Everything was good although wish the pool was cleaner.

The air in our room was not working. The staff was unable to change our room. We slept in a room that did not go under 80° all night. We tried to spend time at the pool but the area was littered with wasps and wasp nests. There were no towels and the pool had not been cleaned. No one offered us any compensation when we checked out.

Did not bring pet (s) with me...Did not use pool.

Very nice and clean!

I didn't like the fact that housekeeping never came to clean the room or change the towels while I stayed.

Felt really bad for the front desk person on duty. It was late on Christmas Day, and there had already been a plumbing disaster from a burst pipe, that was visible in the front lobby. She was alone and definitely looked frazzled. But she was pleasant, and very helpful. She took in stride the need for non-feather bedding (due to severe allergy), and was very polite and accommodating. BTW they have a highly ridiculous debit card policy posted; but it is not on the website and not on Expedia, and she was able to help us navigate it without major penalty. I would definitely call ahead if you use a debit card for check in, as it was absurd and not expected (I actually looked for a debit card policy before booking the room and none was found). The room was clean, the hotel was clean and quiet. We were in a two bedroom suite that exceeded our expectations. Will definitely consider coming back.

nobody at check in at 10Pm had to wait. we called earlier in the day to tell them we would be in at 10. we booked a king bed. when we got there they said did not have a king room got two singles. room smelled like mold. door key cards in hall beep all night. comforters on the bed were not dry. floor was sticky carpet and tile

We were very shocked at the condition of the room. Carpet had multiple areas of spills/ debris. Sofa was severely stained. When we attempted to use the pullout bed for our grandchild, insides were stained and crumbs and a roach fell out. Shame on Marriott! Staff were sitting in guest area with bagged food spread on tables when we arrived. So disapppiinting.

I was forced to downgrade my room because my first room had AC problems. The AC maintained a constant 83F. I paid for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite but was moved to a 1 bedroom. It would be nice to b

We like this hotel for it's location near I26, restaurants. it has a large walk-in shower, kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, sink, and eating area. The 12cup coffee maker was missing, so I called the front desk and they had one in storage and was able to drop it by the room. I was very pleased with the staff there.

I was looking forward to staying at this property because I really loved the TownPlace Suites. I was extremely disappointed… the room was very hot upon arrival and I couldn’t get it to cool off. As it turned out, the window in the sitting area was wide open and the lock was broken. The usb ports in the sitting area didn’t work even though they were plugged in. There was no alarm clock in the room and no usb ports in the bedroom. When I called downstairs to ask about charging ports and a clock, the guy said, “don’t you have a charging block?” Going from the bedroom into the bathroom, I stepped on something very sharp, drawing blood from the bottom of my foot. It was a carpet tack that was sticking up in the doorway. The bathtub stopper was broken and just laying in the tub. When I booked the room, I asked for a walk-in shower and requested that the room did not have a raised toilet seat. They assured me they could get those requests for me… well, upon entering the room, I checked and they gave me a room with a tub and a raised toilet seat. I’m very short (and 70 years old) and I had to have my son bring me a step-stool so I would be able to use the restroom without it causing me too much pain on the backs of my legs due to the height of the seat. I also have a great deal of trouble stepping into a bathtub and I’m not very steady on my feet… thus my reason for requesting a walk-in shower. I was so exhausted and uncomfortable due to these issues. There’s more but no more room.

I was very disappointed with the quality of this hotel. It certainly was not up to what I would expect from my Marriott property. There was no hot water in the main shower although the smaller shower in the second bedroom did have hot water. There were Shampoo bottles falling off the walls in the shower. Neither one of the phones in the unit were connected and could be used. The sofa in the unit had such a sag in it, it was uncomfortable to sit in. Again, this is certainly not up to the standards of a Marriott property that charges $300 a night.

My family and I loved our stay here as a family of 5 we were a bit nervous but stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family.

It was 105 degrees and our a/c unit did not work in our room. It was 83 degrees in the room and very unpleasant. They said there were no other rooms available so we suffered through a very hot night.

The service at Residence Inn was amazing. Our dog Jax came along and he had a great time. Hotel was nice and clean.Anything we asked for we got it fast Warm welcome when we checked and kind words when our family checked out. I will definitely tell family and friends about Residence Inn!

Called ahead to see if we could check in early, polite staff checked and found a room for us, upon arrival we had a room as indicated. Grateful for accommodating us.

Two bedroom suite and hot water in only one bathroom. Talked to maintenance and new employees and it was never fixed. I get that it was over a holiday week but a lack of response and support is still not acceptable.

The stay was great!! everyone and everything was nice the room was clean the breakfast was good I don't have any complaints. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I plan to come back in the future.

This was just one of several overnight stops on our way from MI to FL. We were traveling with my elderly parents so we opted for 2-bedroom suites. Clean modern unit. Check-in went well, staff were friendly and professional. Room had two bedrooms with full bathrooms Large full kitchen including basic kitchen supplies Nice breakfast buffet Appreciated the shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles. Imagine reduces the cost and better for the environment. Previous location forgot to refill this stay was good. No staff members wearing masks. Our concern is if any ever test positive how would guests know so they can plan accordingly. Would appreciate masks, especially staff working the breakfast buffet. No hand sanitizer stations near the breakfast area Room light switches limited. Difficult for elderly ones to cross dark unfamiliar rooms to search for a lamp switch. Overall good stay and would choose this location again.
