The hotel is beautiful very well located, very clean facility easy check in, quiet even it is in a busy Avalon, and beds are very confortable. The parking is a hussel have to walk outside the hotel properity to park onsepareted park building on back of the hotel ( not a fan of it but ok ) not a big deal. The pool is way too small to the hotel just doesn't match 3 family with 5 people would pack the whole pool ( making very inconfortble to enjoy it) for example... the pool small bar do not open on Sundays... = not service. The BIG PROBLEM is the air conditioner ( feels like a scam) since we got to the room and felt HOT bc was on 70s we turnned it down BUT it never colled down ( we tought it would could down by night .... big mistake struggled the whole first night to sleep ... next morning after try again set up down and observe it notice that would not change so we called the front desk and asked for help the guy came in less than "5 minutes" ""resolved"" without a single interection with me or my husband zero communication... so we tought welll he understand about airconditioners we understand about staying in nice hotels so expecting that the problem was fixed we left for dinner come back it was down a litte be to around 67... than was it another HORRIBLE struggling to sleep hot night. Well for sure will think twice before book again with this hotel bc beside it looks good the most important for us is comfort what was the worse... It'll b out of out list for now

Stayed 2 nights

We arrived on Friday for a girls’ staycation with my daughters and planned to stay through Sunday. Unfortunately, due to the condition of the room forced us to cut our trip short. For a Marriott property marketed as a luxury hotel, the room fell far below expectations. There was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the room, the TV was not functioning, and the overall condition did not resemble the photos shown in the listing. As a result, we checked out before 9am the following morning. We barely used the room; we did not even shower, only brushed our teeth before leaving. I also canceled our second night because the accommodations were not suitable for the stay we had planned. As a result, I contacted the hotel to report the issues, no meaningful resolution was offered, and I ultimately had to fight to receive a refund. What was supposed to be a special weekend with my daughters turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not consider returning unless significant improvements are made to both the property and its customer service.

Nice sized room, quiet & clean, with comfortable bed & crisp linens. Food at attached restaurant was amazing! And the vibe throughout the Avalon development was perfect!
