Petite résidence hôtelière au fond d'une cours dure à trouver. En effet aucune indication extérieure. Si vous souhaitez un parking il faut le signaler lors de la réservation ce qui n'est pas expliqué et vu la difficulté pour stationner dans la ville... prévoir 40 euros de plus... Appartement confortable et spacieux mais très bruyant le matin car les clients du petit déjeuner et les femmes de chambre sont très bruyants ...

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa struttura (famiglia di 4 persone), in camera con letto matrimoniale e 2 divani letto singoli. La posizione è perfetta per una visita alla città, a 5 minuti a piedi dal Duomo e da Santa Maria Novella. Altro aspetto super positivo la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff sia via email prima del nostro arrivo che di persona, inviandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per raggiungere la struttura senza problemi. Abbiamo inoltre usufruito del parcheggio interno a pagamento. Di negativo il cattivo odore in camera, probabilmente dal climatizzatore, abbiamo arieggiato più volte la stanza per qualche minuto, purtroppo l’odore che saliva dalla strada a causa dei locali sui quali la camera si affacciava non era comunque dei migliori, e l’odore cattivo continuava ad essere presente. Sempre per la posizione della camera lato strada, i rumori provenienti dalla strada sia di notte che di mattina presto erano un po’ fastidiosi. Nonostante questo la nostra opinione rimane assolutamente positiva e ci soggiorneremmo di nuovo volentieri se tornassimo a Firenze.

Un appartement hôtel très bien situé, au cœur de la ville. Nous avons été très bien recu. Les installations sont confortables et spacieuse. Nous entendons peu les bruits de la rue. Et le plus, un parking à proximité malgré le fait que ce soit un centre-ville... même si ce parking est un peu cher.

Personale gentile e disponibile, apprezzatissima la possibilità di lasciare in custodia i bagagli prima e dopo il rilascio della stanza Ambienti curati e puliti. A pochi minuti di camminata dal centro storico, nelle vicinanze vari ristoranti e negozi. Consigliato

Hace 7 años estuve aquí con la familia y nos gusto tanto que regresamos desgraciadamente en otras condiciones. Toallas rotas, malas almohadas. Una por persona. El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido y en la noche dejó de funcionar. Malos productos de shampoo y jabones. No pañuelos desechables. Tuvimos que pedir papel sanitario ya que no colocan adicional. Gran decepción

We loved everything about the Hotel: the location, the cleanliness of the room, the courtesy of the staff. We had the chance to get our room upgraded to an apartment and it was very nice. I recommend it 100%. Thanks for making our stay in Florence enjoyable.

This was a great location and friendly staff. Only issue was we could hear a lot of music and voices from other apartments.

didnt know there was a shared common space in the kitchen/living room. there was also a slight smell in the common area. beds were a little stiff and hot water ran out quickly. other than that, everything else was perfect.

Dissappointed to find that even though the room was advertised with A/C it didn't have any A/C available in the room. There was only a unit that blew hot air.

The property was very well located and walkable to all the major sites. Check in was seemless and front desk staff was very helpful. The room was a little dated but as an apartment it had a full kitchen and a separate loft bedroom for my daughter. great choice of hotel for a very reasonable price. i would stay there again.

It is little difficult to find the hotel because it’s inside of a big door that was closed during business hours. Have to use an antique key yo enter the room. The hotel bathroom shower is very small that not easy to move around when we shower. Noise from upstairs until midnight and early starting at 6. When we complained the hotels staffs said they don’t owe the upstairs properly so they can’t do much about it. I would rate this hotel 2.5. Hotel staffs are very friendly and hotel location is good easy to access to the train terminal

Sobrevalorada en las paginas de reserva.extremadamente ruidosa.permiten ruidos durante toda la noche,aparte de estar mal aislada, turistas haciendo ruido hasta mas de la de 1 de la mañ y las 5.30 de la mañana otra vez.no hay recepcion entre las 19.00 pm y las 09.00 am,cuando avisas de los ruidos por la mañana solo te piden disculpas.sin poder dormir la mitad de nuestra estancia.averia en caldera y sin agua caliente durante un dia.mala experiencia

Great location near the train station. Older property, stayed in an apartment. Difficult to find appropriate power points for international adaptor they are mainly 3 prong, found one 2 prong adaptor in the kitchenette. Very helpful customer service, we wanted to leave our luggage early to go on a day trip to Pisa and they were able to accommodate even though it was 630am.

El hotel esta a menos de 5min caminando de la estacion del tren y es muy facil llegar. La zona es muy tranquila pero a pocos minutos caninando de los lugares de interes . La habitacion espaciosa. Agradable, iluminada ideal para una familia. Sin duda me hospedaria en este hotel de nuevo.

Struttura particolare che da\' libertà e indipendenza. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, vicinissimo sl centro. Colazione " basica" decisamente migliorabile. Unica nota NEGATIVA richiesta di 15 euro extra per usare piatti e bicchieri! Fuori luogo visto che in un appartamento almeno i bicchieri si usano!

위치좋고 시내에 있는데도 답답하지 않았고 가격도 좋았습니다. 아침도 훌륭했구요. 특히 maria는 매우 친절했습니다.
