Consistently excellent. Reception team are spot on. Housekeeping are detail-focussed. Rooms are very well equipped and maintained. Great cooking facilities. Good WiFi. Immaculate bathroom inc’ toiletries. No Riff-Raff. Convenient for town, trains, shops, theatre, but far enough away from the drunken 3am bedlam ( like a Bruegel vision of Hell on ‘roids!)

The studio apartment was fabulous, the kitchen was well equipped with hot plates, full oven and microwave. The walk to the station not far and local bus stops out the front. Plenty of stores to buy supplies for self catering. We were warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. Would book again.

Fully furnished and packed with any amenity you could think of - hob, cooker, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots/pans, unlimited supply of coffee/tea/snacks, TV, iron, fan, etc. Very clean and serviced daily. Helpful and hospitable staff. Located a comfortable 10-30 minutes’ walk from anything you could want to do in the Ropewalks area, City Centre, and the Waterfront. A lot of nearby bus stations as well. I highly recommend Pembroke.

Firstly the elephant in the room and a warning to others. The property does not have on site or of site parking as advertised. When we booked parking was a priority so we were rightly disappointed to find they have nether. Fortunately there is a 24hr car park within 5 mins walk. (You can pay on an app for number of days you need). That said had the app not shown paring we wouldn’t have booked here and we’d have missed out on a great place. The rooms were a good size, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The only thing letting them down was that there was no cutlery to found. Not even tea spoon for the tea/coffee provided. A 10 minutes walk in to the city. About 15 mins to the Cavern Club and less than two miles walk (about an hour) to Anfield. (We were in town for a concert. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay again - i have stayed here multiple times and will definitely be booking again. Everyone is friendly, the whole place is spotlessly clean and has all tge facilities to ve self sufficient with well stocked kitchen, wifi even ironing board and fan if needed

Amazing stay here. Super clean apartments with everything you need. Great location only 10/15mins from all the sights of Liverpool. Very secure and parking only 5 minutes away(ask for code) Thanks to Damien for all your help and advice. You’re all doing a great job. Will definitely stay again.

Great size, actually a lot larger than expected too! I didn’t expect someone to clean my room however it was spotless when we got back and my dishes were done which i felt bad about! To whoever cleaned my room, thank you for the extra comfort for the cot bed! This place exceeded my standards!! Would definitely recommend and book again!

Really nice staff, great convenient apartment (with every furnishing you could wish for!). Nice size and clean. I only put 4 stars because someone staying in another room kept waking me up going in and out of their room with the door slamming and coughing. There was also a tear in the floor lino sticking up that I stubbed my toe on twice. I've stayed before and really liked it; would stay again.

Great location, less than 10 minutes walk from Lime Street Station. Room was spotless and very comfortable, the reception staff were very welcoming, excellent value for money, we'll definitely be staying here again.

Stayed overnight in Liverpool at Pembroke. It was close to Empire theatre, 5 minute walk. Parked in the Qpark hospital car park, again only a 5 minute walk . Friendly staff, very clean property, nicely decorated, loads of storage. A well stocked kitchenette, complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, Haribo (thank you, don’t mind if I do! 😋) There was a fan in the room, which we were quite grateful for, a tropical Liverpudlian weekend and a high floor meant it was a warm night but the fan offered some relief. In all, top accommodation, I’d highly recommend it and I will definitely stay again. High fives all around, great work, give them a pay rise! Cath

Excellent place to stay. Ideal location close to the centre of Liverpool. Property really well maintained and very clean. Daily housekeeping was above and beyond expectations. They even put our pots away while we were out! Damian was very attentive and friendly on reception. Cannot fault a thing. Would definitely stay here again.

This has everything going for it. It's a quiet place in a noisy town, but only a few minutes walk away from Lime Street. Room has most of what you would need for a short stay - fridge, oven, hob, microwave. Wi-fi worked fine and communication was excellent - I received an email when I was on the train telling me my room was available to check in there and then. Much appreciated.

Very nice studio hotel, everything was very new and espcially the kitchen was above normal standard. We will definitely come back if ever in Liverpool. Area was fine and only a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre. Only bad thing was the bed... It really wasn't good although relatively new.

The apartment was clean, tidy, and modern, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were really friendly and gave great recommendations. It was a great central location, the only downside being the fact that it sits on a main road - take earplugs!

The receptionist Damian was Fanta very welcoming and full of great knowledge and ideas, room was large, clean and very good. Windows triple glazed so could not hear a thing outside. Bed comfortable too

Our 3 night stay in june was fantastic. Damien on reception was so helpful to us and answered any questions we had. The studio was perfect for us so clean changed our towels every day. Only a few minutes walk from city center. Lidl is a 2 minute walk away also tesco express. Bed was so comfortable and very peaceful location at night. Thanks so much we will definitely be back . Beds are not the best but clean and the other facilities are good. It was a hot weekend and that wasn't ideal though a fan was provided so that was good. However in the evening when we returned to the room it was impossible to escape the busy road noise outside, even with window closed. It went on all night! No-one on reception in the evening so not really any sleep. Next morning we mentioned it and were luckily moved to a smaller but much quieter room at the back of the hotel (view over cathedrals) and slept much better the next night. Staff very helpful to arrange this for us which was appreciated.

It was more affordable than other places near the centre, only 5-10 minutes walk to Lime Street station. The apartment was clean and quiet too and check-in was straight forward. Only issue I had was a very uncomfortable bed that made a lot of noise every time you moved because it was a fold-away bed. They had put a mattress topper on to try and help but did not sleep well. Fine for one night but I wouldn't want to sleep there for consecutive nights on that bed.

This was my 2nd stay at this property. I love it!!! Staff is extremely polite and friendly, rooms are large and filled with everything I could need for my stay. Easy to find, close to transportation, and excellent communication. I would stay here every time I came over, if it was available.

Reception is open till 5pm. I did a last minute booking & didn’t realise. A gentleman rang me & gave me codes to get in. Which I listened to & typed in my phone. Was easy to check in because of this, Thankyou. Room was lovely & had a full kitchen. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as it could’ve been but that could be my preference of mattress. Very clean & spacious.

The location was excellent, the apartment was extremely clean and had everything you could have needed including an iron and a fan! The room was ready early which was fantastic and a real bonus! However, Damien really made our trip, from check in to check out (and even afterwards when I forgot my passport!!) he was extremely helpful and accommodating.

The apartment was clean, tidy, and modern, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were really friendly and gave great recommendations. It was a great central location, the only downside being the fact that it sits on a main road - take earplugs!

Great location, less than 10 minutes walk from Lime Street Station. Room was spotless and very comfortable, the reception staff were very welcoming, excellent value for money, we'll definitely be staying here again.

Location is next to Liverpool uni and alot of student accommodation around there so is slightly out the way, but still a decent location and for the price its a very good option.

We had an amazing stay for 2 nights we wish we can stay longer. Very clean room top to bottom. Damien was very helpful and friendly. The complimentary drinks is a superb idea especially after a long travel just easy to grab on arrival. We will highly recommend it easy access to everything 😊
