Hotel is very convenient, 15 minute train journey to the centre of Birmingham, and right on the doorstep of the airport. I had food in their sister hotel next door (Novotel) and it was really good. Room was spacious and had everything needed for a short stay. Staff were very welcoming. Well done !!

We only stayed for one night and had to be up very early for our flight so the hotel was ideal for location. I thought food and drink was very expensive for the quality.

We were kindly offers an upgrade to an exec room. It was a very short stay. The room was prepared but apart from bed and bathroom being ok. The room itself was filthy. Every surface desk, table, bedside unit was covered in food crumbs. The carpet was dirty also. I mentioned this to the staff member on the front desk who seemingly wasn't bothered. We were not impressed to say the least!
