Highly, highly recommend if you're looking for a nice place to stay without breaking the bank. Flights got delayed and had to sleep in Boston for the night—didn't want to pay day-of hotel prices and this did not disappoint.

The great aspects of this hotel is it's convenient location and relatively inexpensive rate. Near the Boston Common and all of the nearby shopping, dining and historical sites makes this a great location. The room was clean, the beds relatively comfortable and the air conditioning unit is powerful. Areas that need improvement include the bathroom fixtures that are broken (towel racks, mainly), and the non-functioning stove in the kitchen area. One of the bathroom's shower is not working great as the water temperature adjustment isn't working well. We tried to reheat some food and the stove burners didn't get hot. Otherwise, the space was clean and well-kept.

Loved having my own room even if it was up a flight of stairs. TV needs better reception but other than that, spot on. Would stay in again. Peter

The pictures are very deceiving. It’s almost like it’s a college dorm setting with one smaller kitchen with hallways and rooms with a shared bathroom that was disgusting. I couldn’t find where the door was. It was not listed properly. I had to ask an employee from the restaurant near it. The elevator was broken you had to climb up the stairs. The place look dirty. The room was not the cleanliest. I feel like there was blood on the mirror on the bottom. Hopefully it was red paint, but who knows my daughter and I did not stay we left. We didn’t even stay. It was gross.

Best location around!! Place was very affordable and host was very easy to communicate with. Good place to stay if you’re looking to see the city and have everything be walkable.
