Came down for the rodeo, the room was clean and came with a dental kit as well as a shaving kit, it’s a nice property, has good breakfast and nice staff. My friend and I felt really good about the well lit parking lot and the security cameras.

You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought and heart into the remodel of this little hotel! It was clean, the property had a ton of security cameras, and the continental breakfast was a great addition. I enjoyed my Texas-shaped waffle! The only minor challenge we faced was that by the time we arrived in town and reached the property around midnight, the parking lot was already full. Luckily, someone was leaving, and we were able to take their space. However, I can understand why it's so packed, because in this area, you won't find a better hotel at this price point.

I am also pleasantly surprised by the security of the property; windows on the office have clear view of the entire property and substantial camera coverage with high visibility cameras that you alert you to their presence. The noise from highway traffic is pretty substantial from the exterior of the property, but almost unnoticeable as soon as you close the door to the room. Completely silent where the bed is located. Basic amenities and furnishings that are new and well cared for. Decent variety and operating hours for the breakfast area. While the area wasnt my absolute favorite, it still was on the way where we needed to be, so it did work out perfectly for our plans. Parking lot wery well lit, hotel itself and the room were super clean. Nice breakfast. Front desk was so accomodating! Welcome bag with water and snack. Morning hygiene pack (with shaving cream, razor, toothbrush and paste). AWESOME value for the price!

Overall it is a decent hotel. The biggest problem was the hair in all of the towels. Even when we got different towels, there was hair in them. The breakfast was ehh. But they did clean the room every day. We did appreciate that. When we first checked in the sheet had what appeared to be blood on it (but washed). I wouldn’t choose to stay again but I’m not saying no one else shouldn’t.

Very clean property, the room, lobby, breakfast area, and breakfast provided was very good, great variety of options. The room was got too cold for us a few times, and the water pressure was a little low for the shower. There were so many positives though, we would stay again.

Hotel was amazing for the most part. The best part for me was the chai tea! It was so good that I’ll be dreaming of it for a long time….. It was very clean. The beds were mostly comfortable. The breakfast was good. We had two light bulbs out and they fixed them. The only thing I’d recommend is throwing out/replacing the couch in 204. It was disgusting and very uncomfortable. No back support whatsoever, and I didn’t want to put the bed pillows on a dirty couch. Overall, we would stay there again if we got the chance.

I was having a hard time finding a safe and decent place to stay near downtown Houston for a concert. The reviews helped me find this place. The gentleman I checked in and out with was so pleasant and even offered free chips and water. We were next to the freeway, but it was so calm, quiet, and a comfortable stay. Worth the money.

Showed up for my reservation only to be informed that the previous storm knocked power out so they cannot accommodate me and the Indian gentleman at the front desk assured me that a refund will be processed. That's fine I understand, I messaged through Expedia to get the refund only to be told that I should have cancelled 24hrs before and they have electricity. Messaged again and got no response . Still no refund yet. Horrible customer service, never again. I am still awaiting my refund please.

Excellent and very respectful staff, always trying to please you and make your stay unique. We arrived early after a long flight and they gave us a room immediately with the specifications we requested, about 4 hours before check in. To check out we have some health issues and we asked to do it two hours after the regular time. They nicely agree to help and they didn’t charge extra for it. Definitely a place to visit for a safe, clean and convenient accommodation.

This propertie's close proximity to downtown was convenient but walking anywhere is not an option because it's adjacent to the highway and there are no sidewalks along the road. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This place is amazing! I checked in with my daughter and the front desk guy was so friendly and helpful. He greeted me with a smile and even gave us a goodybag. The room is fully remodeled, clean and big. The location is close to downtown and easy access to freeway. If you need food there are plenty of food nearby. Also they serve you with free breakfast.

Just because this place is located by a highway frontage road, do NOT think this is a "truck-stop." Once you enter, you will meet very friendly, respectful and professional attendants. The parking lot, stairways, hallways, rooms and breakfast room are squeaky-clean. The rooms are very well equipped with a small fridge, microwave, coffee makers and comfortable bed, nice furniture and TV. Everything is like new. The breakfast is complete with fresh fruits, eggs, sausage, veggies, waffle, breads, cereals, and variety of juices and coffee. It's served until 9:30 a.m., but they will not mind if you steal a few minutes after that, as the personnel is very nice and willing to accomodate late commers like my sleepy-head. Greetings and congratulations to their excellent staff.

This is a new motel that definitely provides value for the money. It is close to the Heights and downtown where there are many great dining options, too many different kinds of food to mention. The motel was clean, quiet, and had a very decent breakfast.

I was expecting there to be a pool 😅, but there wasn’t it was my first time in Houston . But it made it up with there breakfast options, very good breakfast waffles , eggs, sweet bread ,yogurt etc. they had security cameras all over the parking lot and hotel it made me feel safe not to mention very nice lighting . Their rooms were comfortable and clean and smelled nice .. over all I had an awesome experience

Great value for the price, breakfast in the morning was great with waffles, eggs and the fixings. Complimentary waters and chips upon check-in and the facility looks great. Not sure how old it is but the property looks and feels new.
