Bluegreen Vacations Streamside at Vail, an Ascend Collection Resort

Exceptional accommodations near Vail and Beaver CreekWe had a wonderful stay at Bluegreen Vacations Streamside! The accommodations were truly terrific, clean, and very comfortable. It served as the perfect base for our trips to Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely return!

No elevator to room and rude front desk woman.

I couldn’t believe there were no elevators to the rooms. Basically there was one set in the club room and then you had to march to the other building and then go up all of the stairs and a very long way to where the actual Hotels.com or third-party rooms were. There’s no air-conditioning no daily service unless you paid $85 extra per day on top of the $15.88 for parking and a $35 for the amenities which were basically a very small pool a small hot tub and apparently there’s a steam room that we could’ve used but since I was there for a conference, I wanted none of it, but I still had to pay for it . and when I asked on behalf of my girlfriend who is having back pain/trouble and has trouble walking down stairs if I could get a closer room or a room on the bottom of the hotel they didn’t even look!! even though I know there was about 20 other rooms that had not checked in yet it as it was just 3:00pm so when she refused to even look and just told me, NO other rooms are available for third party bookers. I already knew she was not telling the truth. Additionally, this shorter fatter dyed blonde receptionist was dismissively rude in multiple occasions in interactions with me… I will never stay there again and the 9.2 rating is a complete farce unless you like hiking your bags up four stories and back dowm for every thing.. just to find no air-conditioning once you get there. Additionally, the telephones were knocked out about a month ago. Pathetic, Rude and HEARTLESS!

Everything was clean and well functioning. The beds were super comfortable. The fans and air flow provided a cool temp during a hot day in the summer. The pool and hot tubs were clean, refreshing, and relaxing. The bike trail was perfectly located nearby for a great ride along the creek

Nice room. Hot tub was nice. Amenities were expensive and were not included in the price, despite most options were not even open/available during our stay. Rental people upstairs were very helpful.
