Location is easy to access from I-5, but food and dining access requires a little bit of a drive. Rooms are very basic, but the shower water is hot and very nice that we appreciated greatly! The front desk staff, both day and night was amazing! and recommended great dining options. I also appreciated how the evening security was clearly present. The ample parking lot and walking path areas add a great area to relax. My only complaint is there should be fresh coffee. The vending machine in the charges $1.50 where you only get like may 3 inches of product...extremely small portion, not a good value.

These were really clean and nice to not have carpet. They had little kitchens. Safe knowing you had to have key card to get into the building. This was our favorite stay in Washington. The parking was very full when you arrived later at night.

Hotel: No light at entrance. Impossible to find parking entrance and can crash. No Bible. People smoking by the door Way closer than 25 feet requirement. No utensils or paper cups in full kitchen. The staff was friendly at property. The room did have a full kitchen but does not have any utensils or cookware. The furniture was pretty scuffed up but was comfortable. This is a pet friendly room and served that purpose well, with hard floors and furniture that wouldn't be messed up. There was also a HUGE dog area out front with doggie bags if you did not have your own. Dogs could be heard barking on and off through the night and most of the tenants are there long term weekly/monthly. If you're just looking for a comfortable place to stay for a few days with your dog you will probably like it alright. If you don't need a place that is per friendly you would probably do better to keep searching.

For an extended stay with a full kitchen there were no plates, utensils, pots and pans or coffee pot. With a $100.00 deposit, they could not make change for 4 quarters to buy soap for the laundry. The small shampoo bottles in the shower were not sufficient. The fabric was falling off of the chairs. I left the room one day earlier than I had paid for to find another hotel. This is the first bad review that I have given Expedia.

The room was ok except for a few marking and stains on the hardwood floor. Otherwise very clean and well kept. Our room was on the freeway side and didn't really bother us. What did was the people upstairs. Any heavy walking and you're going to hear it. I was disappointed there was no coffee, but they did have a machine for $1.50. Cups with actual fitting lids would be nice as well as other sugars, creamers and stir sticks. For $150 a night there wasn't even a continental breakfast. No pool or jacuzzi but a small decent fitness room. Good place to stay if you're needing a small place for a while. Small kitchenette is a nice touch along with a full size fridge.

If you are looking for a place to stay for cheap, this place works. But it’s not great. Pros: - Price was fairly decent for what we reserved. We paid about $426 (3-night stay) for a room with a full-size refrigerator to stove, top burners, a microwave and a dishwasher. - On-site parking - Within 20 minutes of various activities and restaurants. - Check out was a breeze. Cons: - Upon check in, front desk staff was nowhere to be found. We rang the bell and picked up the phone and called 500 as instructed on the sign on the desk. We waited about 20 minutes before somebody showed up. He was not friendly, barely polite to be honest. We felt as though we were bothering him to check us in. - They only allow one towel per person, one pillow per person, and the blankets there are literally no thicker than a bedsheet. - We could hear people upstairs moving furniture around at all hours. - The smell of cigarettes was heavy in the hallway despite being a non-smoking hotel.

This place is noisy being by freeway. Windows not insulated. I could hear traffic and construction all night. They had dirty towels in room when I first arrived. I was overcharged, disrespected, coursed at and berated by unhelpful clerk when asked about refund of overpayment and receiving clean towels. This place is awful and poorly managed. I would never stay here or any related properties. You’re all better off reserving a room somewhere else.

This was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s really a motel in disguise. The floors in the hallways were absolutely filthy. There was food on the hallway floors and giant clumps of lint or thread.l couldn’t tell what it was. My room was garbage. I was afraid to sit down on anything. The lounge chair and desk chair looked like they were found on the side of the street or the dump. The armoire shelf was broken and barely hanging on. The cabinet doors under the sink were about to fall off. There was mold behind the sink faucet. People were partying and shooting up drugs in the parking lot at night. I travel a lot and this is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. And of course, there were no refunds.

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. 1) The towels had visible dirt on them and lots of stains 2) they messed up my roomkey 4x and i had to walk all the way back and forth to the fro t desk on my arthritic leg. 3) front desk staff incompetent and rude 4)bed bugs 5) bed was very thin mattress and uncomfortable. 6) walls very thin easy to hear neighbors. 7) dirty shower and sink

Very dirty floors in the room. Not cleaned at all before we came in. Door to the bathroom had holes in it. Dirty sink. Dogs everywhere. I agree with dog friendly hotels but it needs to become human friendly too.

This property is run down, despite seemingly having some recent updates. It was very noisy, both from guests and from the freeway right outside the window. When we arrived, and when we checked out, there were people smoking right by the front door (illegal) and when we arrived there were lots of people sort of congregating around the front. It was awkward and uncomfortable. The TV remote was broken. Multiple items in the room were broken. The beds were like bizarre prison beds. The bathroom was good, updated and clean. Shower was good as well. Overall, it was not a good stop. Even for a one night overnight stay.

The room didn’t have any plates, utensils, paper towels, sponges, dish soap, Kleenex, or anything to cook with etc., The bathroom also didn’t have a blow dryer. It felt like a juvenile detention center on the inside. The TV remote was missing and I had to go ask for one. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. I was there for 3 nights but only received 2 towels and 2 washcloths. My room wasn’t cleaned while I was there. The parking lot is disorganized so if I couldn’t park right in the front of the building, I didn’t feel safe at night walking through it. The window to my room was slightly open and unlocked when I checked-in. I was on the ground floor, and if I hadn’t noticed it, my safety could have been seriously compromised.

