very nice hotel and reasonably priced. Our room was located by a maintenance pump so we had some noise through the night but the hotel staff discounted our room for the inconvenience. We appreciate the care about our stay. Would definitely return in the future.

Hotel was very spacious, staff was very helpful, breakfast was sufficient, and beds were comfortable. Only complaint was the pool was freezing cold. Outside of that, great hotel for a basketball trip.

Did not like the sliding doors in bathroom. They were to hard to open in our room. And one of the washing machines was not working and one of the treadmills not working. But we liked our stay for the week.

The Electric Car Charging station was down which was a bit of an issue for me, but Chantalle stepped in and made our stay better and handled the situation very professionally and made us feel much better. She is a real asset to the property. Thank you Chantalle!

The facility was clean & roomy & everything needed was provided. There was parking very close to the building in a well-lit parking lot. My husband took advantage of the fitness room. We did not get back to our room each night until 10:30 so the fact that it was available 24 hours was a big plus! The complimentary breakfast was good & offered lots of options. The only thing I didn’t care for was the pocket door in the bathroom but that was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel was nice. There was a nice little market for things forgotten or snacks. The gym area was very nice although I would have preferred it not have glass allowing people to look into the gym from the lobby/elevator area. My room was nice, but it could have been cleaned a little better. The floor was sticky so I don't believe it had been mopped well. Having the kitchen area was very nice.

Had a nice stay, room was nice, spacious and clean but there were stains on the sofa bed and couch. Everything else was good though, including the pool, breakfast and gym facilities. I do wish however they would replace the sofa in the lounge/reception/ dining area…cushions appeared either dirty or stained

We had a very good stay here. Clean. So clean. I used to own a motel and clean them so I know what is clean. The bed was ever so comfortable. This room was big enough for myself and grandkids. Loved the pool

Good breakfast with nice outside seating, close to restaurants—many within walking distance, staff was fantastic—very friendly and accommodating.

amenities. Clean dishes,silverware, bowls, microwave, toaster, hit plate upon request, ironing board, extra thick blanket stowed away. Shampoo conditioner and body wash provided mounyed on the wall of the shower. Reserved a king size bed suite with included a pull out day bed that had a partition curtain between the two. Hotel even provides fresh apples and free bottled water in addition to the self serve continental breakfast offered every morning. Would definitely stay here agin when i am in town. Hotel sits up on a hill so it is not on the main street to it was fairly quiet when hanging out outside. Full lounge area in the front with a gas powered fire pit.

We unfortunately found hair in our bed and were moved to another room and found hair in the newly assigned room. The night time staff member did what he could to accommodate us as he was the only staff member, the morning staff assisted in comping us for the first night but I wouldn’t refer anyone to this location.

The property was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. We stayed 3 nights and we would not hesitate to stay again.

Convenient location and cute decorations and aesthetic. However, our room was not clean… there was dirt and food crumbs all over the floor in our room. There was a dishwasher and kitchenette; however, the utensils in the drawer still had scum and food on them. The shower was very low pressure and only had hot water when turned to the highest setting which was too hot. If turned the slightest cm it changed to Luke warm water only.

Room was not clean. Ref had crumbs in it. Bedside table had some gooy white stuff on it I don't even want to think about it. Bathroom door was broke... No handles couldn't use it.

Very clean and hospitable

Checked in to room with dirty stained carpet and filthy sofa. Staff moved us to 2nd room, not as dirty, but carpet was wet from loud and broken ac. Moved us again next day. Just accepted the fact that the furniture and carpeting is filthy everywhere. Bed cover was removed showing a large personal stain on bedding. Other stays at Home2 Suite in NC we’re wonderful and clean. This property is just not maintained well.

Clean and staff were very friendly

Our room was not very clean, trash not taken out from previous guests with a dirty diaper left in the bathroom, the curtains to separate the bed from the couch area were visibly stained and very dirty looking. Housekeeping tried entering our room 4 times in a 20 minute span beginning at 9 am, not even knocking after the first attempt but using their key to open our door while we were still in bed. Not at all impressed, would not stay here again .

This hotel was the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed at! The women working at the front desk were so nice and accommodating! I would stay there again for sure and I know the rest of the parents with our soccer team would too!

My stay was fine. The property is clean and the staff is friendly. I think this location. Oils use updates. The a/c in the room is older and the fan was loud. They were out bedding for the pull out coaches so we had to work with sheets that were too big and a mattress bad. Good thing my daughter likes to travel with her own blanket. It also seems like there should be more double bed rooms at this facility. I would choose a different Hilton property for my next stay here

Great location. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Room was nice. Loved the pullout table. Spacious, even with our dog.

