Manager (J Grizzle) was great. Outdoor fire pit, garden area, pool and hot tub area was super. Inside lounge area was great. Very cozy, clean, beautiful rooms, Convenient location.

Staff was lovely when I requested an early Checkin. The rooms were worth of a much higher nightly rate compared to other properties. Everything was spotless and in excellent condition. Bed was comfortable and bathroom spacious. We enjoyed the pool all to ourselves on a Sunday evening and then the hot tub which is large and well maintained. Highly recommend this hotel and the excellent staff on site who were so helpful!

Booked this hotel for the hot tub, which was out of order for our entire stay. No mentions of this anywhere when booking. The pool and hot tub are located outdoors. The shower in our room would only turn scolding hot or ice cold, there was no in between and no way to fix it by turning the nob. The hotel was overall clean and quiet, but not walkable to and from the strip when its 30° outside. I would not stay here again.

Due to the weather, high winds, blowing leaves the jacuzzi was closed which was a little disappointing but understandable. The staff were very apologetic!

The hotel staff were very friendly. The entire hotel was extremely clean. If you didn’t have housekeeping come in each day, they placed a bag with fresh towels and toilet paper outside your room. There was a basket at the end of the hallway to place dirty towels and garbage can got sealed bags. We used the guest laundry and it worked great. The hotel is a nice 10 minute walk up downtown. Definitely will stay here again!!

Poor quality breakfast. Cheap bacon and juice which taste very bad. Poor cleanliness. Found not only ladybugs, also cockroach on bed. Poor staff service. Front desk is always empty and no one answered phone. No kettle for boiling water and no Q-tips.

Hotel was fine except for the lady bug problem. Loren my room, which was fine but when I found several large Beatles that was a problem. Staff moved me to a new room which was appreciated.

The hotel was fairly new but unfortunately shower was unpredictable : from hot to cold changing while you are having shower. Also the air conditioning was noisy and as well it went from one extreme to another. Breakfast by European standard was very poor but the staff was very friendly and efficient.

Mattress and pillows were too soft but that is a problem I have everywhere, Air Conditioner was very loud. Everything else was great. Plenty of towels and cups. Ice bucket was clean. No problems. Very little interaction with staff, because there were no problems, but what there was in the way of interaction was good. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Room 318 had a very strong odor and felt extremely moist. I called the front desk, and they kindly offered me an upgrade, which I appreciate. However, that room should never be offered to guests in such a condition. The breakfast was okay but had limited options.

Amenities were nice; facilities were very clean....excellent location. A member of the frint desk staff was non-responsive and lazy - my tv wasn't working, which instead of seeing that it was handled, he apparently prioritized my request with how much longer my stay was.

Got to the hotel and checked in. The first thing I always do it check the beds and surrounding for bed bugs.ended up finding one so we immediately went to the lobby and the worker on staff said there was nothing he could do about it. I asked him to get a manager and he said she was only to be bothered in an emergency. So we had to leave for another hotel without a refund. Called Expedia and they could not issue a full refund because we checked in. Would not recommend using Expedia or the Fairfield hotel in Gatlinburg. Talked to two staff members now saying I would get a return call and still have not heard anything from management!

This hotel is an easy walk to everything in Gatlinburg. It is up a side street from the main road, close to the convention center. The hotel was extremely clean and we didn’t hear any traffic or other people in the hotel, and the hotel was full. The staff was friendly and check in was fast.

This property was clean and the staff was friendly. The walk to the main strip in Gatlinburg was about three blocks, however walking back was all up hill. I recommend walking up 7th street/Reagan. Breakfast was your typically hotel breakfast, eggs meat & waffle maker, muffins, toast and oatmeal. I will return to this hotel.

I was only in Gatlinburg for the night, but this location was perfect to the downtown shopping area, the hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Ample parking and easy in and out. Would definitely stay here again.

Gaitlinburg but off the beaten path! You will feel welcomed from the moment you enter — the front desk staff is knowledgeable and the lobby is inviting with a roaring fireplace. Spacious room, comfortable bed and lines. Sitting area had a huge and cushy sofa bed, so much space! I loved being off the main strip, also recommend the local Mountainview Pizza down the street for pizza and wings!

Great location. You can easily walk to downtown Gatlinburg but you're far enough away that you don't have the noise from the traffic. Very clean hotel with a friendly staff. Only negative is no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

I loved the room. The lighting and bathroom/shower were excellent. The only ding I would give is the breakfast is lackluster. Mostly prepackaged items. After the first morning, I went out for breakfast. Everything else was great.
