We booked this hotel just for the indoor pool and spa and drove outta town for Christmas and we couldn’t enjoy our stay . Me and my family were very disappointed and the web site should have stated things were not in working order before people and families make reservations.

I called ahead of time and asked for a conference room area and was prepared to pay however, I was told I could use the meeting space without an additional charge since it would be for just 2 people - upon arrival, the desk clerk stated I could use the room but the next morning a different front desk clerk would not allow me to use the room stating it was "the lead sales ladies room" (which was not in use the entire time I was there) and when I asked if they had another space or could I continue to use my room she threatened to charge me for another day. All this to include, new furniture arriving for the (what seem to be) entire hotel. I would not even complain about the noise and inconvience but with the limited walkways and busting up boxes outside my door all evening but now I'm pretty upset about that also. Many other hotel options around and I will use a differnet one next time.

Super easy check in. My room was ready so I was able to check in a little bit early. There is a snack corner right by the front desk with several drink and snack options. It’s kind of tucked in so you really have to be looking for it to see it. The pool is smaller but good if you have small kids. The location is convenient and easy to get in and out of. The room was super clean and and housekeeping came everyday. All in all great stay!

Convenient to everything. The only issue I had was in the gym. Some guy came in the gym to work out and brough his 4 years old daughter who had to touch everything, including me.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel as soon as I walked in. Staff was available when I came to check in in the evening and cleaning staff was friendly as well. Id recommend this Fort Walton location to those coming to visit!

Older hotel that is clean but in the pics you cant see how they just painted the bath tubs and the room smells like mildew when you walk in to the room. Maybe ok fo4 like $100 a night but not more.

Our stay was perfect. The Hotel was clean, and our room was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was amazing. Shaula at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. Maria had breakfast hot and ready every morning which was delicious. Maria was constantly cleaning and was very helpful if we needed anything during breakfast. We had a great experience. We could not ask for anything better.

We had a great stay during our son’s baseball tournament. The hotel smells clean, looks clean and the staff is very friendly. Our beds were comfortable. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was very good. Definitely will stay here again.

We loved the "luggage bench" in our room. Just perfect for opening up your bags, grabbing whatever you needed without too much disruption to the other items and then an easy zip and out the door. Perfect for an overnight stay. Also, the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was very satisfying with a large selection. Damian was very accommodating, replenishing breakfast items immediately when out. The front desk staff was courteous. We would stay there again, if needed. It was a most enjoyable experience.

One of our queen beds broke as soon as ine of our kids laid on it. When we tried to move it the whole bed came apart. The hotel Moved us to a new room but the room had a bad smell. I told the front office and they gave me a spray bottle to spray in the room myself. No apologies were given just faces made when we told them Of our ordeal. There was smell of marijuana around the property and an around the pool area where kids and other kids were swimming.

The stay for my wife and I was great. The room was nice though there were a few scrapes and wallpaper peeling off in the bathroom. The cleaning lady was nice and we got our message across, but she could not understand my plain English very well. The service at the front desk was top notch! All 4 people I talked to were exceptional in there listening and assistance with my requests. I asked if I could put unfrozen blue ice containers in a freezer for the night before I returned home so that I could use them for the trip back in my cooler. Without hesitation, Shalla put them in a freezer and I picked them up the next morning before checkout. Thank you for that! I requested a receipt be sent by email, but it has not shown up? Everything else was great! Thx again.

The front desk was very helpful but the housekeeper was RUDE! I think her name was Nikki or Nakia she got upset because we called and asked why the room wasn’t clean and we were gone all day. We came back to room around 4 to get ready for a wedding we called fri t desk moments later she knocked and said she was there to clean I said we getting ready now that’s impossible so she got mad and just mumbled and I’m pretty sure I heard her cuss me out because she couldn’t do it then asking me why call then. Then 3 of the house keeping staff literally stared me and my wife down going and coming from car while they sat out front. My wife felt very uncomfortable.
