Arrived at six and spent anther 20 minuets at counter waiting to see if room was ready. Juice stains on the carpet, safe was locked and inaccessible, staff had no idea how to open. No TV remote, No soap for the sink or shower, when asked at front desk was given one soap bar, had to ask for another. Spa was cold first night, second near scalding. Woman at counter didn't even pretend to be friendly. The beds were comfy and other than the carpet, the room clean.

I chose that hotel because Expedia said it had free airport shuttle. After I checked in, I found out that they don't offer a shuttle! Too late to go somewhere else! The desk clerk said that they have repeatedly notified Expedia of the error. Cost me $30 for transportation to airport. Should I rely on Expedia from now on?

For the most part we were satisfied & would stay here again. only complaint was the shower did have some molding spots & a loose tile or 2 in bathroom floor outside shower stall but even bigger complaint would be pool area: both pool & hot tub needed cleaning. The hot tub capping was molded.

Stayed with a large family, weer ended up on the third floor with no warning the elevator was out of purge l order. Had to carry a large amount of luggage up three flights with small children.

Our room was very dusty, and the exercise room and jacuzzi were both dirty. However, the check in experience was good. The front desk person was friendly and accommodating. The bed in the room was very comfortable.

Our room was dirty. Chunks of something on the bathroom sink, hair and dirt on the shower floor, a pile of crumbs and trash on the pull out bed. The front desk lady was polite but very busy. She offered another room but that one smelled like mildew or smoke or something and the shower was dirty just as the previous one had been. Another family was also reporting the same thing when I was at the desk. We ended up staying elsewhere and I still have not received a call back from the manager regarding a refund.

The bedsheets had black hairs all over them. There were a pile of towels laying in the hallway in front of a room. When we asked to exchange rooms, he gave us another room. My husband went and got the key and our six-year-old found a bag of pills laying on the floor obviously they hadn’t furniture to vacuum. When we inquired about the restaurant across the street, we were told it was like an Applebee’s furthest from the truth more like a worn out Denny’s.

The location was good because of the quietness. I didn't like that the tub and toilet was still dirty and they never changed out the comforter. I had human hair on it and it was dingy. I will not stay there again.

Room was dirty, no clue what was splattered on the couch and bed skirt, dirty socks left in the closet, fridge had not been wiped out, and pretty sure I could piss warmer then the water in the shower. On the plus side the pillows were comfortable.

Beds still had pet hair all over from previous guest, sofa bed was so dirty! Woke up to a bug on my pillow! My head started itching after leaving.. at my next pit stop I found a bug in my hair again! Hair dryer had so much dust collected on it- such a hazard! Overall very unclean, by far the worst hotel stay we’ve been too.

The sheets had blood on them. They were nice enough to bring me new sheets for ME to put on the bed. Tv wouldn’t turn on- they walked me thru it to turn it on. Carpet was filthy. Fridge froze all our food. Not enough toilet paper. Couch was very cringy- needs cleaned. Several lightbulbs out. Horrible.

Very clean facility and rooms. Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was good but busy so had to wait on multiple items. Wireless internet had been out for a week with no repairs, bathroom fan didn’t work, shower drain backed up. Very nice and professional staff.

Lobby appeared clean but had a dirty smell. Ceiling tiles missing. Coffee pot in room was not cleaned, spilt coffee overflowing in drip tray. No black out blinds and a security light shining directly in our window!

We were in unit 224 and the people above us had some kind of small children or pets that stomped across the floor until quiet hours and then again first thing in the morning. Very tiring. At least have the common sense to place noisy rodents on the first floor or on a separate wing far away from civilized man. The “lukewarm” tub was far from hot. Does no one check these things. Really bad if you rely on guests to tell you when things break. They take a while to heat up. At least check it so it can be corrected so it can be used. Very poor ratings on the pool and hot tub.

Clean room, king bed suite. The bummer was being next to the stairs; heard people going up and down. Breakfast was good but nothing changed during our stay. They ran out of decaf coffee and the truck was due after we left. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom could be cleaned better but was adequate. I would stay there again.

Amenities. The coffee maker was pouch type and k cup coffee was provided. No way to have coffee in room. In AM I took machine to front desk, the staff actually tried to make the k cup work. It did not. so he sent me to the big machine, and it did not work. Staff had to turn it on. Breakfast wasn't ready at 6 am. Came back at 630 and it was done. The ac/ heat was almost uncontrollable. Pillows were way to thick and hard to sleep on. When we left, I stopped at front desk and reminded them that we brought the coffee machine to them and don't charge it to us. They didn't have which room it went to. The night staff/guy was incompitant. The am Lady was smart and helpful.

