SpringHill Suites by Marriott Moab

Very nice property with clean and spacious rooms. Bathroom was nice because it had a door that separated the toilet/shower area from the sink. This helps tremendously when having 5 people trying to get ready at the same time. Pool area was nice and we also enjoyed the firepit and outdoor lounge area.

The hotel is showing some wear and tear, one hot tub not working, splash pad out of order, one hot tub very cracked. The room had aging bathroom fixtures and leaky sink. Maintenance fixed it promptly. The tv and remotes were crossing signals with each other.

Great hotel with nice outdoor hot tubs (open in January when we visited), located close driving distance to Arches National Park with easy parking. The breakfast was quite crowded and nothing special, but otherwise this was a great hotel.

Pools, Spas, and vibe was really great for the whole family

The outside courtyard was wonderful for our family- 4 teenagers. The pingpong table, mulitple hottubs and 2 pools, basketball court, 2 fire pits. It was perfect! Breakfast was great too.

Convenient to Moab town center, Arches National Park and other. Loved the pools with waterfalls, several hot tubs, more than enough lounge chairs and some with shade. Fire pits and comfy couches. Clean, spacious room for 3 people and a smaller dog. Food was not that good, but otherwise, I highly recommend. Staff was helpful. Would return

There was very poor internet. Had to go to car to get more than 1 bar. Housekeeping straightens room and neglects to make sure there is enough body wash, shampoo, etc. This creates a separate ask. There was a cockroach in our bathroom and staff was not alarmed. The front desk person said” oh, they come out when it rains”. This is really appalling for a Marriott.

My bed was Extremely uncomfortable and my shower was dirty, so I cleaned it myself. But other than that I did enjoy my stay for The most part. Friendly staff and great snack options at the front reception area.

The poor was a fantastic way to spend a hot afternoon cooling off. Was not too busy for our 2 day stay in early Sept. The room was good but the carpet was dirty.

Just like most hotel chains these days, only superficial “cleaning” is being done. Such nice big rooms but filthy carpets and tile. Couch was ripped up and dirty. The more you look at things with the lights on, the more you notice. Bed skirting was ripped and stained. Everything just looked tired. Also, the obligatory breakfast was very weak. Watery fake scrambled “eggs”, soggy steamed paper thin bacon, etc. You know the like. My shower stopped working mid-shampoo. I was able to rinse off with the faucet. The staff did send maintenance and fix it while I was out for the day.

Someone cut their nails on the carpet and they didn’t vacum before; the room was dirty the washroom was not totally clean Front desk didn’t seem to care Asked for a different room a clean one and front desk lady didn’t help I hace never experienced anything like this

Clean rooms. Very family friendly. Close to the National Parks and minutes away from downtown. The breakfast was great with healthy options. Amazing pool and patio area. Would stay here again for sure.

Room smelled odd, bathroom floor was soaking wet, sheets smelled like mildew. Otherwise, it was fine.

We loved this hotel overall. Great location, large and full of families. We loved the setup of the pool but thought the big pool’s water temperature was WAY TOO COLD (even though the outside temp was 102!) so we spent most of our time in the smaller pool located closer to the Fairfield. The two hotels share the pool area but it works out fine. The hotel itself was clean. The rooms were nice, though you could tell they were frequently used by families and the wear shows it. It was a quiet hotel with friendly employees and a nice laundry room. The location is great, even though it’s a short drive away from downtown Moab. Right by Arches, close to the bike/running trail. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall our stay was great. The staff was extremely friendly. The free breakfast was very good and appreciated. The room was large and mostly comfortable. The only criticism is you need to get rid of the West Elm sofa, that thing was lumpy and extremely uncomfortable to sit on and the bed portion was thin and hard. Terrible. Other than that, this is an amazing property and would stay here again. But seriously, get rid of the West Elm sofa, please.

Very nice hotel. Check in was quick. The staff were nice. Room configuration was the one we expected at Room 238. It has a king size bed, a bunk bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Nice kitchen as well. Room looks neat and modern. The amenities were satisfactory. The nice pool is the main reason why we booked this hotel and the location. It is beside the Colorado River, However, there's a lot of mosquitos and other flying insects outside the building. BRING BUG SPRAY!!!

Everything was good, breakfast, room, and staff except internet that was very bad

We were located next to the pool with losts of people enjoying it, and we didnt hear a thing!!!! We were able to sleep and no noise! So quiet!

The good: Great location, pool and kid areas Not so good: Water pipes between our room and next were banging for several hours at night. Flat, lumpy pillows. Stains on carpet and sofa. Sofa is very uncomfortable to sit on, needs pillows.

The swimming pools were Amazing! Excluding the splash pad was off the entire trip. The kids loved the waterfalls! However, the room we stayed at was not the best. We didn’t have a dresser in the room and there wasn’t a good air circulation. The room had a smell. Also the breakfast served was not good.

Front desk staff came across as curt. Kitchen in suite did not even have basics like silverware and plates and drinkware.

I had a wonderful check in experience with the front desk clerk, Paige. She was very friendly and engaging. Great sense of humor. :)

While the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful there simply wasnt enough staff for the amount of visitors. Out room wasn’t cleaned ot refreshed, the wet towel hampers were overflowing in the hallway, and there was a shortage of towels for the hot tub area. We si had to wait until after 6pm for our room to be cleaned. What was intended and special treat of a family suite turned into a disappointment and not what I expect from Marriott properties.

