Staybridge Suites Austin North - Parmer Lane by IHG

This is a hidden gem. First time staying at a Staybridge and was impressed. Didn't do the free breakfast. Parking is free and the property is well maintained. Disappointed that it was no ice makers available, but the staff did offer to give ice. There are alot of restaurants' in the vicinity which was great. You can even walk to a some of them as well. The room suite was and felt clean. Was worth the money. Will stay there again.

I LOVED my stay here. The little things were solid. Great bed/pillows, great shower/products, great turndowns each day, free laundry, fairly priced pantry, fresh breakfast that didn’t suck, and great staff. Will definitely stay here again!!

Terrific service and extremely friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good and included a wide variety. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool was very clean and we had it to ourselves most of the time, which was lovely. It was also heated! There is a spa water provided in the front lobby. I wish there was coffee provided outside of breakfast hours. An ice machine would have also been nice. Overall, recommended.

My family and I stayed here while visiting family. We def. Enjoyed our stay it was clean, conveniently close to everything. We enjoyed the free breakfast it was good, and the gym and Ofcourse the laundry was free so it was very convenient for our stay. Would stay here again.

Reception here was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was pretty comfy. It was great for a last minute stay between vacation rentals. The area is safe and quiet as well. My kiddos enjoyed the indoor pool and basketball court as well.

Also free dinners Mon-Wed with beer and wine included, which was an unexpected perk! Room was clean upon checkin but daily service just included fresh towels and they made our beds. Parking was great - never far from an entrance. Good location - 20-30 minutes to downtown Austin or Round Rock. Pool is small but we had it all to ourselves the entire week so it was perfect. Our room was at the end of a quiet hallway. Only heard some neighbor noise one night and it wasn’t bad. Definitely would stay here again!

Our stay was great! Everything was clean and the room was spacious with all of the amenities that we required. They are very pet friendly and security is a high priority for the facility. Safety, security, and comfort: these aspects were well represented during our stay.

The property was very clean. Had free breakfast and even had socials with snacks and drinks. Pool was also clean.

The property is getting old, and the bed mattress needs an update. Two live roaches were found in our suite during our stay, which shows that the rooms were not cleaned properly before our stay. The breakfast menu has various options, and the staff who attended the breakfast area were nice and greeted us every morning during our stay.

My room had a pubic hair on the shower wall and a long black hair on the face towels over the sink. The room had an old smell to it and I woke up congested each morning of my week long stay. The room was not serviced well daily and items like dishwasher soap were not restocked and surfaces were not cleaned. I could also tell that the pillowcases were not changed as they were wrinkled from the previous day. There were weird stains on furniture and large discolored spots on the carpet leading to the room. The AC seems to only go so low, no matter how cold you set it. The amenities were not explained at check-in so I was not sure what was available and the frequent sirens from the road behind the hotel made resting complicated. The TVs were hard to operate and the remote in the main tv area seem to be on the way out. All in all, for the price, they could do a lot better and I would not consider this a 3 star hotel for the reasons stated above.

Overall the place is a great and very clean. Some of the rooms have weird different odors, my in laws stayed in a different room and they had to change rooms due to a foul odor that wouldn’t go away with plug ins and air fresheners. Also the morning front desk lady was rude and unprofessional when I tried to ask early check in fees and if I can leave my luggage there since my room wasn’t ready yet.

Property/room was clean and well maintained. My family and I met up from several places and spent a weekend at this hotel together reuniting and we had the greatest time by the pool. We appreciate everything the hotel did to make our stay wonderful

Rooms were very nice and spacious. Two TV’s, and small kitchen was very convenient. Property was well maintained and fresh smelling.

Great family suite and very spacious

Loved our room, it was like a little apartment and had everything we could ever need. I also appreciated that the living room/kitchen had french doors to the bedroom/bathroom so I could watch tv or visit w/ friends while my daughter was napping. I should have been staying @ Staybridge Suites all along for out of town volleyball tournaments. Also, the complimentary breakfast was really good. Love the Texas shaped waffles!

Asked for a quiet room then gave me a room.. super humid, strange w/ air condition machine next to my pillow.. narrow window with no sunlight… yes it’s quiet though…causing me whole day headache during work… the hotel breakfast is awful.. last time in June I was here WiFi had no internet .. took 8 hours to recover in 2am … using my data plan for evening meeting… this time, front desk gave me internet provider customer service to report and feedback is, the whole resort has no internet… good for your budget hotel

The room was amazing. Breakfast selection was great! There were seven of us in the room with spacious. The communication was great. We had a full-size fridge. Honestly would stay again.

