We booked the room months ago. Check in was easy and we were located on the 1st floor not far from the breakfast area. Bottle waters were offered for free which is a very nice touch. Did I like the convenience of the 1st floor near the breakfast area? Absolutely but, if you are a light sleeper you smell the food being cooked early morning and you hear everything. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. But for a handicap room it had a tub. And more importantly, the tub was non slip resistant! I am not handicapped, my husband is; I didn't feel secured in the tub after using the shampoo or soap. I had to hold on to the wall bars. From a legal point of view, that's a huge liability. And this is the main reason why I am only giving four stars. Also, the closet where to hang our clothes was extremely small. We stayed at the HI for three nights because we were attending our daughter's wedding. Hanging the clothes for her special day was tight but we managed. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. Tables, chairs and floor was cleaned right away and the kitchen staff was awesome. Pool was nice size and clean and front desk was very nice. Would I stay over again? Absolutely, without any hesitation. Keep up with the smiles and maintain the place as clean as it was.

The staff were very friendly during check in. I stayed for two nights. The room was spacious and had a great comfortable bed. They had a nice gym room with dumbbells up to 50lbs. Great place to stay.

Staff were great (particularly breakfast staff). At first our concern was our room smelled like dog. It is a pet friendly hotel but we did not realize all rooms could have pets. So changing rooms would not solve the problem. I would have thought there were pet friendly rooms. On our last night we had a fire alarm. That was not the problem. I went to bed in the second bed and there was what looked like a blood stain (that had not been washed).

The hotel was a fine overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Luggage carriers were of the easy & secure type to use. The bed was comforatble as well as the pillow, which was of reasonable softness and not like a huge rock. Breakfast area was clean and the offerings for the hot breakfast were of a good variety and plentiful. Overall, a great place to stay.

When told that the TV was not working properly, the front desk clerk went to the room but had no skills to fix the problem. No offer was made to resolve the problem until I asked about changing rooms. Located very close to I-95, the roar of traffic continued through the night with inadequate soundproofing and room darkening curtains. A small, but significant, point, please use a designated pot for water for tea - using a coffee pot for that purpose ruins the tea.

Room was fairly dirty. Carpet definitely dirty. Sheets were damp with moisture even though the AC in the room was at 68 when I arrived. Noisy. Won’t stay again if in area.

Check in was super easy. We got in very late due to heavy traffic on our trip and the staff made it easy for us to get our room quickly. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed could use new pillows since ours were fairly flat, but overall the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was very clean in the guest room and in the common areas. The breakfast options were great. The Cracker Barrel Restaurant is very close by as well as others. But the staff both front desk and breakfast area - were amazing. Each one made you feel welcome and valued. Everyone spoke to us with a smile in their voice and efficiency in their manner. The best staff I've encountered in any hotel.

What a pleasant surprise! The hotel was very nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Special shoutout to Darlene who was working in the breakfast room. She was so upbeat and helpful! She even made waffles for my wife and I. We will definitely stay at that hotel again if given the opportunity.

Room was clean and tidy. I stayed in an accessible room and my only issue was that the shower floor was extremely slick. Even with the safety bar and low profile shower it was scary maneuvering in the shower. The breakfast buffet was good with exception of the sausage gravy - it had a distinct cornstarch / paste-like taste.

The Breakfast was just ok...Holiday Inn has you beat on the Breakfast...they have real bacon, and sausage both along with hot cakes, grits, fresh eggs....this hotel could learn from Holiday Inn Express....Your breakfast was just ok...chicken sausage microwaved and rubbery eggs like a 2 star Quality Inn....Your Hotel should have had an exceptional Breakfast for the price paid.
