Hotel Adela

立地は良いです。橋を渡って南浦やチャガルチ市場まで徒歩10分ほど。橋と反対側にはローカルな飲食店があります。 団体さんがバスで到着していて、朝の集合時間にはエレベーターに乗れないこともあるので時間に余裕を持って行動するのがオススメです。 有料の朝ごはんをつけていたのですが、チェックイン時にチケットが貰えなかったので、レストランからフロントに確認してもらう手間が発生しました。 ハーバービューの部屋で港が見えたのですが、ガラスが汚れていたので掃除をしておいて欲しかったです。残念。

Hotel Adela is located in an older building along with one other hotel that seems to manage a small portion of the floors. You can easily get to most tourist destinations from here via the nearby bus stop. The nearest subway station is across the bridge, which was inconvenient during our visit in the dry/windy winter. Self laundry was available for free in the basement floor but was time consuming. Furthermore, the dryers did not dry our clothes well despite running for more than 2 hours on normal dry mode. Staff was helpful in providing an extra room key when we lost one of ours while sightseeing. Convenience store on ground level is helpful. Cleaning services left a bag of new towels and water outside our door when we left our "do not disturb" sign on.

ロケーションや部屋の広さ，清潔さに関してはとても満足しています。 ただ、、団体客と重なったせいもあるかもしれませんが，エレベーターがなかなか来ないので毎回エレベーターに乗るのに5分以上またなからばならなかったのが困りました。 朝食もおいしかったですが、もう少しサラダの種類が欲しかったです。

除了電梯太少以及樓層分隔問題，經常電梯等半天來了全滿，其他都還不錯

주차장 시설이 주차타워로 입,출차가 불편함이 있고 아침 check-out 시간대에 많은 사람이 한꺼번에 몰려 승강기 이용으로 많은 시간이 소요되는 것이 조금 불편함

Overall the hotel is nice and good location. Walking distance to Jagalchi market and BIFF. The only issue is the elevator. It takes too long to get an elevator especially in the morning.

Pictures and descriptions provided by staff was completely underwhelming and did not justify the actually state of the property. Firstly, the elevator situation was extremely inconvenient. Having 3 elevators (2 of which were odd and even floors only) for 24 floors for so many people was ridiculous. It would take 15 min at times because the only 1 option would be full, so we would have to wait for another elevator. It was crazy and made the hotel experience worse. In addition, the room itself was not at its optimal cleanliness and when we first went in, the wifi and the TV didn’t work. They fixed it quickly though. Lastly, the laundry room was also really inconvenient as you had to take 2 separate elevators and there were only 2 washers and 2 dryers for 24 floors of people staying in one hotel. Will not return, but hopefully other people had better experiences.

This property is a couple blocks from the Nampo station, just two stops from Busan Station, if you’re arriving by train. It has amazing harbor views — well worth the upgrade. The buffet breakfast is inexpensive, varied, and convenient. One highlight, Raon Massage located in the lower level is fantastic.

호텔은 좀 낡긴 했지만 군더더기없이 깔끔하고 적당했습니다. 단체 손님이 많아 엘리베이터 이동이 좀 어렵긴 했습니다.

The only complaint is that there are just 3 elevators in a twenty floor building, and their programming was odd, so we spent a lot of time waiting for the elevator.

設施老舊 房間大部分用品如床單，被套，毛巾等有都明顯污漬。而且房務人員沒有完整整理房間 房間垃圾亦沒有清理乾淨

객실이 청결해서 좋았습니다. 숙소 컨디션도 좋았고 직원분들도 친절했습니다. 감사합니다.

多数の口コミ通りエレベーターになかなか乗れず困りました。部屋は広さがあり快適でしたが、古さと清掃が行き届いていないためベッド周りのほこりや水回りのカビが気になりました。

清潔で全体的には良かったです。 エレベーターの待ち時間が長かったのと、夜中にお風呂の天井からかなりの水漏れがあり、びっくりして起きました。

Room is dirty , they help me to change to a new room but still the new room is dirty. The carpet was stained and beddings wasn’t changed .

There is a sewage smell coming from the bathroom in the guest room

The elevator situation is ridiculously bad. I wouldn't go back to stay there. And the hallway has an old carpet smell mixed with food smell.

The property is in a good location but the room needs to be updated. The wait time for the elevator was a bit too long

디럭스 트윈 하버뷰였고 전망 정말 좋았습니다. 전망 때문에라도 꼭 여기 다시 오고 싶다고 생각할 정도였어요. 직원분들 모두 친절하셨고, 체크인 체크아웃 모두 신속하게 이루어졌습니다. 룸컨디션은 약간 노후되었나? 싶은 정도이긴 했으나 이용하는데는 아무런 불편함도 없었습니다. 전반적으로 깔끔했고, 침구가 좋아서 잠도 쾌적하게 잘 잤습니다. 위치도 영도대교 건너면 바로라서.. 자갈치, 남포동에서도 충분히 도보로 이동할 수 있을 정도였어요. 부산역과도 가깝습니다(택시 5분). 위치와 항구전망만 생각해도 가성비 아주 좋은 호텔이라 생각됩니다. 덕분에 좋은 여행이 되었고 잘 쉬다 가는 것 같네요. 혼자 여행하시는 분이나 친구, 연인 등이 묵으면 좋을 것 같습니다!

Hotel Adela was great. We ended up with a nice view. The room was clean and comfy. We had a great time staying there.

Rooms were outdated but it was spacious.

