Overall a good value. Clean and comfortable. The elevator broke down and was fixed fairly quickly. The biggest retraction from my stay was a lack of parking. The lot is very large but it’s shared with another hotel and they allow long term airport parking which can limit the spaces available.

I enjoy the close proximity to shopping and restaurants that this hotel offers me! Starbucks in the parking lot has to be one of my favorite things! The parking lot is always full at night, which unfortunately means parking in another business’ parking lot and walking in the dark because they do not turn on the lights of the hotel parking area. This always feels very unsafe. The lights are there, but they are not turned on. Most staff at the desk are very kind and welcoming. I will likely stay again, but I do wish that they would turn the lights on at night.

Sparkling clean hotel, close to the mall. Unfortunately the doors are thin, if you have a loud guest in the adjacent room you can hear almost all phone conversation. No carpets so it feels spacious and modern, unfortunately loud footsteps. The small gym area is well equipped including peleton bike. Skip the processed breakfast, head to Starbucks.

when asked for assistance the front desk clerk suggested that he only had 4 minutes left in his shift and would not be able to help me ... came back at 9:30pm in the pouring rain and had no choice but to park in the adjoining Mattress Firm parking lot - easily 350 yards away ... i was soaked to the bone - i was told the next day that the hotel has leased out parking spaces to the airport ??? NOT A SINGLE SPACE ON THEIR LOT - I have been there 4 times since January - won't be going back - cheers

Nice and clean hotel, near the airport. Staff advised that there was hot-tub and pool next door at the Ramada Inn where Tru had access too. Went to Ramada and only pool. Good Breakfast and played some pool.

We got a great price and decided to try Tru. Check in and most staff were great. Floors were filthy on the way to our room but clean the next morning. Our room was perfect for our family of 4. The lady running breakfast on the weekend was rude. The other attendant was lovely and accommodating. Our kids enjoyed being able to use the pool next door. Overall, great stay for the money.

The room itself was nice but the cleaning needs improving. When we checked in, the floor hadn't been properly swept, and there were clumps of hair near the wall in front of the bed. The reception mentioned that cleaning was done every other day. However, even after the next cleaning, the clump of hair was still there.

The location is good; however, the room is not very clean. There were hairs on the shower wall, and the hairdryer was dirty, with visible makeup marks on it. Dust was noticeable in some areas that appeared to have not been cleaned in a long time. The hairdryer didn’t work, but the staff was nice enough to bring us a new one.

Our bed sheets had hair on them. After housekeeping refreshed the bed, the issue was still present. The manager moved us to another room which was much better.

I understand this is a pet friendly hotel, however, the lack of cleanness in our room was disgusting. There was pet hair EVERYWHERE. As a person with no pets, I should not be seeing hair on the floor, tables, tv stands , bed, etc. Absolutely ridiculous! Fortunately the lady at the front desk was kind, polite and apologetic. She provided me with new sheets. I will NEVER stay here again.

Staff was great and Room was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was organized and had good options. The only thing that we did not like were the beds. The beds said that they were Queens on the reservation, but they were actually doubles and so was harder to fit two people per bed. Nice hotel, but would have stayed elsewhere if I knew the sizes of the beds were misrepresented.

Rooms spotless and functional, staff friendly, well located for the Mall and the Airport. Only criticism is that the rooms overlooking the highway are LOUD. So much so that I checked more than once if my window was open but no, it was just very loud. My tip is to bring earplugs or request a room not facing the highway.

Ok for the price. Hard surfaces in all areas which makes it extremely loud both in the hallways and in the rooms. Can hear people talking (at normal volume) in abutting rooms. Room was mostly clean, but hairs stuck to side of shower base. Bed was hard as a brick. I can sleep almost anywhere but i struggled here. TV channels only worked up through channel 23; all other channels said no signal. Breakfast options were sparse, but the staff was attentive and friendly. Location was easy in and out, and parking was plentiful.

Room 220 in particular is EXTREMELY noisy. It’s right that on top of something that causes the entire floor to vibrate. Impossible to get a good night sleep. Arrived from airport at1:45am. Too late to do anything about it, but this night stay ranks among the worst. The shuttle driver was not very personable - didn’t even offer to take my luggage on or off the shuttle (and I was the only rider. Check in staff might as well have just stayed in bed as they were half asleep when I arrived. Not welcoming AT ALL or helpful at check in.

Design is very fresh and trendy - there’s gaming amenities that are unique and not typically available at other hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff was friendly and mostly helpful. The first night I slept wonderfully, but the second night, I could hear the neighbors throughout the night (VERY frustrating!) and there were a few people in the parking lot screaming after 10pm, so I barely slept the second night of my 2-night stay. I alerted the staff of the outside noise via text, but they weren’t very helpful (responded an hour later and put the onus on me to figure hour who was being noisy - bizarre!). I ended up sleeping with noise cancelling headphones in to dull the outside noise which led to a horribly uncomfortable night. Overall, my room was nice although I did find hair around the sink and vanity area that must have been from the guest before (obviously from a man having shaved). I would recommend checking this hotel out for weeknight stays, but maybe for your weekend travels, I’d unfortunately recommend another location if my final night noise concerns are typical.

Management are scammers. They agreed to cancel and exchange a room on Monday for Tuesday, and then charged me for both. Fortunately, I had a representative from Hotels.com handle the transaction for me. But you nor I should have to deal with this issue again. Terrible management and customer service!

Oy vey, tried to check in after a long flight across the country. The poor man at the front counter was alone and their old computer system wouldn’t let him log in. Had to stand there waiting for him to call the GM - 30min to get checked in. No adjustment or upgrade or freebies. Just free waters. Ugh

Check in was wonderful, very polite and friendly. We overslept as we had no children or dogs to mar our sleep, so made it to breakfast ten minutes before closing. We were met with a rude breakfast clerk with "Make it quick", my daughter had a bagel in the toaster just to have it unplugged on her. Not a great start to what was a stressful weekend, but overall, not bad.

I did not appreciate the way I was treated by the manager at this property. We had confusion around our hotel stay and cancellation policies. When I asked to speak to someone in charge I was not given their information. I stated that I was going to leave a review on the business page. The manager then stated that I was "threatening" them and hung up the phone. I have never been treated so poorly. Terrible experience and they are refusing to refund me.

The facility is clean. There are a lot of hard surfaces making it easy to keep clean but noisy. The I-95 highway is close. Rooms on the back side hear all the traffic noise. The provided breakfast is adequate but fairly boring. The parking lot is usually full because it is used for airport shuttle parking.

The front desk service was nice and responsive. We arrived to find our room was very cold and the AC/heating unit would not work but it was too late for service. So next morning I reported the issue and it was fixed by the time we returned to the room. The breakfast offering could be a bit more extensive, even if adding a waffle maker and maybe some sweet rolls/muffins.
