Es ist alles ziemlich Neu und sauber. Wir hatten das Zimmer im Kellergeschoss und es ist sehr schön. Großes Bett mit Fernseher und neuer Küche. Das Badezimmer ist auch neu und ziemlich sauber mit neuen gewaschenen Bade und Handtüchern. Wir hatten zwar bei Ankunft Probleme in den Parkplatz rein zu kommen. Wir hatten den Kundenservice angerufen und der konnte uns per Fernsteuerung das Tor öffnen und sogar die Eingangstür am Parkplatz. 5/5 Sternen.

Familien på 5 med bil og takboks. Greit å finne frem, grei parkering, grei kommunikasjon. Ser ut som hele bygget er til utleie så føltes helt greit å være der. Store og fine rom. Ingen klimaanlegg desverre. Stor altan. Mye vinduer og høyt under taket. Føltes luftig lyst og moderne. WiFi fungerte fint, stor kjøleskap og grei kjøkken med spisebod og greia. Så for 5-6 stk helt perfekt. Men burde hadt klima. Toalett uten vask, badet med dusjkabinett, kanskje litt lite toalettet for 6 stk. Transport til byen med trikk som går rett utenfor. Mye små butikker som er nesten altid åpent. Rolig og fredlig nabolag. Opplevdes rent trygt og fint i den delen av byen.

Really liked the property and area. However, the registration process left a bit to be desired - too many texts and emails asking to do this and that. Suggest allowing one, simple registration, including paying for parking and pets when booking. The links included in the texts were not active, meaning you had to cut and paste.

Everything was great! The apartment was clean, spacious, and just as described, with well- equipped kitchen area. We're a family of five and felt very comfortable- extra points for the AC and two bathrooms! The building has an elevator, and we were able to reserve parking ahead of time (strongly recommended in Praha!), which was very convenient. We had to contact the property owner once, and they answered our phone immediately and helped us right away. If we ever come back, we will definitely stay here again!

I do not think I would stay at this aparthotel again. While the location was conveniently located to a tram stop, that's about all it was convenient to. This is quite a distance from tourist sites, and very limited places to eat nearby. The apartment furnishings were new and in good condition, but there was not much in the way of amenities or any decoration and as a whole felt very basic. A few of the towels probably should have been replaced, but the apartment itself was very clean. There was a lift, but you had to go up many steps to be able to reach it. Also, there was no air conditioning and only two fans to cool the entire unit which was not sufficient in the summer heat. Also as depicted, the bed is immediately adjacent to the kitchenette so not much privacy. A screen or curtain would have been nice to block the bed from kitchenette.

The apartment was incredibly clean and quiet, all facilities top notch, the bed super comfortable. Not to mention the tram stop is literally in front of the entrance door, so the city center and adjacent Prague castle are easy to reach. A big plus is also the nice cafe‘ on the ground floor that has tasty cakes and ice cream to offer for those who would like to have a tasty breakfast. I highly reccommend Dowtown Suites Belohorska!

Not to mention the tram stop is literally in front of the entrance door, so the city center and adjacent Prague castle are easy to reach. Very easy check-in via code. Apartment was very clean. Small kitchen was nice. Big pillows and comfy bed. Metro stop is literally 100 feet from the building entrance. You can purchase Metro tickets using a credit card on the metro itself, which was very convenient. Or if you prefer walking, central Prague area takes about 30 minutes. Getting to the airport was fairly straightforward using public transportation as well.

While a little away from the downtown area, once you understand the Trams it’s very easy to get around. Very clean and comfortable. Disappointment was no A/C which was available in the room on a floor above. We had 2 hot days and building/room was very warm for 4 days. They brought fans quickly which was good but it was not enough to make it cool. We assumed incorrectly that it would have A/C as standard. Our mistake I guess!

Was an amazing property with easy access to downtown via cab or Uber. The Penthouse apartment was very spacious with a balcony on both bedrooms.

Stayed in the 2 bed penthouse with terrace which was faultless. Lots of room and immaculate throughout. Air-con was a god-send. Located on the outskirts so thankfully quiet area but vert easy to access everywhere in Prague via a brilliant and very reliable public transport system. Virtual reception worked fine, I had 2 queries for reception which were answered promptly. Prague is an amazing city and if/when I return I will definitely stay here again.

Das Badezimmer ist auch neu und ziemlich sauber mit neuen gewaschenen Bade und Handtüchern. Wir hatten zwar bei Ankunft Probleme in den Parkplatz rein zu kommen. Wir hatten den Kundenservice angerufen und der konnte uns per Fernsteuerung das Tor öffnen und sogar die Eingangstür am Parkplatz. 5/5 Sternen.

Really liked the property and area. However, the registration process left a bit to be desired - too many texts and emails asking to do this and that. Suggest allowing one, simple registration, including paying for parking and pets when booking. The links included in the texts were not active, meaning you had to cut and paste.

Everything was great! The apartment was clean, spacious, and just as described, with well- equipped kitchen area. We're a family of five and felt very comfortable- extra points for the AC and two bathrooms! The building has an elevator, and we were able to reserve parking ahead of time (strongly recommended in Praha!), which was very convenient. We had to contact the property owner once, and they answered our phone immediately and helped us right away. If we ever come back, we will definitely stay here again!

While a little away from the downtown area, once you understand the Trams it’s very easy to get around. Very clean and comfortable. Disappointment was no A/C which was available in the room on a floor above. We had 2 hot days and building/room was very warm for 4 days. They brought fans quickly which was good but it was not enough to make it cool. We assumed incorrectly that it would have A/C as standard. Our mistake I guess!

Etwas ungewoehnlich da das Hotel eine virtuelle Rezeption hat und niemand vor Ort ist. Jedoch: alles hat tadellos funktioniert. Direkt in der Nachbarschaft gibt es ein paar nette Cafes und Restaurants und die Strassenbahnstation ist auch direkt vor der Tuer.

The apartment was incredibly clean and quiet, all facilities top notch, the bed super comfortable. Not to mention the tram stop is literally in front of the entrance door, so the city center and adjacent Prague castle are easy to reach. A big plus is also the nice cafe‘ on the ground floor that has tasty cakes and ice cream to offer for those who would like to have a tasty breakfast. I highly reccommend Dowtown Suites Belohorska!

I do not think I would stay at this aparthotel again. While the location was conveniently located to a tram stop, that's about all it was convenient to. This is quite a distance from tourist sites, and very limited places to eat nearby. The apartment furnishings were new and in good condition, but there was not much in the way of amenities or any decoration and as a whole felt very basic. A few of the towels probably should have been replaced, but the apartment itself was very clean. There was a lift, but you had to go up many steps to be able to reach it. Also, there was no air conditioning and only two fans to cool the entire unit which was not sufficient in the summer heat. Also as depicted, the bed is immediately adjacent to the kitchenette so not much privacy. A screen or curtain would have been nice to block the bed from kitchenette.

The heating turned off overnight, when I complained about that, the hotel recommended me to find another hotel and they wanted to refund the money, they probably don't know the Expedia rules.. The Heating on between 6PM - 10PM (with breaks) regardless of the outside temperature..
