Was disappointed to see at check in that the pool was closed with no mention on the website. Was not pleased that the hotel did not have a room ready at 3 pm. Person checking us in was able to take someone else’s room for us. Otherwise the staff was friendly and breakfast was good

Check in was quick. Got in early they had room ready. Breakfast was included and overall pretty good. Pool was being updated so no pool. Rooms were very clean.

Very nice property! The staff were always friendly and smiling! Plenty of safe parking. Our room was clean and very spacious. Housekeeping is every other day, but anything we needed was quickly provided. Location is very convenient to anything in Mesa including many great restaurants. We will be staying here when we return!

The air conditioner furnace was so noisy we couldn’t sleep. When we checked in the front desk told us we would have housekeeping every other day which was fine instead of every day but by day 3 they still hadn’t come in to empty trash or provide new towels so we took our own laundry to the front desk and our garbage out and had to ask for more towels. The whole time we stayed there was 0 housekeeping. Also, we booked the hotel because of a pool and hot tub and when we got there the sign said. “No pool or hot tub” “ under construction” . Now I realize that they can’t help it if the pool and hot tub needed repairs but this was a special trip for us and they should have put at least a warning on their website that the facilities were out of order. We paid $100 extra a night and had no clue until we checked in. By then I had already paid for the stay.

I liked the hotel in general. Not too crazy about the pool being closed the whole weekend and the business center having only one working PC. The room overall was excellent. We especially liked the AC and comforters. I don't know if the walls are thin/hollow and not configured for sound suppression, but it was irritating to hear the couple next door talking.

This property, though nice looking, was apparently built with interior walls that do little to stop sound from adjoining rooms. The first room we were in was next to a family of five: mom and dad, a toddler who spoke in short sentences, a son who wanted to stay in the room when they left for family activities, and a daughter. The toddler screeched from time to time, but otherwise they spoke in normal volume voices and we could clearly understand every word they said when sitting on the other side of our room from the adjoining wall. We heard the names of the three kids, the dad talking about checking the laundry the mom had started in the hotel laundry room, and whatever else they talked about. We asked and were given a different room one floor higher, but it was only a little better. The person in the adjoining room liked loud TV, and to talk on the phone with a lot of cursing and F words. I’ll stop here with the recommendation to avoid this place unless you want people in adjoining rooms to hear what you say, vice versa, and to be woken up at night when people in adjoining rooms go out and come back late or stay up late watching TV or talking on the phone.

Overall my stay was good. The place is clean. Breakfast was very good. Well stocked with many options. I checked in on a Sunday at 5pm; the process took over an hour. Ken was the only office person on staff, he had a line of customers 4 - 5 people long. The manager, kept calling him on his cell phone asking for different things. Because it was "his manager' he had to help him first. WRONG! The Manager should have come out of his office and helped Ken get the customers checked in and settled. Customers were becoming inpatient and upset at Ken. Poor guy, he was doing his best. NOTE: a manager / service rep should always put the in-person customer FIRST!

The room was clean but needs to update the outlets for the newer iPhones. We were in Arizona for our daughter’s wedding and they were to provide shuttle service to and from the wedding venue. This was pre scheduled many months before the wedding took place. I learned that they took at least one group to the hotel but did not return for another group. My husband and I and others were left to find our own way back! They dropped the ball in service. We were there at the time arranged for pickup but the shuttle was not! What a way to end our memory! I even called the hotel and was told that there was no pickup scheduled for that night!!

The staff was amazing. Continental breakfast was lovely and we were surprised a couple of afternoons to have coffee and fresh cookies! Not expected but a great bonus. Really friendly and accommodating staff - including everyone on site, not just the front desk. Highly recommended.

There was NO water in the shower. The girl at the front desk didn't seem to care or do anything about it. It was very important for my MIL to take a shower before her surgery. I was told by the front desk twice that they would call me back and maybe have us use a different room to shower. I never received a call. The manager said he would give us some honors credit, which I appreciate. I went back 3 hours later, after she went to surgery and there still wasn't any water. The room was nice, and clean. Just upset that the front desk didn't do ANYTHING to help us.

My sister was in the hospital across the street so the hotel was incredibly convenient. It took 6 minutes to walk across the street and get to her room. The staff was friendly and helpful, the snack area was sufficient, and the room was amazing. I would definitely stay again, and recommend to others.

The staff was super nice and very friendly. The issues I had was I had to DoorDash anytime I wanted food. Which wasn’t convenient and cost more than I wanted to pay to eat. They did offer a free breakfast in the mornings. But it was awful. The room was clean but the bed was extremely uncomfortable and very hard. It gave me huge lower back issues. That I am currently dealing with now that I am home. I could also hear neighbors at all hours making tons of noise. The door to my room had a huge gap along the vertical side when closed so light shown into the room because it was not sealed properly. The curtains did not close all the way. I faced an intersection and had street lights and traffic lights blinking into the room. Won’t stay at these properties again.

The room was nice and spacious, and it was quiet at night. The free breakfast is very good. I also appreciate the free water bottles. Parking was easy, and there’s a lot of places to eat, shop, etc. in the area. Check in staff could be better, but I highly recommend this hotel.
