Conveniently located in the SanDestin Beach and Golf Resort. We had a very nice king studio suite. The kitchenette was very good. Nice pool complex. Good walking trails.

I think this was our fifth stay here. This hotel has everything your family needs. Warm welcome from the lobby,all the amazing views from the balcony, very quiet, clean comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with everything you need, washer dryer in great condition, games and movie dvds all available for rental, game room was the popular feature for the boys, cute movie theater which runs three times a day with a movie that you want, amazing coffee in the lobby, I can go on forever. Silversands outlet and great restaurants are close by. Lots of options to do around the area. Shuttle runs to the beach. It was just top notch!! Love this hotel and we will definately be back for more!

Great experience. Very clean and house keeping was impeccable. Receptionist and hotel hospitality was at a level 10! Property is tucked away, they probably should add some better signage. Security you go thru does direct you well though and love that they are checking people. It’s a gorgeous area with walking trails and cute little village to go walk, shop and eat at that you MUST go to! Def go to the Marina as well. We just loved the room, walkable areas, wonderful staff and stay overall. Ohhh and did I mention the free laundry rooms, arcade and theatre on site?! The list goes on and on. STAY here especially with kids.

We came into this not expecting much given some of the reviews but upon arrival, we were very pleased at the size, layout and impeccable condition of both our particular unit and the facility as a whole - all residing withing the very well-managed Sandestin complex. The listing wasn't clear that we would have two bedrooms AND two baths but that was a nice surprise. Pools were extremely well managed and water was conditioned perfectly. The location of the pools looking out over the bay with osprey and other birds in plain view. The particular access that we were entitled to was a bit mysterious but we had a package that allowed for fully-paid-up access to beach chairs and umbrellas which is somewhat unheard of in the Destin area so a big plus. Shuttle was easy and ran pretty consistently. It was a solid "A" from our side. Great job Hilton Grand Vacations & Sandestin. A little pricey but what isn't in the Destin area in June??

We loved this property. It was away from the melee of the Gulf resorts. The property was quiet, nicely decorated, has a little movie theater, free bike and kayak rentals, free garage parking- all good. We did not have to commit to a tour for vacation ownership. Will definitely go back!

We be had an amazing stay the room was clean and cozy felt like home! Comes with a kitchen and kitchen necessities. There is also a laundry room they provide laundry detergent. Very spacious! And loved all the things to do at the resort. Very friendly staff

I loved the location between the beach and the wharf. Whatever way you biked or walked out of the property, it wasn't far to either one. Property was very clean and pretty except the zero gravity pool. Too many babies in diapers left the water gross with flecks of white diapers. Not the hotel's fault. Maybe not at the height of the tourist season it can be kept under control. Room was lovely and clean. The staff is exceptional! You are greeted everytime you enter the lobby and lots of good advise is given. Enjoyed it very much and will return again in the fall!

It was very safe walking to the Baytowne shops and everything was not too far to walk. There were a lot of dining options available. The hotel was roomy and clean and had everything available for use.

We booked this hotel using OneKey Cash which made it a very reasonable price. But we found the room to be extremely unclean. Floor was dirty, the kitchen had not been scrubbed well, comforter had something sticky on it. The sheets and blankets are old and not soft. Call me a diva but I also don’t like that I should have to take my trash to the dumpster at a “Grand Vacation Club”. The amenities are ok but overall not what we hoped for.

The hotel grounds and hallways well maintained. However, the rooms need to be updated and cleaned more thoroughly. If the curtains are stained, replace them. If the lamp shade is broken, replace it. If the light above the stove is burned out, replace it. It’s the simple things that can make a good stay…a great one.

Nice ppl that work there answers all your questions and helpful wwith all your needs. Hotel is clean. The bartender was great and kept the bar open two hrs past wen it was supposed to be closed. I would go back everytime that i visit Sandestin

We’ve stayed here many times and just absolutely love it here. The bay is beautiful and there’s plenty of lounge chairs around the pools and hot tubs. All the rooms are so spacious. The beds are firm.

The property is kept very beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with just the right amount of items. The furniture in our living room (505) was very uncomfortable. The room was beautiful and very spacious. The dining room and extra sitting room and the 2 bathrooms were all very comfortable to have. I would have preferred a balcony and wish I would have known before arrival that one was not part of our room.

