I was so disappointed. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the last 3 years and loved everything. This is the first time I wanted to leave! The room smelled soured. I sprayed air freshener and the odor would come back almost immediately. I couldn’t sleep for the smell. The floor was disgusting. The elevators were sketchy. The door shut, we pushed the 4th floor…the elevator went nowhere. It took it a few minutes before we could get the door to open. We used the stairs multiple times. The shower curtain was too short. The bathroom floor got soaked every time one of us showered. The staff is wonderful. It’s a shame everything else was awful!

Our stay was great! There were very few people on the property (we stayed in the off-season), but the employees were all friendly and helpful. Great place to stay, especially if you have a dog!

The woman that checked me in was wonderful. The bathroom was not the cleanest. There was a lot of black hair in the bathroom and in the tub. I tried to call down to the front desk to notify them but the phone rang and rang. I picked up the hairs with a tissue and place them in the garbage.

Absolutely fave stop in Mary Esther vey comfortable stay and love the tub! A lot of new or remodel hotels don’t have a tub anymore great hotel comfort and the people that work here are awesome as well

Mu husband and I stayed two nights. Our stay was better than anticipated. The room was clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. which gave us a great night rest. Bathroom linens were top quality. Breakfast had anything and everything you could want. The staff were over the top nice and friendly. Felt like home if not better!!

The Hampton Inn is a great find in this area. Like new, absolutely spotless, well run, with a friendly staff. Andy, at the front desk, was very colorful, efficient and helpful. Okaloosa Island is a short drive away and there are several national chain restaurants nearby. Very quiet at night. Great breakfast included with room.

When I checked in I was greeted by the associate and she was very nice and let me know all about places to go to and places to eat she was very friendly she made this experience great for my family and I. I wish I would have asked for her name She gave us pamphlets of places to visit they also had some coupons in it. The breakfast was amazing. The person cleaning up the breakfast area always made sure it was clean and if the food need to be replaced she made sure there was always enough food for everyone. My overall experience was so worth my money I will definitely be staying here again!!

We drove in for the 4th of July. This was a very last minute book for us and being a holiday everything else was booked up. The front desk staff were ever kind, the room was very clean, the complimentary breakfast was phenomenal. This was by far the cleanest most immaculate Hilton I’ve been to. You can tell the staff takes pride in their hotel. The location to everything was great and the area was clean and safe. If we ever come back we will definitely stay here.

The cleanest hotel we have stayed at in a long time. Lobby clean. Breakfast area beautiful and well kept. Typical varies breakfast offerings. King room spacious and very clean. Bed comfortable. Plenty of high quality towels and amenities. Hot shower with good water pressure. Quiet rooms. Staff amazing. Special call out to the polite young girl Lilly who ran the breakfast area very professionally and to Becky who ran the front desk and provided us with a wonderful personal recommendation to try Old Bay Steamers for dinner. Which was anmazing! And also to the young man who checked us in and provided extra pillows on the spot. What a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a 5 star experience at a reasonable price. This Hampton’s quality speaks for itself.

The lobby and breakfast were great. The rooms are dated with carpet floors. No vent fan in the bathroom so there must be mold. Bathtubs are new but you can tell the walls around it are old and mold has been covered up. Staff is friendly but rooms are no good.

Hotel was clean and staff were so friendly. They went above and beyond. Carrie at check in gave me information about restaurants and activities in the area. She was amazing also reached out to see how my stay was or if I needed anything. There was another young lady who recommended a close dinner spot Pita and it was delicious. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Excellent service, clean, breakfast was excellent. Kudos for the Breakfast lady- she was sooooooooooo kind, cute person, provided us places to go and enjoy our vacations. I don’t remember the name but I saw in her name tag (mama M) (old lady). Safe place, etc. Everything was so good.
