Service was fantastic! Rosa, who was at the front desk when we got there was not only friendly, but also efficient and welcoming. She gave us an overview of the area and let us know which restaurants were nearby and open! She was awesome and this hotel is very lucky to have her! Great breakfast, clean rooms, lovely outside firepit area, and close to restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay here again!

Pool could be bigger and the area was very humid being indoor. Maybe an area for sitting that isn't as hot while watching kids swim. Also need another laundry area. Not enough room or working machines. Overall loved everything else!

Unfortunately the property was having the parking lot resurfaced and marked for 3 of the 5 days and this made it impossible to park on the property for all visitors. The staff was very friendly and gave excellent recommendations for food and activities. The beds were very comfortable and clean. We will be using the hotel on our visits in the area when in the future.

Traveled with kids so the POOL was a big deal. It was tiny and cold. Kids were not able to stay in it as long as they would have liked. Room had dishes and full size refrigerator would be great for a business traveler.

Hotel is clean. Friendly front desk staff. They give you water upon arrival . Free tea, hot chocolate or coffee avail 24/7. The rooms are large and comfortable. Their breakfast is one of the best I have seen. We loved this hotel

My room did not have shampoo or shower gel and when I called the front desk after getting out of the shower no one answered so had to go out with wet hair/put clothes on to track it down. Overall, fine for the price but missed some basics.

I enjoy the proximity to retailers, grocery, fuel, etc; however, this particular stay was a bit concerning with cleanliness. The room we stayed in had seemingly, previously had a dog in there and was an odor of wet dog from moment we walked in. I requested someone to look into this and allegedly had sprayed some sort of air freshener. The odor persisted so I purchased an air freshener for our stay as opposed to escalating the matter. Overall, still a good experience, just not our best. Thank you!

We really liked the layout of the rooms and how clean they were. The staff was friendly. Also loved that they provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash that is sulfate and paraben free.

First off the hotel is very nice. Staff was great. Room was clean and ready when promised. Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. The room was very spacious. We felt very safe. I liked that the key was required to get off on the floor but I could see where this would be inconvenient if traveling with a group on separate floors. The bed was awful! We could feel every spring and the mattress was super thin. The walls and floors are also very thin. The room above us sounded like elephants were playing basketball! We dealt with it until 10:30. I then called and the staff was great. They did call the room and it improved, but we could still hear when they showered and got up and moved. We could also here the room next to us moving around.

This place was reasonably clean and the room was quite large with a nice kitchenette. I would recommend this for an extended stay especially. We stayed two nights. The first night I could not get the room to cool off below 74 degrees. I figured it was a minimum they set to be "green" or whatever. However, the second night the AC just gave up. It started making a loud rumbling noise when it was trying to cool the room. It was a long, horrible night. I woke up repeatedly through the night alternating between turning the AC on and off. The rumbling noise was loud and irritating, but with the AC off it became immediately apparent how close the hotel is to the airport. The room never got below 80 degrees and I didn't get more than a couple hours of restless sleep. I'm pretty easy-going and I wouldn't even have written this review, BUT when I told the front desk clerk about the issues in the morning, she didn't offer any kind of compensation. NOTHING! No discount, not even a coupon for a future stay. Unbelievable.

Staff at check in was super friendly! Room was very nice, clean. Didn’t get much sleep due to either running or stomping from the floor above until about 130am-2am. Had requested top floor just due to past experience but nothing available due to the type of room that we had requested. May try to change type of room next time😊

We arrived before the actual check in time, and when we arrived the Front-Desk Staff, (Nicole I believe) made sure we could get into our room, we had an excellent time. When traveling with kids under 10 they want to get out of the car and swim usually. The breakfast was really good, the only thing missing from breakfast was a breakfast meat. There is eggs, waffles, fritatta/omlette, cereal, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, toast, oatmeal, and juices. While there we were visiting areas around Florence, and upon returning to the hotel, the staff at the front desk was Eslen and Katrina. They were both upbeat, happy, and excited to make sure that every guest was happy and satisfied with their stay. Both women went above and beyond for the customers. They always said hello, asked if you needed anything and constantly were moving to make sure everyone was taken care of. These two were exceptional employees, they were knowledgeable about the area and willing to make recommendations to restaurants and attractions in the area. I am from the Metro-Detroit area, and brought the staff some soda available in the Detroit area and made sure that they knew they were appreciated. I especially make the time complimenting to the staff that are deserving and make sure everyone and everything is above and beyond!

