Swimming pool not opened. One of the reasons for staying here is for the pool and hot tub. The last 3 visits the hot tub was not available. I understand that things changed due to COVID-19. However, you need to bring back both the pool and the hot tub.

Hotel is beautiful and well taken care of, and it’s in the middle of some great restaurants and fast food. Only thing that sucked was that elevator and pool were closed due to maintenance and we were placed on the 4th floor so that was a bit of an inconvenience.

Hotel was clean, quiet, and room was spacious, beds were comfortable, but the pool was closed. After a day of traveling with kids, that was a real disappointment, since we had booked partially based on the fact that there would be a pool for them to get out some energy.

Very run down hotel. Thermostat did not work properly so temp range was six degrees and no ability to turn off fan as air blows right onto bed. Bathroom shower disgusting - hair and debris in drain and was clogged so you showered with water backing up. TV did not work. Tear it down and start over. This place got great reviews but they had to be fake.

The area around the hotel is really unsafe. When I took a shower, the drain was clogged and dirt rose up from the drain and filled the tub. Would not recommend staying here.

Having checked in late, we asked for a late check out. The front desk clerk did not hesitate to put the request in. He was very nice and professional. The hotel is clean from the moment we stepped in and all the way to our rooms. The only reason I give this only four stars is because of the bed. It was so hard I felt like I was sleeping on plywood. Needless to say, I didn't get much rest. Other than that, I'm thankful for a place to stay the night.

This is a nice hotel in a good location. It is new, clean and the staff is friendly. Our only criticism is that the AC/ heater is terrible as they are loud and not very efficient. This was definitely a negative.

There are several little things that needed attention. Most importantly was the AC unit. The controller wasn’t working properly and the toilet paper holders were coming off the wall. The breakfast was nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was stylish.

Everything about this place was poor. Reception staff took a while to look up from texting on her phone to acknowledge our arrival. Poorly laid out room. Couldn't view TV from the couch OR the bed. Bathroom door was frosted glass, so if someone needed to use the restroom in the middle of the night, the entire room lit up.

The heater was making a terrible noise but I was able to turn it off and fortunately was comfortable without it. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Shower door didn't close tightly so leaked water on the floor. There were more than enough towels which was nice. Fridge didn't seem very cold.

Best thing about stay was very friendly waitress at breakfast. Room was ok except for very loud cycling AC and evening staff who didn't know how to check in with third party vendors so we were double charged and had to wait for refund.

We were checked into a room that had been rented to another guest. They were in the shower. Thank god we heard the water and shut the door immediately. From a former hotel GM this is unacceptable and the system used to assign rooms shouldn’t allow it so they were making keys manually in the back. Highly disappointed in the reaction from the overnight employee. She truly didn’t care at all. Didn’t even attempt to apologize.

I arrived earlier than expected, and to my surprise, the staff was incredibly thoughtful—they called me as soon as my room was ready. After a long journey, it was a relief to be accommodated within 30 minutes. I truly appreciated the kindness of the gentleman who assisted us; his exceptional customer service made a world of difference during our stay. On a side note, there’s a fantastic pizza place just a short walk from the hotel that treats kids to free ice cream! The pizza is absolutely delicious too—definitely worth checking out!

The original room we got had a very annoying noise from the vent right outside our window. We told the rep on duty about it. He was very rude. Without offering to fix the issue he cancelled our room and said we can leave. I stated that was very unprofessional behavior. He said he was done with everyone this day. But that treatment was so uncalled for. He angrily assigned another room and threw our key cards on the counter. Not a nice person.

Room was a bit on the warm side to sleep. I set the thermostat to 70 and it never really cooled to that level. Neighboring rooms were a bit loud - footsteps from above and kids across the hall but it didn’t bother us too much. Breakfast was good and check in/check out staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a super nice hotel, the area surrounding it seems a bit sketchy. The beds and rooms were fantastic, the staff was amazingly friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. Just make sure to not leave anything in your car.

The hotel was great! The service was wonderful, and I was so tired. They let us check in early and really made everything easy. The homeless people camped out everywhere around it was super sketchy and made us feel like we were in the walking dead.

Room was good, TV in an ackward position so with 3 People one couldn't see it most likely the one next to the Window Breakfast was way belowthe price they charged for the Room only Eggs and no Bacon or sausage. Bread was so dried by the time you tasted it it edible. Potatoes was super dry as well. Go woth the Waffles and Joghurt. My Husband ate sausage gravy and Biscuit he sad was ok. Decaf Coffee was ok.but lukewarm by the time you added the creamer. Tnis was our first stay in this Hotel and I don't think we will ever stop in one again. Relocating from Colorado to Arizona. This,was the most expensive room on our trip with the least chioces fir Breakfast.