Ac not properly working

The hotel room was very comfortable. Bed was comfy, pillows were great, kitchenette was perfect and food was pretty good. I would highly recommend this location for the north Austin area!

Stayed here as a family of 6. We were in the two bedroom suite. Very comfortable. Hotel offered a great breakfast and even a complimentary dinner a few nights a week. Super cool. Close to restaurants and shops. Right next to a very busy freeway with lots of construction. Traffic in the area is crazy!! Be prepared. There’s a cool park right down the street. Great for kids and going on walks/runs. There were a few things broken in our room including the door into the bathroom. Other than that the hotel was great.

The location off I-35 was great. The room was nice, but it felt dated... Service staff and meals were excellent.

No issues for a week long stay. Our only complaints were the couch, which is very very broken in and uncomfortable and the slamming of the door at the end of the hall since we were at the end of the hall as well. But staff was nice, breakfast was good.

The room water tap is not working and bathroom dont have the rug . The toilet sink was leaking and entire night i could not sleep. Staff was rude and dont respond to any call. On a whole a nightmare

Poor management

Was charged almost $700 additional to my card after my stay, and the hotel refuses to even acknowledge that I stayed there despite me having dates/time/room number/confirmation number. I even have picture proof that the room was in clean order when I checked out. Simply ridiculous that this happened, and they won’t work with me.

This is the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at. First of all, the pricing is so affordable for all they have to offer! Location is great, you’re just outside of town, everything you want to see is about 20 minutes away. The grounds are beautiful and kind of recessed behind the highway by a larger plaza area. You can walk to a Walmart for anything you may need. Let’s talk about the actual hotel. The staff is so kind and helpful! Love that. Check in was a breeze, our room is so clean and has everything we needed and more. The free breakfast is DELICIOUS!! Hello Texas shaped waffles! 😍 they have options for all diets too, which was really important for our family. They offer FREE dinners at the beginnings of the week which we were able to experience and it honestly exceeded my expectations. That night was BBQ and they had a salad bar, nachos, potato salad, rolls and corn along with the meats. I was floored at how yummy everything was! We were so grateful for this offering. The room has a hair dryer, oversized towels, and full size pump bottles of dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion just in case you forget! The beds are so comfy too. They only do a $25 hold too for accidentals which in my experience is so cheap! Take care of the room like it’s your own and you won’t have any issues. The pool is perfect for kids and babies too! They have delicious cucumber lemon water in the entryway, one of my favorites. The whole hotel is beautiful and clean.

The hotel was amazing and located in a very well connected area. Walmart, restaurants, drugstores, etc.

There where some stores and restaurants nearby and a quiet area the staff was friendly and helpful next time I go I’ll be there again

We had an amazing stay, would definitely stay here again if needed. I forgot the lady that checked me in but she was so sweet and such a pleasure to work with, I think it was Rachel. It makes a world of a difference to have a good first encounter and she made that happen. The first room we were assigned had a funny/mildew smell so I called down and she changed my room immediately, with no hassle. The rooms come equipped with everything— large fridge, stovetop, microwave, sink, dishes and dishwasher. We did not have to ask for a thing. They also have a full breakfast with eggs and all. This is what I consider a 5 star hotel, even though it isn’t “upscale”. I would definitely recommend!

Well maintained property with a really good breakfast

We've stayed in many hotels. This was by far our favorite. The thing for us that stood out the most was the complimentary dinners. It's a way for the guests to meet and greet. Also, probably the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. Oh, and the shower! I could go on and on about this hotel. I'd give more stars if I could.

Everything good until breakfast Monday morning. Bacon looked to be cardboard and tasted like cardboard. Why have sliced sausage with French Toast on breakfast menu?

Great budget option, especially with the kitchen. There is no ice machine anywhere, however the freezer in the room has an ice maker. It was empty when we arrived so it took a day to have a decent amount. We had turn it off at night though as we didn't want it to wake us up as it's a bit noisy. Other than that, it was a good experience. The breakfast is limited but good enough for us to not need to go out for breakfast.

Super clean and a fantastic, full breakfast daily along with dinners served M-Wed, this is a super value. The staff is friendly, beds are comfortable and the property is quiet. We’ll stay here again.