The property was spacious and amenities were very good. We and the young family behind us waited quite a while to check in while one of the two people at the desk kept taking phone calls. Conveniently located, but expect a lot of traffic. Enjoyed our stay here.

While the staff was very polite/friendly (ultimately very apologetic as well) i was given a room that was already occupied by someone and it made for a very awkward situation for my wife and child. The receptionist was kind and waived our accident fee (wouldve gotten the fee back anyway) as well as extremely sorry for the inconvenience and confusion, it still felt like a glaring oversight on the hotels part and not many rooms were left when we figured out the mix up. The rooms, cleanliness and staff are nice enough however, so ill give them a second chance.

This is the only place that we stay when we are frequently in the area. This trip was a little different, my daughter left her favorite stuffed animal that she’s had since she was two years old; she is now 11. I was able to call, they found the stuffed animal and my sister who is local was able to easily pick it up. We have never had anything other than absolute amazing customer service every time we have stayed. This will be the only place we continue to stay on as we frequently take trips up for any Bengals home games.

Katrina at check-in was very friendly and accommodating. On different note, a couple of other front desk members that I encountered throughout the stay weren’t as friendly nor did they give any acknowledgment when passing by. Room was clean and amenities were nice. I would stay here again with my family.

Not really all that close to the Cininnati-Northern Kentucky Airport, but close enough. Lots of dining options and a grocery store (Kroger) nearby. The included breakfast was okay and had the usual fare - waffle maker, oatmeal, cerals, those pre-cooked omelets, breads, etc. - but no meat such as bacon or sausage.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay at. It is located right off the interstate making travel easy. Property is located around 15 minutes from Creation Museum, 30 minutes from Ark Encounter, and just minutes away from Cincinnati airport. Lots of nice restaurants within a mile and basically across the street from the mall for those who like to shop. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was very clean and if you get a chance, sit outside by the fire pit. It’s very relaxing and you can watch the airplanes land and take off. Goofy Golf is right next door. Portable cribs are available for those traveling with little ones. If you’re looking for a place to stay in this area, this hotel is the place to stay.

We just needed an overnight stay on the way to NH. The room was huge, beds very comfortable, and there was a kitchenette to put sofas and left overs. Check in was fast and the staff super courteous and helpful. The location was really good too. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

The included breakfast was very poorly replenished. Consistently out of bread choices, out of hot water for tea and it would take a long time to get it replenshed, no trays available to offer the option of taking your breakfast to your room. The reception person was responsible for the drink station, therefore they were not able to keep an eye on when coffee, hot water, etc needed to be refilled. Then when they did attend to that, the desk was left unattended making people wait for service there.

Breakfast food items, sausage and eggs, choices ran out between 830 an 9, so had to settle. Water in orange juice. Long line for waffles. Staff seems in hurry to shut it down as clock strikes 9. Lack of gluten free and dairy options. Peloton bike seat loose 2 nights, needed 2 wrenches to tighten , But otherwise good fitness room.

It was overall a good experience. The only thing they could have improved on was the breakfast buffet. It was poorly stocked. Only one container of regular coffee to service a large number of guests. They ran out of coffee and food each day we were there.

Home 2 is very friendly and has great cleanliness rooms. We were very happy with our stay and asked if there was one for next trip. The only two things we would update was our breakfast. It was great just same thing everyday and no meat served. I would recommend different options for each day. Also the indoor pool was freezing needed to be bumped up or checked the room was very cold. Cleaned but need to be more warm. We really did appreciate our stay. As well the most nicest room like your own condo almost with all the stuff they have inside.

The room was very nice. Comfortable beds, delightful, friendly staff. Very helpful and thoughtful. We had a slight problem with the toilet not flushing correctly, but it was resolved quickly. The only negative I would say was that there wasn't enough food we got there later than 8:00, and the fruit selection was limited to oranges. Other than that, we had a great time.