The Adela is located in a fascinating, historic part of town. Gritty, but in an interesting way though probably not for everyone. So location? I liked it. View of the Harbor? ditto. HOWEVER, the room itself is a problem. I hate to do this, because the staff is really nice but....the photos vastly exaggerate the size and condition of the rooms. My "deluxe" double was cramped, the carpets are dated and not so clean. The bed was moderately comfortable. The "desk" looks like it was salvaged from an elementary school in 1950 --completely scratched and scarred wood--and the "easy chair" is old and worn with badly cracked leather, essentially unusable. So four star hotel? Um, no way. And ok, I know this can happen in any hotel these days but the deal breaker is: BEDBUGS. Yeah. I was there three nights and started noticing those telltale red itchy welts on night two. Maybe they are not in all the rooms, but they sure were in mine. So now I"m heading home where I will throw all my clothes in a hot dryer and toss out my suitcase, which luckily I was thinking about dumping anyway. I\'d stay away.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. You really will have a view of the harbor and the bridge. It's a real working harbor full of tug boats and I love to watch them come and go. You can't hear any noise from below inside your room. There is a convenience store just outside and to the right of the front door of the hotel. There is a police station directly across the street. A 5 minute walk across the bridge out front gets you to Lotte mall where there is a grocery store and a department store for any travel essentials you may have forgotten. I recommend picking up a bath bomb there and enjoying it from your room in the evening. The lights from the harbor twinkle and the bridge lights change color and it's completely relaxing. You can find restaurants and food in any direction. Due to a dreadful airline delay, I missed the first two days of my reservation, and I had to extend my reservation by a day to complete the work I went there for. To my relief, the hotel held my room. In case you're wondering, this hotel used to be called Busan Midi Hotel. I stayed here January 2022 and it was under that name. The interior and exterior are the same, it's only a name change. I even had Busan Midi on some of my towels at Adela. The location is perfect for an unwinding after work, so I'll continue to stay here each time I visit Busan.

Our room could have stood to have the carpet cleaned and the quality of finishes were not great but beyond that the place was clean, beds comfortable, buffet was ok. The view and location were excellent, the staff was friendly and the price was reasonable.

景色が最高です！

호텔은 좀 낡긴 했지만 군더더기없이 깔끔하고 적당했습니다. 단체 손님이 많아 엘리베이터 이동이 좀 어렵긴 했습니다.

급하게 외출하느랴 짐이들이 엉망이여서 청소부탁 못했어요. 근데도 새 수건들과 휴지 그리고 물까지 흰봉지에 깔끔하게 넣어서 문앞에 놔주셔서 정말 감사했습니다.

Friendly staff, room had everything you could ask for and I got upgraded :) thank you!

1.飯店只提供一人一瓶礦泉水。如果是為了環保那可以理解。但是飯店裡沒有任何飲水機設備，房客需要自行購買，這不是反而製造更多垃圾？ 2. 接待櫃檯臉很臭，沒有任何笑容。 3.住了2晚，清潔很馬虎。 4. 有機會再來釜山旅遊的話，絕對不會選這間！

The hotel staff was very kind and courteous. The location is very good, as it is walking distance to the mall as well as other places to dine. It was a great stay overall.

This hotel was just average. Upon arriving in the evening, one hotel staff member was short and snippy for no reason when checking in. They proceeded to get annoyed when we couldn't get the keycard to work because the floor written on our card was the wrong one. The room itself absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke and the cleaning service wasn't until the late afternoon, a very inconvenient time. The restaurant inside the hotel appeared shut down. The buffet lunch was quite good with amazing views on the 24th floor, those staff were excellent. At the end of the day, it got the job done for what it is, but it felt a bit very overpriced for what we got. 2/5

호텔은 깨끗했고, 별다른 애로 사항 없이 편히 쉬었다 왔습니다. 영도에는 흰여울 문화 마을, 태종대 등 구경 거리도 많고, 바로 앞에 깡통시장, 국제시장도 접근성이 좋았습니다.

Very nice hotel just a few minutes away from Busan station by bus or subway. Lotte shopping just across the bridge and a very convient Nice to CU shop located in the hotel!

Hotel is nice and comfortable with a very good location. Just 3 to 5 mins walk away from Lotte Mall and a busy shopping street where u can get all the best food and shopping. For the rate, this is definitely a good choice.

The location was perfect—home to the famous Korean fried chicken spot, BBQ Chicken Busan Adela Hotel branch. Just a 2-minute walk to Jogae Bridge for clam BBQ, 10 minutes to the original Samjin Eomuk store, and surrounded by so many more places we didn’t even get to try.

It’s a few minutes from the subway and there’s a bus station right in front of the hotel. The police station is across the bridge. It was clean, and offers food all day. I didn’t have breakfast at hotel but it’s $17 a day. The elevator gets really busy in the morning but they have a spa and free laundry. I really enjoyed my 5 day stay. I was a solo traveller and the front desk was helpful and conscientious.

Great locations. Convenient shop located in lobby. Walking distance to amazing food and shopping. Really enjoyed my stay. Get an higher up room if you can because the view is fantastic but Elevators can be a bit slow.

전망도 청소도 직원분도 체크인수속절차시간도 엘베운영도 커피빈커피도^^ 냉장고시원함도 화장실도 깨끗했습니다~넘 좋아 1박연장하려다못했네요~부산여행오면 여기묵으려합니다. 뒷쪽에 식당있었는데 가격도 착하고 맛집이더라고요

Super convenient location subway and bus stations were really close by. Hotel is well maintained and the restaurants in the hotel are really good as well.

部屋がキレイだったのと、ナンポ駅やチャガルチ市場までも歩いていける距離だったのでとても良かったです。前日までにフロントに言えば朝食もつけることが出来ました。