Well first we get there and the front desk staff says she only has one room for us and we had booked 2 rooms through Expedia. So the desk person said she would upgrade us to a room with a pull out sofa and two queen beds and then I could talk to Expedia about it. So I sent a message to Expedia the next morning and the person started a refund request. I finally get a email stating the hotel will not issue a refund. So I wa to know if the insurance would cover the cost of the second room that we didn’t get to stay in. Also the front desk staff said the f word once when she was trying to check us in and then we got a room and we had to go to the front desk 3 times to get the keys remade because they didn’t work. The third time she was going to change rooms and again the key would not work so she came up to see if she could open it and she couldn’t. She took us to another room and it wasn’t cleaned so she dropped the f word again. So I totally feel like we deserved a refund. It was a nightmare. I will never use Expedia or comfort suites again.

When we first arrived at the hotel thry gave us a room thst was already occupied my wife walked in on a couple and there daughter. Then i go tell the front desk and it seamed like they really didn't care that that had happened. Our stay sucked had to keep asking for them to re set our room key everyday because they kept only doing 1 night at a time even tho we paid for 3 night upfront total disappointment. Its hard to find a good clean hotel gav2me this hotel a half star...

Hair on our bedding, clumps of hair around the pool as well. We checked into our room and left our belongs and left. We came back and our room key didn’t work- someone else had been in our room. Hotel had over booked and they were giving already occupied rooms to new people checking in. Around midnight, their computer system crashed and they called and woke us up to confirm who was staying in the room. Room was booked through Expedia so hotel would not honor government discount, even though the manger at check-in said they would. Shower water was warm but never hot enough for a comfortable shower.

Here are the highlights: - Check-in was slow. - The entire front parking lot was under construction, making finding a spot really difficult. - The couch and comforter in our King Suite were filthy with stains on them. - The front desk person (in the morning) was extremely rude. When I asked about the possibility of a later check-out (even if there was a fee), the answer I received was, "Well, our check-out is at noon and we\'re not going to do anything more than that." -I got a knock on the door. No announcement of who it could be. So, I promptly got up and started making my way to the door before a man was already opening it to let himself in!! Excuse me?!! It was only about 10:30 am at this point so there is no reason anyone, even housekeeping, should be letting themselves into our room! Especially without announcing who you are! Incredibly unprofessional! Can you imagine the scenarios that went through my head? - The only highlights were the size of the room and the breakfast attendant the morning we checked out. She was very kind and was great with keeping the area tidy.

Called ahead for late check in. Arrived 11 pm. Checked in, got keys to room that didn't work. Next set of keys and room were already occupied and we walked in on people in bed. Sat in lobby for approximately 1 hour to find out they didn't have a room for us. Sent to sister hotel Howard Johnson which was not friendly, clean, or had any knowledge that we were being sent over because of an error. Not worth the price I paid for a suite to get this as a place to stay. Go back next day to Comfort Suites as were told to do. They had no idea what had happened the night before and no record of us coming back. We did finally get a room and that night we had people walk in on us that they had given the same room to. No offer of any compensation!

Started off fine- then the fire alarm went off in our room only- 3 times- last was at 930pm- clerk was NOT helpful- finally had to move to another room- on another floor- asked to speak to manager- he said that wasn’t going to happen!

We stayed here for just one night. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The neighborhood is the only reason for not 5 stars. Staff was great and the night was pretty quiet.

No restaurants nearby other then fast food. Not best location. Noise from the freeway, short on staff and no breakfast available as advertised Saturday. No daily cleaning probably because of staff issues. Will not stay again

Liked the location; disliked that the check in process was brutal and check out not much better. Unskilled employees trying to do a job they are not competent for. Breakfast was cold and out of nearly everything by 8:30 a.m. and no one was around to rectify the situation. Comfort Suites itself is a nice place but no one seems to be trained to do their jobs in a professional and expedient manner.

Staff was very friendly, but didn’t seemed real phased when we reported watching mice run around in the breakfast area. When I reported the mice, the lady at the front desk, just shrugged her shoulders and said I’m sorry, but it’s winter time. When we got into our room, we had to call front desk to have them sent sheets up to change the dirty sheets left on the Hideaway bed. Other than that, the hotel was fine.

Our room was fantastic. The property was clean and tidy. Everything was great until the morning when we went down for breakfast and there wasn’t enough food: no eggs, no syrup, no waffle mix, no juice, no biscuits/gravy. When another guest approach the staff member at the front desk about the insufficient breakfast buffet, she was cussed out by the employee who shared that she was the only person who showed up to work that day. It was a disappointing end to an otherwise wonderful stay.

Overall, the staff and property were excellent. The only issue with our stay was the breakfast. None of the foods that were supposed to be hot, were cooked. ALL of the hot foods, from eggs and sausage, etc, were all served unwarmed.
