Great location. As the description suggests, there are no lifts so be prepared to climb steps.

Spacious and comfortable room for 4. The room was clean and fit our needs well. The property was easy to find and within walking distance of attractions. Good communication for online check in. Parking was off site, but a manageable walking distance. The area was quite loud outside, but we didn't mind since we were so tired. No lift.

The property is ok, no elevator, located in the center of this city.

Great central location although parking is not on site there was a long stay car park very close. I would stay here again

The appartment was clean, well equiped with everything I needed. I was very tired and confused upon my arrival, the staff were easy to contact and helpful. It is in a great location. Easy walking distance to the Roman Baths, thermal spa, and rail station. I felt secure and didnt have any issues with noise. They don't have an elevator, which I knew when I booked. I would stay here again.

More steps than anticipated Knew there was no lift but 52 steps to 3rd floor was a bit challenging

Difficult to find. Directly in front of a bus stop - lots of characters by the front door. Check in was difficult. I had to help another couple check in as well - you needed one very specific number in an email. Lots to do in the neighborhood. Parking was 10 minute walk away. Apartment was a studio. Small kitchen.

Two nights in Bath. This was part of a 3 week stay in England and Wales. Really loved the room. Really hated the 3 flights of stairs to get there! Don't remember seeing that particular piece of information in the booking details. Other than that it was very well appointed. A full kitchen, nice bathroom and comfortable beds were appreciated.

Nice appartement. Very well located if you are looking for a place near the city center, close to restaurants and shops (grocery store right next door), but if your appartement is facing the street, it might quite noisy. Loved the fact that you can leave you luggage in their office before check-in and after check out. Everyone was very pleasant

Apartment was clean and comfortable and location amazing. Unfortunately we had a top floor appartment so the water pressure was barely enough to shower and the bathroom smelt of sewage. But overall it was a good stay

The location is perfect, 2 mins from Roman baths. Over the road from thermae spa, restaurant's, cafes, bars all on the doorstep. Our apartment was lovely and clean, beds were really comfy, great pillows too! Bathroom was spotless with great toiletries. The apartments are on a busy road as they are so central bit we didn’t hear noise at all. They are also above a Tesco express so handy to get any bits that you need. We will definitely use again.

Could have been great. Nice clean apartment but the bathroom smell wasn't great. Also, even though I stayed mid-week, the neighbouring apartments were super noisy late at night. It felt like a stag/hen do preferred collection of apartments so I would avoid if you need a decent night's sleep.

Beautiful stay very convenient to the heart of historic Bath. Clean and spacious. Well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend.

I had a very good experience. Their response to any issues was quick and helpful. The apartment was nice inside and very clean, so overall it was a great experience.

Location is spot on, right in the centre of Bath. The apartment is big and clean. It was really hot when we stayed and we couldn’t open the windows as it’s right above the bus stop so noisy and cigarette smells came up if the windows are open. The fan in there was really noisy and when asked for a spare one, was given one that doesn’t really produce air. When cleaning they only took rubbish away despite towels on the bathroom floor. Lucky we only stayed for 2 nights.

Nice clean apartment

The apartment is lovely. The location is perfect. The decor and attention to detail is immense. The Internet is terrible. I was unable to work from the room and my conference calls kept dropping until I switched to my mobile data. I did a check on my laptop and the top speed was 3mbs! Totally unusuable for anything but reading an online paper.

The position in the centre of Bath couldn’t be better. Unassuming from the outside of the building, when we entered the apartment it had the wow factor. Big, bright and modern. Nespresso coffee machine with extra pods freely available along the corridor. Only criticism is that the sofa bed, while large, wasn’t the most comfy as it wasn’t very padded- but we crashed out after an amazing night watching Robbie Williams at the Royal Crescent. Most conveniently situated above a Tesco Express

It is worth noting that there will be noise due to its central situation and that there is no aircon, although a fan is provided.

Great property - maybe a little noisy

Hard to blame the property, but the unit was extremely hot (heat wave) and extremely noisy. We opened the windows, immediately above a busy Tesco and a bus stop. People talking, partying, until very late made for a poor sleep. But, the accommodation was clean, modern and stylish.

The apartment is in a very good location, everything is central. Easy access to the apartment and it has all the essentials you’d need. However, there was no air con in the room which we felt we needed as the weather outside was really warm. Other than that, it was perfect!

We had an okay stay - the apartment was a nice space, the bed comfortable and the kitchen area was handy (although a lack of decent equipment including minimal glasses, and a frying pan that needs replacing). It’s very clean lines (not cosy at all) and the sofa bed squeaks when you sit on it. The shower wasn’t hot, lukewarm at best. And we could hear a lot of noise both from the street below and other guests. For the price, it was lacking. We’ve stayed in Bath many many times and this is the least good (yet most expensive) stay we’ve had. OK, at best.

