Exceptionally friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. The whole place is nicely remodeled and well-lit in the parking areas. Breakfast was good. If we happen to stay in Moriarity again, would definitely come back.

Check-in was easy with a courteous young lady. Although the outside property resembles a nostalgic Route 66 motel, the room was nicely updated, LVP floors, new beds, new shower with good water pressure. Easy, free parking with single level rooms for easy access. Coffee maker, microwave and new fridge in room. Grassey, pet area had free poop bags and disposal. I would recommend to stay at this property.

This place was a great find, only complaint was the water pressure in the toilet was low. Very dog friendly, doesn’t accept ESA pets, fees are $15 per pet. Ample parking for RVs, trucks, trailers, etc. Disappointed breakfast didn’t start until 6:30am. Office closed overnight.

Convenient location and friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, but it was very high and I am short. It was not easy getting on the bed!! Sheets and towels all clean, but the remote control for the tv was disgusting. There was so much grunge on it I was tempted to ask the office for a toothbrush and some bleach. Some places have those simple remotes and mention how the remotes are sanitized. The remote at this location was one of the types of remotes like you would have at home with all kinds of buttons that are opportunities to accumulate gunk. I may seem like I'm ranting, but I can't explain how bad it was. A quick swipe by daily cleaning staff would not work. I actually did try to clean it, but would have needed a brush to get in all the crevices. Breakfast was ok.

Newer vinyl floor was nice but so dirty my white socks were dirty going from the bed to the bathroom. No hot water Large crack in bathroom wall. Apparently that’s where the spiders came in and we’re waiting for me in the morning. Gross! Plus they overcharged me by $5!

Initially appeared clean, after being there longer realized how filthy the floor was. Apparently these properties think that if they install hardwood floors they don't have to do anything but vacuum them. Cockroach in the bathroom in the morning was the straw that broke our will and told us not to ever return.

Very disappointed with this property. The molding is falling off the wall. The furniture is beyond filthy. The floors were sticky. There is rust growing in the toilet. I will not be staying long enough to try their breakfast. I can only imagine the state of the kitchen facilities.

This motel is best described as very good rather than excellent. The cost and convenient location are definite positives, and for an overnight stay it works well. That said, there are some areas that could use improvement. The room had a faint musty smell, there was water damage on the bathroom ceiling, and the bathtub showed some wear with chips. The breakfast is serviceable, though not outstanding. These issues wouldn’t prevent me from staying here again, but I feel a rating of “excellent” doesn’t quite reflect the current condition of the property.

While I understand this property is older and the owners are working on improving it, they might want to start with the doors. Both the front door to my room and the door to the bathroom had significant damage. Also, if you would like a quiet place for the night, this might not be the place for you. The walls are very thin and the noise from my neighbors was enough to make me turn on the fan to drown them out. Just a thought - when the place is not full, it might be best to space the guests out with an empty room in between. Office staff was wonderful! Very helpful!

Comfortable bed and pillows. But door was grimy and a hole at the bottom corner big enough for a lizard or mouse or bugs to get through. Baseboards very grimy and one section by the sink was almost completely unattached and kind of hidden by the waste basket. It was puzzling because the room furniture and counters and flooring seem to have been recently upgraded. Price was reasonable and location good.

I was looking for a average comfortable stay at a reasonable cost and found it. The interior room looked like it had been renovated recently but my door had cracks like someone had kicked it. Noise from next room very noticeable from people taking and tv. If the linens had been quality thicker towels and sheets I would have given a higher rating.

Room was reasonable clean. Staff was very nice, friendly and welcoming. Tub was peeling and water was warm not hot. Door to entrance and bathroom was dirty and peeling. Floorboards would pop when walked on them and not lined up properly. Pet fee is reasonable at $15. Overall decent for a one night staff. Felt like an 80 dollar room, not 125. Staff was very kind tho. Fridge and microwave in room.

The door lock was not working. Arrived at hotel for check-in at midnight. Contacted the front desk for the door lock. The staff did not address the issue. Offered a refund for leaving the hotel which is unrealistic. We booked this hotel months ago. Where will we go at midnight??!! We did not have any other option, so we stayed in that hotel. We felt unsafe and did not have a good sleep as the door lock does not work. The staff didn’t do anything that could make out stay safe and comfortable. We were saddened by the unfriendly behaviour of the person at the front desk

This place was horrible. The room was clean and well maintained. The property manager is an abusive lunatic. He repeatedly called my room to collect the $30 pet fee. It was 10:30 at night on a Sunday and I had no ability to contact my bank until the next morning. When I didn’t have another method of payment he screamed at me and said he was going to call the cops on me.

The "assistant general manager" cancelled my reservation because i asked her to wear gloves when she took my ID and credit card because i had been sick. I am a nurse and told her i was just protecting her and she told me to leave the property. She was extremely rude and then lied to upper management about what took place.

We reserved a handicapped accessible room ahead of time and didn't receive one. There was a plastic bag with used tissue left in the room from previous guests. And there weren't many restraunts nearby.

Got charged a 50 undisclosed pet fee plus another $15 for the pet fee. Totalling an extra $65 plus tax. Never was asked if I had a pet with me. Didn't try to hide the fact that I had a dog. Parked right in front of lobby when checking in with dog out open window. Walked by office with the dog plenty of times front desk person saw me plenty of times and didn't mention at all about not disclosing a pet up front. i would've kindly paid the pet fee. Instead of just charging me the 15 or the 50 they charged me a undisclosed fee and a pet fee. Didn't find out til check out and the front desk person said they couldn't do anything and if I wanted to complain they gave me the owners card. Plenty of places to stay in Santa Rosa that are better and won't rip you off. If you do plan on staying here.Better say you have a pet of they will gouge you. Stay at your own risk

What a pleasant surprise to stay here in Santa Rosa overnight. For a great value price, this hotel checks all the boxes for a clean, quiet and safe stay. No fancy frills, but met our needs. Also enjoyed Joseph’s Bar and Grill down the road. We recommend this stay; you won’t be disappointed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only con was the abysmal breakfast choices. They had little cinnamon rolls, waffles, cold cereal or yogurt. Just could have done a little better. But the rest of the stay was excellent.

The motel was very clean and the bed comfortable. The only problem we had is we could hear the noise hole conversation next to us and we hoped they would go to sleep soon. The breakfast was a joke. Cold cereal and pancakes. We took coffee and left. They shouldn’t even advertise breakfast.
