Unfortunately kitchen was closed for evening when we arrived due to unforeseen circumstances. they did offer to take us to a fast food place down the street which was nice but really not the food I would have wanted. Room key access was down so staff had to take us up to room every time which luckily we didn’t do once we checked in. Then after being in room for a few hours they called to check who was in the room. They stated that they had us in a different room but the card we had said the room # that we were in. Just a little chaotic but room/facility were clean. Didn’t sleep well due to hearing noises coming from outside along with the air unit. Staff though were pleasant.

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel within the last 2 weeks. Will definitely continue to be my hotel of choice when I need to be close and near the airport. Lobby is very clean, staff super friendly. Night staff blocks entry way with shuttle van after a certain hour to parking lot for the safety of guest cars but will open gate if you are arriving late or need to leave. Rooms are spacious and I love the water pressure of the shower. Overall a great comfortable stay

The restaurant was closed due to a recent hurricane, you could see a lot of repairs were made and still being made, but the hotel was clean, our room smelled a little musty but the had windows that blew out

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and the hotel had a very pleasant aroma due to the cleanliness. There was a particular housekeep on the 5th floor who was extremely kind to me. She was an older lady. This made my stay feel very welcoming. Outstanding service. Great bar!

My room was not cleaned properly. There was a pair of socks and a juice container under bed (that did not belong to me). I happened to see it bending over opening my suitcase. Also there were no trash bags/liners in any of the trashcans. It was a bit noisy to for my liking. The floors/walls are thin. I hear the people on top of me constantly walking around. Also my room was right next to the janitor's closet and during the day all I heard was bumping and knocking up against the walls. I'm assuming it was the lil car thing going in & out of there. Other guests slamming their doors also woke me up frequently. It was an ok stay. Not the best and no the worst I ever stayed.

The first room was dirty. The attendant said she did not have any additional rooms available before looking at the computer. Then, she looked in the computer and put us in another room in less than a minute. She was unapologetic. Second room was very dimly lit. Bathroom mirror light did not work. Refrigerator did not work. The manager did comp our food at the restaurants when she was informed about our experience.

The hotel is very clean and nice. Kids enjoyed the pool. Only complaint is the room was under lit. It’s possibly the most under lit room I’ve ever had. No lamps by the bed, only one on the desk. Very unusual. Otherwise it’s nice.

It’s a solid option for staying in Houston or near the airport. Major roadways are nearby and a few restaurants. There was one inside the hotel but we didn’t eat there. The rooms were clean and for the most part soundproof. We had two issues: the toilet kept running when it was flushed (which was reported and never got fixed) and the shower head was one of the worst ever. Very poor water pressure. Overall a good stay.

Limited viewpoint: I had travel delays and only stayed here for 4 hours. Shuttle drivers were polite. Front desk (overnight) was efficient (thank you!) and communicative about shuttles and breakfast options. Room was well apportioned. Comfy bed and ample pillows available. Shower products were not my scent of choice. My A/C was loud and rattled during "on" phase. Overall good stay.

The room was great. The front desk was courteous. My only complaint was the waiter in the restaurant. After our uncle's funeral, nine of my family gathered in the hotel bar/dining area. After the day we had, we needed good service with a smile. We received someone who appeared bothered by our presence and didn't want to be there. He was not friendly at all. The bill was wrong, and when my sister went to pay it. He added an additional entree to the ticket. He was slow with drinks, and we had to ask for water. He didn't ask us if we needed anything else after serving us. We flagged him down a couple of times for water. There were no onions or pickles on our burger. There were no buffalo wings or mac and cheese. The burger was good, but the service was mediocre. I would not eat there again or recommend the hotel restaurant.

This hotel was perfect for staying overnight when our flight was canceled. We got their shuttle from the airport and a shuttle the next morning. The staff was lovely, room was perfect. The restaurant could benefit from a better menu, seeing as there’s not much in walking distance. Quality of food was very basic and ingredients were ok. But like I said totally great for a night!

The stay and hotel was actually quite nice, but I was warned by a 25+ yr native that this area isn't that safe. One morning, woke up to two vehicles missing their tires (not even on bricks orplanks of wood), and the second to last day of my stay, my Catalytic Converters were stolen. They have no security outside of cameras (footage I never got to see). I checked out early because I didn't want anything else to happen, but they still charged me for the last night and even though they promised to refund the last night, the Hotels.com agent did not get the confirmation from the manager. Will definitely not be staying here again.

The property was newer and very clean and they have an airport shuttle service. Its nice that they have a restaurant and a bar but neither was very good. The restaurant served cold coffee in the morning and the margaritas were terrible. The restaurant menu is limited and the soup tasted like canned minestrone soup. Stay away from the restaurant and you should be ok.

Restaurant closed right after I checked in (around 10pm) making it difficult to get food or beverages after a long day. No water pressure in shower. Signs in the room and hardware on the door made me feel like I was in a dangerous area. Airport shuttle had no AC and we were experiencing a high heat advisory during my visit. Not a fun stay.
