I feel like they just placed us an old bad room when we checked in; I’m sure there were better rooms available than given to us … I should’ve known better when I saw dead gnats around the check in desk. the sheets have burn holes in them and has stains (not sure why they haven’t thrown it away cause it belongs in the trash). Furniture has nail polish stains on them through the room. Key fob goes out constantly so we have to go to the front desk because we’re unexpectedly locked out day/night No iron in room and false amenities are listed Let’s just say my family said I lost my hotel booking duties because they were highly disappointed and uncomfortable.

There were no towels in the room, and no soap provided either—basic necessities that should have been there from the start. We had to ask for them the following day. The colors were all different colors and some with stains. The kitchenette was also advertised, but it was completely bare—no pots or pans, making it essentially unusable. Additionally, the cleanliness in the kitchen was subpar. The top of the fridge was covered in dust, and the air filter in the kitchen looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Another issue was the bedding change, which was supposed to happen 2-3 times per week, but I only received two changes during my entire stay (15 nights). This was not the level of service I expected, and overall, I felt misled by the hotel's advertising.

The hotel doesn’t have very many amenities. The room was clean, but very low budget. If you’re just looking for an inexpensive place to stay and you don’t can’t about esthetics, this would be the place to book. The staff wasn’t too helpful. They didn’t seem to care much about their job. The breakfast was very meagerly and skimpy. Nothing that peaked the desire.

The first room they put us in, we pulled back the sheets and it literally look terrible. Dark Stains and seemingly recent dried blood. We took footage to the desk and they switched room. However the towels and cloths remained in similar conditions throughout the stay. Old stained and recent things stuck on them. And the WiFi is “free” because it doesn’t work. It was conveniently close to food. Which was the up sit.

I booked (or thought I booked) a deluxe Kitchenette room for 2 nights. I get there I pay, and get told after I paid that they don’t have the room I wanted…. I was okay with that but why did they still charge me the Kitchenette price?! Then after I spent a large portion of my night going from rooom to room with NO lights! the rooms smelt like cigarettes. So if I don’t get my refund… it’s really a 0 star all around trip. I hate wasting money.

Quiet place not far from the airport. Parking lot is small but we had no issues. Staff was friendly.

The property and parking lot is a little small but very well kept. The hotel parking lot and outside areas were very clean. Parking is also close to rooms, which is great!

Ok for the price. Would have been nice to have utensils in the kitchenette.

There wasn’t many parking spaces so you should come in early but overall the room was nicely cleaned and the staff was available 24/7

We booked this room for the kitchenette. It had sink, refrigerator microwave and two burner cooktop. No plates cookware or utensils. No hand soap or hand towels. There were burns in the quilt on one of the beds. Very disappointed.

The room we were given was absolutely disgusting..atrocious “Smoke free” room but smelled like an ash tray. And ironically had an ash tray in it. Burn holes in the sheets and blankets which looked like they have not been changed or washed in who knows how long. Pillows had stains..I’m sure the covers weren’t washed or changed Disgusting all around to the point my daughter and I weren’t comfortable even being in the room Thankfully the girl at the front desk switched us to the renovated room which was better but still. It’s like putting a fresh coat of paint on a shack. There were a few big dead bugs in the corner of the newer room. We only stayed one night and I will never stay again

Check in was super easy. The room was very clean, no weird smells, large walk in shower had great water pressure, bed was comfortable, modern updated fixtures. Lots of restaurants around that area and overall a really great, inexpensive overnight stay just before our flight at IAH which is a very short distance away.

Very clean place.

It was a nice room, beds were nicely made and staff was friendly. My only issue was finding some toenails by the desk and bed, I picked up what I could with tissue paper and it wasn't a huge deal but it did make me cringe at what could've been missed. Overall, not a bad place to stay, it's within budget and distance to the airport.

The room was very clean and the office staff is so very courteous and friendly. I totally recommend this place to anyone, and whenever I'm in town again, this will be the place to go to.

The floor was dirty, the towel was not clean, the toilet seat was not in good condition, the sink had chewed gum sticked on the drain.

The hotel covers were stained …. Holes on the comforter curtains. Holes in the wall and bathroom door. They didn’t even have white towel!

It was much worse than expected. There was a burn hole in the top sheet. The sheets were completely stained and so were the towels. I was just there on an overnight layover and slept on top of my clothes because it was that gross. Just pay a bit extra for a better rated hotel. This one is not worth it at all. I was extremely disappointed and disgusted. And the issues are so easily fixed, I don’t understand why they would continue to use stained sheets or a top cover with a visible burn hole in it.

What a great find! I can’t believe how nice our room was for such a low price!! Our first stay at this chain but won’t be our last! Comfy bed and large clean room. Super clean shower. Highly recommend for a great value.

Stay was ok. Except being put in a room that was right next to ice machine that beep a loud noise all day and night. Very friendly staff.

This was a ver nice place for the price Clean quiet and safe. Mr. Harry at the front desk was very professional and courteous. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you.

Always friendly and helpful.

The staff are always courteous when we visit Houston and stay at their hotel.

Check in was quick and easy. We had a squeaking in our AC unit and not long after we called the front desk, a worker was at our door ready to work on it. He was able to stop the squeak and we were able to sleep. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

First room , toilet was an absolute horror , 2nd room they gave was occupied with a guest in it !!!! Third room was ok but we could not stay in and left and checked in a different hotel , there were literally people sitting outside the room on their own chairs !!!!!!

The room was very clean and the office staff is so very courteous and friendly. I totally recommend this place to anyone, and whenever I'm in town again, this will be the place to go to.

Airport motel gotta airport motel. Nothing bad but that feeling of being stuck by the freeway, no where to walk to etc.

This was a quick stay to be close to the airport for an early morning flight (we live about 2 hours away and did not want to deal with traffic). The location is alright and the room was clean and decently comfortable. No-frills but it worked for what we needed. They had a breakfast available, but we opted to skip because we knew we'd be eating on the plane.

They should advertise a breakfast bar when they are too cheap to put anything on it. two slices of bread, two slices of yellow cheese, One choice of dried cereal and may you could make a waffle with not butter or syrup

All it was what you’d expected from a basic hotel. By no means is it luxury but it was very clean, odor free and customer service friendly. The breakfast was very basic, coffee was not good too waters down but whatever. They were accommodating for a last minute find and extended stay it worked.