Beautiful location. Room was large. Easy to get to local sights, restaurants, etc. Long wait at checkin. Hotel info on television was not filled in. For example: Checkin time & Checkout time listing is blank. Laundry info - blank. Pool hours also not listed. The only way to get info was to call or check with front desk. Unable to check out from the room. It was not set up in their system.

The staff at the desk were wonderful! Super helpful and friendly.

Be sure to watch your credit card after booking with this property. They charged us an extra $160, and after two weeks, and many calls, still have not been refunded. This is a very beautiful setting, and a very nice place, but I do not appreciate money being stolen from me!

Great location near Arches NP. Easy drive into Moab for food, fantastic pool that my kids loved.

We liked this hotel so much we stayed an extra night. Rooms are pretty and roomy, pools are really nice and it is located right along the Colorado river. Super location for Arches park.

It was amazing!! 2 min from arches national park!! The pool was warm, room super clean, amazing scenery out every window- we would recommend to anyone!! It’s awesome!!

It was a great stay with friends, I enjoyed the room cleaness and quietness, the front desk team was friendly and always ready to help, the pool was great for an end of the day cool down. Its location is 2-3 miles north of downtown and closer to the main parks, but there is not much nearby and we had to drive to town for restaurans and shop. Not a problem for us, just to let other people know.

The property is a very close to Arches national park and has excellent rooms. They also have an access to bistro that can do room service for dinner or food if you are late in the area. The breakfast options are also good enough and is a typical breakfast that you find in similar properties. We stayed for 2 nights and will stay here again.

Hotel gut, Pflege leider nur ok. Wir haben schon einige SpringHill Suites besucht, dieses war leider das schlechteste. Aufgrund der direkten Lage an den beiden Nationalparks Arches und Canyonlands ist dieses 2017 erbaute Hotel stark frequentiert. Das ist per se kein Kritikpunkt, jedoch müsste entsprechend mehr Personal eingestellt werden. Beim Frühstücksbuffet wird leider nicht rechtzeitig für Nachschub gesorgt, allein der Kaffee ist eigentlich immer leer. Sonntags gibt es kein Rührei. Wobei dieses leider, wenn verfügbar, mit einer ungenießbaren Gewürzmischung serviert wird und nicht neutral, wie wir es sonst von Marriott kennen. Leider lässt auch die Hygiene im Frühstücksbereich zu wünschen übrig, z.B. sind die Tische dreckig. Wir haben mitbekommen, wie eine Mitarbeiterin nur mit einer trockenen Serviette über alle Tische gehuscht ist. Wasser und Reinigungsmittel fehlten. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber! Der Außenbereich ist schön angelegt und es sind viele Liegen vorhanden. Leider ist nur die hauseigene Musik viel zu laut.

The room was excellent. The people were very nice. The only thing I wouldn’t do is order food there, especially the nachos.

We will stay here again for sure! We had so much fun. My kids loved the pool and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was inclusive of my kiddo, especially Scott, who created a special handshake with my Vinnie. We were grateful that we were placed on the first floor, especially when the power went out. Thanks for being kind and making our vacation extra special.

Amazing hotel! We have stayed in Moab many times and this hotel is far and away the best place in town! Very large and clean rooms, absolutely AMAZING views of the river and mountains from the room, wonderful pools with waterfalls and delicious room service that was very fast and reasonably priced every time (and delicious)! Free hot breakfast in the morning, too!!

Beautiful hotel. Gorgeous pool area. Lovely staff. Definitely a busy family hotel. Good full breakfast, especially since our family needs gluten-free options. Firm beds and soft pillows. We appreciate the extra blanket in the walk-in closet and the fridge. We also loved the pullout bed under the sofa. We’d definitely stay here again. One suggestion: Add more towel racks or hooks for wet towels and bathing suits.

The property was pretty and clean. The rooms were clean and the layout was nice, but that was about it. There is only 1 garbage can and it is in the area where the toilet is. The chair for the desk was broken. The tub had been refi idhed and the finish was coming off. The shower head whistled when in use. Ony one or two of the four hot tubs were working at a time and the pool was not open, this caused the kids to all congregate to the hot tubs making them over full and not enjoyable. Our first morning we decided to try the hot tub in the morning . They were supposed to open at 8am. We went down at 8:20 and it was still closed. We had to contact the front desk to have them open it.the pool towel bins were often empty. We never got maid service so we had to go down to the lobby for more coffee cups. Breakfast was a joke. Day 1 they had eggs and sausage and gravy. They were out if eggs by 9. They were also out of outmeal by 8:45 am. The waffles were good but they were out of syrup. The line to make the waffles was very long and took nearly 25 minutes (only 1 waffle maker for so many guests!). Day 2 they were having french toast and eggs. They were out of french toast by 8:30 and everyone was waiting for more and again they were out of oatmeal. We decided to go somewhere else for breakfast. All in all i loved the room layout and the front desk staff were great, but we wont be staying here again.

-Great location to Arches NP. -Breakfast included a great variety -Pool and hot tubs were great for the kids with really beautiful red rocks surrounding the hotel. -Ordered food once from the pool menu and it was virtually inedible and the woman who delivered the food was rude. Management was notified and made up for it with their kindness.
