Enjoyed our stay at the Westin for Memorial Day Weekend. The rooms are a bit small, particularly the beds (full size). The location is also slightly isolated. But that’s relative. The hotel is connected to a convention. Everything was within a 10 minute drive. Rooms are clean. Hotel is modern. Pool was clean and nice sized gym. Service is exceptional. We received a breakfast voucher for our stay and was lucky to get a waiter name Kenny. He’s amazing. A true gem. We will come back!

Valet and bell staff were outstanding. Car always came quickly. Room was fine, beds were comfortable. Really liked water refill station on each floor. The only negative was the pool. Didn't appear to be well maintained at all.

Great on-site meal offerings. Discounts were great for hotel guests. Location is good for cruise ship passengers. Location is on the city hop on hop off tour. Fun Irish bar-restaurant onsite.

Nice place. Out of the way a little, but still close enough so you can walk everywhere. Room was nice, clean and quiet. Pool and hot tub need a little update.

Great stay, easy in and out. Be careful with clicking the option for internet and parking for $18.00 as that is for self park only which was full so I had to pay 60 for valet

Average to better hotel. I don’t think my sheets were changed- small black hair in the one double bed. Comforter covers looked like they had been worn and not changed between people. Overall ok. Ran out of bottled water and told to use the station at the end of the hall. It took forever to fill a bottle. It’s ridiculous considering a bottle of water at the gift store is $7.50 for 1L. Would not consider this a first choice if coming back.

It was good overall. There was a hair left on the desk. The shower was completely out of body wash and almost out of shampoo, and I had no choice but to use shampoo in place of body wash during the first night shower. Housekeeping promptly refilled both the shampoo and body wash after I notified them. Other than this, everything else was excellent.

Great location, but the rooms are a little dated. They were in need of maintenance and a deep cleaning. The price increase due to the event was a bit extreme, over 5 times the normal price.

It was a nice time. The bed was very comfortable, restaurants in the lobby were good, Starbucks. My only problem is housekeeping never came to our room. We had to call for clean towels and to have our removed.

Perfect location! We could walk to numerous restaurants, bars and shopping boutiques. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Will definately stay here again when back in Boston.

The downstairs lobby was fantastic and the staff was great however I think that they spent too much money and too much focus on the downstairs and left the rooms less desirable... Mold on the grout in the shower dust on the mirror over the desk the full-length mirror looks like they use the wrong glue behind it and it was CP through and made it look just absolutely filthy The corners in the bathroom had hair in it The overall cleanliness of the room was pretty gross to you

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Loved violinist on Saturday and the restaurant was very good. My only complaint is that I chose a room with a view and from the photos I assumed that meant a view of the harbor, but apparently the newer buildings around the hotel has blocked all harbor views from this hotel. It was still a wonderful stay, however.

By comparison with other Double Tree Hiltons we have stayed at, this one was not up to the standard of others. The aircon wasn’t as effective as it should be, the bathroom was just adequate, etc., and yet they charged premium costs for car parking.

This is a very run down Westin. Upon entering our room we were hit with the most awful BO smell, and the air-conditioner was broken. We asked for another room. The room they moved us too, again the air conditioner was not working and the hot water in the shower was not working, in addition, the faucet on the sink leaked water everywhere when in use. We were running late to an event, so we asked them to address the issues while we were out and the ac was addressed, but the faucet was not. The hot water in the shower was either scolding or cold, no in between. All around disappointing and I will start booking through Hilton moving forward, Marriott no longer has quality hotels.

This is a huge convention-style hotel far from the heart of Boston. Not for a family vacation. It is impersonal with a vast and loud lobby. I could hear the people talking in the room next door (who were not shouting).

Nice staff, comfortable room. Very convenient location minutes from the airport and near restaurants and the harbor. Lobby is busy and lacks the relaxing vibe of many Westins. Room decor is not as up to date as some other Westins I’ve stayed at recently.

it took 30 minute just for someone to check us in. they change our room whiteout telling us anything, we book a king size bed they gave 2 twin beds, when I call front desk the lady said “thats all we’ve available”

Everyone was fantastic!! Ronald was incredible with hospitality and recommendations at the front desk (also another front desk gentleman from Australia) and Kenny was 2nd to none in dining during breakfast. Also Rami was fantastic at the birch bar. We will be back and hope to see all of them! They made my wife’s birthday so special! -Houston-

Another great stay at the Westin Seaport. Breakfast at Sauciety was wonderful and the selection was great. Kenny gave us such great service that we felt like VIPs. This is our sixth holiday year at the Westin and Kenny has been there every time to greet us with his hospitality. This year we met Toulain (sp?) Her hospitality was second to none. From serving us cocktails New Year's eve at The Birch Bar, to hosting our breakfast the next morning at Sauciety. She made us feel so welcome, as if we were family. We hope to see everyone next year if not sooner. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

Excellent hotel with a lot of things to do nearby. Only little thing is that the restaurant in the morning gets too crowded but it's a 10 minute wait and you can get a starbucks while you wait

Beautiful hotel. Very nice room. The only disappointment was the worst breakfast I have ever ordered. The didn’t charge for either of our meals, so the did do the right thing.