Overall, it was a great place to stay. The layout of the suite was perfect. It was spacious and had everything we needed and more in the kitchenette. There were a couple of small issues we were easily able to work around. We reported those and I’m confident they will be fixed. Breakfast choices included a waffle bar, toast, ready-to-eat omelets, oatmeal, dry cereal, and yogurt. If we return to Cincinnati we will stay here again.

Second time I stayed here. For the most part, a pretty good place to stay. Both times I have stayed in different rooms. Both needed the usb port fixed by the bed. This time, the sink faucet was loose. It worked. But I think maintenance needs to do a more thorough walk through more frequently in the rooms. Also, would like to have the same pillow options as in other hotels. The ones that are here are really soft. There are no other options. Staff was friendly and great!! Besides maintaining the rooms a bit better and the pillow options, I would recommend this place. Great location!!

the room/suite was efficiently designed and equipped. The kitchenette included dishes, silverware and even a dishwasher. the bed was king sized and comfortable. We were very pleased with all accommodations.

Staff was fantastic! Always prompt to respond, courteous, and checked in periodically to see how they could make our stay better. The pullout bed was a virtual no-go (not our plan, but with two kids, someone had to sleep on the pullout) as there was no padding and left us with a stiff back in the morning. Outside of the pullout, the pillows inside the cases were very yellow and the toilet seat did not fit the toilet.

Our room was not ready at check in time. Luckily they found another room which was for disabled people. We were there two nights and they didn’t clean our room or fresh towels. Also water pressure was not adequate!!

Roomy room, kitchenette was well supplied. TV was so so, but ok. Not able to watch Pro Football Thursday.

This would have been a five star review but for the last 24 hours or so that I was there. I needed to extend my trip by one more day. The person I asked at the front desk told me I had to reserve an additional day through Expedia since that\'s where my original reservation was. The next morning, when I went to do the whole check out/check in process for this new reservation, the lady helping me said that she could have scheduled the extra day and taken care of the recheck in/out process so I wouldn\'t have had to take all these steps. The person the night before seemed to not want to be bothered with it and this new information confirmed that. The morning person who was checking me on for that last night was training someone new and was very condescending to this older employee. As she was explaining steps to her, she kept saying, "Are you listening to me?" and telling her to pay attention. When the process was complete, she petted her head like a dog and said, "Good girl!" It was really awkward. At the end of the visit, when I was getting ready to check out, I like to put all the towels, garbage bags, and used bedding in piles to make it easier for housekeeping. When I stripped the bed, the pillows had layers of pillow cases on them. I\'m assuming they just did this to save time because the cases underneath did not look clean and one of them had a blood stain on it. I was so disgusted that I had just spent a week sleeping on those pillows.

The staff was very professional and nice! Especially your staff member Ashley who took care of my family needs. She even offered hot chocolate to my three grandsons which was a plus!!. I will be staying at more Home 2 Suites

The entire stay was amazing. A friendly lady checked us in and offered a wonderful welcome. The man that worked nightshift was rude to us and told us we couldn’t be “loud” in the lobby. We tried to play some board games with the kids that were laughing but he was not having it. The ladies the next morning were so kind to my child that had a birthday. The hotel was clean, breakfast was awesome. Besides the man in the evening everyone was very very very friendly.

Great front desk service by young man working on 8/25/24 afternoon; He answered all my questions. The hotel was clean.

Staff were exceptional. Offered snacks to my toddler when she got bit cranky during the check in process. Very kind people.

I always feel welcomed and appreciated at this property. The staff are friendly, professional, and accommodating. The location is a little bit off the beaten path, but food and shopping are nearby

Stayed for a soccer tournament. Hotel was quiet , clean and comfortable. No issues at all. Bed is very firm. Good area with lots of restaurants and shopping.

This is a very nice hotel. Everything was well done with only a couple of minor exceptions. Breakfast was a bit chaotic as I think they could use another person keeping things stocked and clean. The bathroom pocket door in the room is very heavy and awkward. But overall this hotel is exactly what you want in a mid range hotel.

I wld reserve Home2 Suites again amd again! The hotel eas clean, quiet and well maintained. The staff was very hospitable, pleasant and kind. They served brkfst that was pretty good. All around its a really nice hotel! 👌