Very very very noisy. And hot. Had to choose between leaving windows open and noise from street or closing windows and turning very loud fan on as it was boiling. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. But a nice, clean appartment.

Generally a good stay - the apartment is a good size and very comfortable! Lots of good amenities within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Only down side is that the corridors and doors are noisy (You can hear people talking loudly in other apartments down the hall!) so bring ear plugs, and a street light was fixed directly outside the window, and the apartment didn't have blackout blinds so the room was light all night.

Check in experience made the whole experience horrible as they were supposed to email me an apt number and address but they didnt so we're stabding ourside in the cold trying to figure out our apt number. they had to call another company or other? finally gave us our apt #. Great location at the center of the city.

Attractively designed, clean and well-equipped rooms located right in the centre of Bath. Good value. However, automated check in is poor and overcomplicated - including recieving a QR code which then won't work. Note that room doors unlock remotely - so you'll be scratching at the door like a velociraptor in Jurassic Park until approx 15:00 when it unlocks. No proper reception so I'd recommend against arriving any earlier unless you've paid for early check in. Anyway, a perfectly nice apartment once you're in.

I absolutely love staying here, it's so clean and the staff in the office are simply amazing! They reply quickly and nothing is ever too much bother, they are so lovely and helpful. The apartment is spotless.

Did the prebooking before arriving but on arrival, the check in scanning of bar code didn’t appear to work , just hanged Noticed the person in front had possible the same problem Still, great apartment and enjoyed our stay

The property itself is good, however, the payment policy is questionable in some sense. My credit card's initial charge was declined, but the second attempt, when you charged, went through after I contacted my card company. Later on I got your Expedia message saying the card payment didn't go through, so I agreed to cash on arrival, giving the important the second charge also failed. Later, my credit card company confirmed the successful transaction, and I received an email receipt from your company. I checked with Expedia and my card company – both said cash wasn't necessary. Based on this, I believed the reservation was settled. However, on arrival, your receptionist demanded cash. Despite her friendly manner, I was puzzled due to the confirmed card transaction. While I understand the refund process, asking international travelers to carry cash is extremely inconvenient. Interestingly, I found three similar reviews on Expedia; all of them seem to have Asian names like mine, and they all faced payment issues. Not making allegations, but it's a clear trend. I've used US credit cards book through all my trip on Expedia without issues. Four Asian travelers, including myself, facing cash requests due to your policy raises concerns. Just a friendly suggestion, please reconsider for the sake of future clients' convenience.

We loved the location. It truly could not have been better situated. Beds were really comfortable too. The only issue we had was getting checked in. We arrived , pressed the intercom to give our name. I also had our confirmation number, but we were told we needed a code. Apparently that should have been emailed to us. We stood there on the street with all our luggage searching for an email with a code, but we couldn't find one. The person on the intercom took our phone number and said someone would call us to straighten this out. After about 10 minutes of waiting with no phone call, a tenant from the apartments was exiting and she let us in. We then checked ourselves in and found our room. This started off our stay truly on the wrong foot. That really was the only issue we had, but that procedure should be addressed, as it was upsetting.

The room was nice and clean. However, it wasn’t the best run. The front door stopped working so many of us staying there couldn’t get in. Which is fine if the people at reception would let you in but they wouldn’t initially. It was fixed by the afternoon (wasn’t working 9am to 4pm). The wifi was poor then turned off for a day. The water pressure was poor. When I asked about late check out (day before checking out) was told it was just £10. No problems, I’ll do that please. No answer then just before check out was told I couldn’t. We were already out at a tour so had to come back and get all our stuff. For a relaxed weekend away, it just wasn’t run well enough to recommend.

This is my second time staying for work purposes and I bring my family and the staff are all so brilliant. If I am late checking in, they send me self check in details, if I message they reply really quickly. NEVER had an issue with payment I make pre arrival. The fridge is stocked with drinks you can buy. This time I stayed in bigger room on the Tesco side and it was slightly noisier BUT it had a washing machine which was fantastic. Love staying here now and told colleagues and I'm super fussy about where I stay.

Excellent location. Apartment is spacious and well appointed with amenities. Very comfortable. Cool way to check in - electronically. Submit details then you have 10 minutes to get to your room which is unlocked for you. Very cool. Walking distance to everything is very close as it is central. Modern and very comfortable

Lovely apartment and great central location

Great apartment, fully equipped and walking distance to shops, pubs, attractions, etc. The only negative with such a central location is that it’s noisy from the street below. Apart from that, this apartment was great.