Like that it had a kitchenette. No pots, pans, plates are utensils, though. Disliked hope loud it is. You can hear anyone and everything outside. Appliances and furniture very old and falling apart. Building is clearly relatively new but poorly kept. Has a lot of long-term tenants. Hallways stink from lack off/ poor ventilation. TV is not smart. Bed is not comfortable.

I booked to arrive late at night. Received an email that front desk would soon close. This was a problem because I had a car load of belongings to unload because the area is known for auto break ins and thefts. When I called she said they had no doubles, which I had reserved several hours previously but that she didn't have any way to contact me (she could have through Expedia chat). After a conversation, she said she had another reservation which hadn't shown and would give me that. When we arrived, she couldn't find luggage carts. Offered me the bins housekeeping use for dirty laundry. I said I couldn't use those and please cancel my reservation rather than offer me the other person's reservation. She did, but then wouldn't give me anything documenting that they didn't have my room and that they didn't have racks provided for luggage. Of course, then the hotel denied my refund. Expedia tried hard to help resolve this for me. I will also add that this hotel seems also to provide possibly low cost or transitional housing, which may be an important service, but also meant that late at night there were people hanging around the hotel that made me feel possibly unsafe. Not the best area to stay in if you can drive a little further north to Arlington, the crime rates are lower.

The front desk staff, both day and night was amazing! and recommended great dining options. I also appreciated how the evening security was clearly present. The ample parking lot and walking path areas add a great area to relax. My only complaint is there should be fresh coffee. The vending machine in the charges $1.50 where you only get like may 3 inches of product...extremely small portion, not a good value.

This property is run down, despite seemingly having some recent updates. It was very noisy, both from guests and from the freeway right outside the window. When we arrived, and when we checked out, there were people smoking right by the front door (illegal) and when we arrived there were lots of people sort of congregating around the front. It was awkward and uncomfortable. The TV remote was broken. Multiple items in the room were broken. The beds were like bizarre prison beds. The bathroom was good, updated and clean. Shower was good as well. Overall, it was not a good stop. Even for a one night overnight stay.

If you are looking for a place to stay for cheap, this place works. But it’s not great. Pros: - Price was fairly decent for what we reserved. We paid about $426 (3-night stay) for a room with a full-size refrigerator to stove, top burners, a microwave and a dishwasher. - On-site parking - Within 20 minutes of various activities and restaurants. - Check out was a breeze. Cons: - Upon check in, front desk staff was nowhere to be found. We rang the bell and picked up the phone and called 500 as instructed on the sign on the desk. We waited about 20 minutes before somebody showed up. He was not friendly, barely polite to be honest. We felt as though we were bothering him to check us in. - They only allow one towel per person, one pillow per person, and the blankets there are literally no thicker than a bedsheet. - We could hear people upstairs moving furniture around at all hours. - The smell of cigarettes was heavy in the hallway despite being a non-smoking hotel.

Stayed for a week. It was fine. Kitchen was not properly stocked with dishwasher and no cleaning product to run the dishwasher. Parking lot was very crowded. Lots of barking dogs. Convenient location but not sure if I would stay again.

The room looked nothing like the picture. The bed was meh. And next to the bed was a conference chair. The room didn’t have any plates, utensils, paper towels, sponges, dish soap, Kleenex, or anything to cook with etc., The bathroom also didn’t have a blow dryer. It felt like a juvenile detention center on the inside. The TV remote was missing and I had to go ask for one. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. I was there for 3 nights but only received 2 towels and 2 washcloths. My room wasn’t cleaned while I was there. The parking lot is disorganized so if I couldn’t park right in the front of the building, I didn’t feel safe at night walking through it. The window to my room was slightly open and unlocked when I checked-in. I was on the ground floor, and if I hadn’t noticed it, my safety could have been seriously compromised.

For an extended stay with a full kitchen there were no plates, utensils, pots and pans or coffee pot. With a $100.00 deposit, they could not make change for 4 quarters to buy soap for the laundry. The small shampoo bottles in the shower were not sufficient. The fabric was falling off of the chairs. I left the room one day earlier than I had paid for to find another hotel. This is the first bad review that I have given Expedia.

Spotless and immaculate, my room didn’t even looked lived in or finished. No complaint, but I had to ask for a trash can, ice cube tray, glasses and there was no table or comfortable place to sit. Not even a coffee maker. I could have used a blanket, there was just a sheet and thin cover on the bed. Other than missing amenities, it was very clean, comfortable and affordable.

The room was ok except for a few marking and stains on the hardwood floor. Otherwise very clean and well kept. Our room was on the freeway side and didn't really bother us. What did was the people upstairs. Any heavy walking and you're going to hear it. I was disappointed there was no coffee, but they did have a machine for $1.50. Cups with actual fitting lids would be nice as well as other sugars, creamers and stir sticks. For $150 a night there wasn't even a continental breakfast. No pool or jacuzzi but a small decent fitness room. Good place to stay if you're needing a small place for a while. Small kitchenette is a nice touch along with a full size fridge.

The room had a dank odor and the bedsheets smelled like body odor. We were staying for the weekend but only stayed one night and went elsewhere. We will avoid these properties in the future. When we originally showed up the receptionist said she didn't have a room for us despite a reservation. She was able to make some arrangements to get us in. However, there were guests after us who did not get a room despite having a reservation. We had got this place because it offered a kitchenette, yet had zero dishes. This was beyond disappointing.

The room was clean and very spacious, however the kitchen did not have anything in it. Just a sink, refrigerator, a large counter and several cabinets including a microwave. No cups, mugs, plates or silverware. It would have been nice to know that you have to bring all of that in order to use the kitchen.

Strong smell of freon/chemical in the room, first time I've ever had to negotiate for extra towels (not enough for our party of three), broken doors, sticky bathroom counter, stained towels, no breakfast or coffee. I could go on but you get it.
