Check in was effortless and the staff were attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast was of average quality, but there was a nice variety of options to suit everyone. The bedroom was clean with fresh sheets; however, the stained carpet was off‑putting. You would expect an IHG‑owned hotel to invest in proper industrial carpet cleaning. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the tram stop and the Trafford Centre. Parking was only £5 per night, which I think is very good value

Staff were really welcoming. Really nice atmosphere. Bright and clean in all areas. We had an accessible room which was really nice and a good amount of space, but if you were a full time wheelchair user the soap dispenser by the bathroom sink would be too high to use. Could do with a few more blue badge parking spaces. Would recommend

Excellent value for money. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. There was a good selection of food for breakfast and the location was perfect for a shopping trip
