The room was unexpectedly spacious given what I'd paid. I expected an average hotel room, but what a pleasant surprise when I walked into one of the most spacious/well furnished rooms I've stayed in to date. It was exactly what I needed after 1200 miles behind the wheel! The staff was incredibly kind/helpful as well! The gentleman at the front desk was a rockstar! I left home at 6:00am yesterday, and didn't arrive to check in until 3am. Needless to say, after 18 hours on the road, I was exhausted. He arranged an extended late checkout for me, so that I could catch up on some much needed rest! The woman at breakfast was amazing as well. She was bright/cheery (even at 5am when I went for some food since everything had been closed last night) and greeted each patron that came down for breakfast. Often times, if you aren't one of the first to arrive, you find scattered food items/trash, sticky counters, dirty tables, etc. That wasn't even remotely the case this morning. She was unwaveringly vigilant in wiping counters when something spilled, replenishing items that were dwindling, and generally tidying up. The best part was, she seemed to be genuinely enjoying herself. She created a warm/welcoming space, which was a great start to the day! I must express my gratitude for the woman at the desk this afternoon as well! She kindly allowed me to use the business center to do some computer work and use the wifi, even after I'd already checked out! Much appreciated! 11/10

This is our go to hotel when in the area. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. Lots of parking. Convenient location with easy access to 95. Continental breakfast is adequate. There are stores and restaurants in walking distance.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff is always excellent. I love the free breakfast. It's located in an excellent area. My only complaints were 1) The shower was not great. Poor flow, took a while to heat up 2) The gym is not great. It's very small and has almost no equipment other than dumbbells and cardio machines. The Hyatt Place at Melbourne Airport has a spectacular gym by comparison.

The check in staff were friendly and gracious. We checked in about 5 pm overbite. I unfortunately do not remember their names. Warm cookies waiting after we returned from dinner. Perfect coffee and breakfast starting at 6 for early risers

Friendly, helpful staff. Room wasn't very clean and smelled like mold. As soon as you get off the elevator to the floor get hit with a nasty odor- smelled like a sewage or a toilet overflowed into the entire hallway.

The bathroom looked inviting at first.. the shower is either scalding or cold water with little pressure. Managed to get wet only to find empty shampoo and no conditioner! Get out, dry off, get dressed and have to go down stairs! I’m here to see my family for Christmas and can’t go looking like a Yeti. Very frustrated! And could I’d done without the black hairs on the floor and in the sink. Ladies the lighting is horrible good luck with makeup..

Our room was clean and up to date. Our main issue was that the pillows were terrible. It was like they had no support and were totally flat when you slept on them. After the first night's sleep, we went to target and bought $10 pillows that were so much better. The breakfast was OK but not great. The oatmeal was very watery and not really like oatmeal. The eggs were overcooked and dry. The biscuits and waffles were very good but the gravy was watery and had an off taste. Usually Hampton Inn has a much better prepared breakfast. The desk staff were very helpful and friendly. We'll probably stay here again because on the whole, it was very clean and in a good location

The bed was horrible. A month prior we stayed in room 422. The bed and room were perfect. This time we stayed on the 3rd floor. The bed slanted downward from the middle and my husband's side had a broken board that cracked every time he moved. We complained to no avail

Great stay! From check in to departure everyone was super friendly. Room was clean, pool was heated, and breakfast was very good. Waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, etc. It has a Walmart right behind hotel, variety of several restaurants within walking distance and a WaWa gas station right on corner. I will definitely stay there again when in the area.

Felt welcome the moment I walked in. Staff was courteous and friendly. TV had my name welcoming me in the room which I felt was super thoughtful. Room was cool, clean and quiet. Fridge and microwave were convenient. Breakfast was delicious and nicely laid out. Overall, excellent stay.

This was an unexpected delight. The property was not only top notch in the accomodations but every staff member was as well. They were not only pleasant but they went out of their way to help solve an unforseen problem with broken shoes. We were on our way to my brother’s funeral services and had to be at the venue at a specific time. This prevented us from making a stop at a shoe store or to simply pick up some glue and tape to get my daughter through the service without having to go barefoot. The staff came to the rescue with both glue and tape and saved the day! These people deserve a raise! I would stay here again and again when in the area.

It's been years since we've seen good ole hospitality. Most hotels we've stayed at over the years, we noticed a trend in poor customer service. We had actually resolved ourselves to the fact that it's the new norm. UNTIL I CHECKED IN HERE. Wow. What a breath of fresh air, a pre-covid flashback to times when you were greeted with a smile and small talk. Every employee we encountered at this hotel were pleasant, smiling, eager to help and courteous. I applaud them for maintaining this level of hospitality.

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn! The room was incredibly comfortable, and the staff was very helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of options to choose from. Plus, the location was perfect — just a short drive to the beach and close to lots of great dining spots in Historic Downtown Melbourne. Highly recommend!

I liked the buffet very much as well as convenient location off I-95 and the price of my stay was reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable. Complementary toothbrush was used since my wife forgot to pack one. Although there is no restaurant for lunch or dinner, there are lots of dining options in the vicinity. Free and easy parking were a big plus.