Great experience. Very clean and house keeping was impeccable. Receptionist and hotel hospitality was at a level 10! Thoroughly enjoyed the peace and relaxation I experienced Also enjoyed the extras provided in the booking package (bike riding, kayaking, tennis, free access to private beach, easy to access restaurants, gym/fitness center).

Stay at this hotel was like any other hotel. Nothing went above and beyond. Out of all the employees that I met, Scott at the front desk was the most professional and helpful employee I met during my stay.

Property is tucked away, they probably should add some better signage. Security you go thru does direct you well though and love that they are checking people. It’s a gorgeous area with walking trails and cute little village to go walk, shop and eat at that you MUST go to! Def go to the Marina as well. We just loved the room, walkable areas, wonderful staff and stay overall. Ohhh and did I mention the free laundry rooms, arcade and theatre on site?! The list goes on and on. STAY here especially with kids.

We be had an amazing stay the room was clean and cozy felt like home! Comes with a kitchen and kitchen necessities. There is also a laundry room they provide laundry detergent. Very spacious! And loved all the things to do at the resort. Very friendly staff

I loved the location between the beach and the wharf. Whatever way you biked or walked out of the property, it wasn't far to either one. Property was very clean and pretty except the zero gravity pool. Too many babies in diapers left the water gross with flecks of white diapers. Not the hotel's fault. Maybe not at the height of the tourist season it can be kept under control. Room was lovely and clean. The staff is exceptional! You are greeted everytime you enter the lobby and lots of good advise is given. Enjoyed it very much and will return again in the fall!

It was very safe walking to the Baytowne shops and everything was not too far to walk. There were a lot of dining options available. The hotel was roomy and clean and had everything available for use.

We came into this not expecting much given some of the reviews but upon arrival, we were very pleased at the size, layout and impeccable condition of both our particular unit and the facility as a whole - all residing withing the very well-managed Sandestin complex. The listing wasn't clear that we would have two bedrooms AND two baths but that was a nice surprise. Pools were extremely well managed and water was conditioned perfectly. The location of the pools looking out over the bay with osprey and other birds in plain view. The particular access that we were entitled to was a bit mysterious but we had a package that allowed for fully-paid-up access to beach chairs and umbrellas which is somewhat unheard of in the Destin area so a big plus. Shuttle was easy and ran pretty consistently. It was a solid "A" from our side. Great job Hilton Grand Vacations & Sandestin. A little pricey but what isn't in the Destin area in June??

We loved this property. It was away from the melee of the Gulf resorts. The property was quiet, nicely decorated, has a little movie theater, free bike and kayak rentals, free garage parking- all good. We did not have to commit to a tour for vacation ownership. Will definitely go back!

I have a family of 4 (not including me) and it was enough space for all my kids to get there own bed. So that’s tell you about the space. I also have a service dog and they were very friendly and respectful to him and I. There’s a pier or island right next to the hotel and in the morning, it’s super quiet and peaceful. We’re definitely coming back!

Great rooms that are very large and well stocked. Odd tub in the bedroom makes it look a little dated but very comfortable. Eat at the marina next door!

I think this was our fifth stay here. This hotel has everything your family needs. Warm welcome from the lobby,all the amazing views from the balcony, very quiet, clean comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with everything you need, washer dryer in great condition, games and movie dvds all available for rental, game room was the popular feature for the boys, cute movie theater which runs three times a day with a movie that you want, amazing coffee in the lobby, I can go on forever. Silversands outlet and great restaurants are close by. Lots of options to do around the area. Shuttle runs to the beach. It was just top notch!! Love this hotel and we will definately be back for more!

Nice ppl that work there answers all your questions and helpful wwith all your needs. Hotel is clean. The bartender was great and kept the bar open two hrs past wen it was supposed to be closed. I would go back everytime that i visit Sandestin

It was a perfect location; inside gated community. Shopping and food within walking distance. Free transportation to beach side or if you choose to drive, free parking. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Been staying here everytime I've came to destin over 8 years has always been great very convenient spot only small complaint is walls pretty thin so u can hear foot steps and people moving around next door other than that great place.
