Pretty good place to stay. EV charging station is great. Breakfast mostly very good but coffee was so weak it was not worth drinking. Gym needs variety in workout equipment, especially core machines.

Very new/clean, staff very nice ( front desk young women and Fillmore pizza employee). Pool is small and was crowded by kids, no other big amenities. So not sure what all the raving reviews were about; a nice/clean hotel- nothing spectacular. Fillmore pizza was very good.

This hotel really surprised me. I usually stay in Hilton and Marriott hotels and that was my intention when visiting Colorado Springs for business. However, when I read the reviews for all of these hotels, Best Western Pro came out on top. And the pictures looked better as well. So I took a chance and booked with BW. I'm glad I did! It far exceeded my expectations in every way possible! The only negative was only one elevator was working so the wait was extra long. I was on the second floor and my room was right next to the exit, so I was good.😁

Very nice hotel, modern looking. Good breakfast with some hot selections plus DIY pancakes, breads, juices, cereal, etc. Pool but no hot tub. Rooms need better sound insulation because we could hear conversations in adjacent rooms and footsteps above us. Beds were comfortable but not quiet--creaky. Good location near I-25, with an IHOP next door.

Newer property. We stayed bigger room 412. Housekeeping is great. The ladies' front desk are nice and professional as well as a ladies breakfast area. The swimming pool is nice but no hut tub. Great stay.

This is our second time staying here. We stayed here 2 years ago and liked it so much we booked again. The hotel and the rooms are extremely clean and modern. The included breakfast buffet is the best we’ve ever experienced. It’s a full breakfast. I would stay here again just for that

Upon checking in our 1st room. We found roaches, I called down to the front desk and let them know. They insisted that we come back to the front desk to get a new room. They ended up upgrading us to s beautiful suite! The breakfast was okay (my family and i are vegan). I did like the pizza buffet that they offered although we did not partake. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown Colorado Springs, which is where my family and i go for the vegan restaurants.

Our weeklong Colorado Rockies trip started here, and as far as hotel stays were concerned, this set the bar. Comfortable beds. Good pillows. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Nice amenities. We wished every other night we had was as nice as this one.

5/5? Lies. I’ve had a life-shattering week, & needed a clean hotel room for 1 night. I didn’t arrive until 12:15AM & check-out is at 11. Desk staff on 10/13-14 was nice enough, but I stood at the counter waiting for them to process for 25-30 minutes even though I booked & paid online. They kept talking about pets/fees. I said N/A, I just want to sleep. I get to the room at 1 AM. I notice a loud sound & it’s an ozone machine. I call the front desk asking if it’s safe to have on & especially curious as to why it’s going. She was so rude, “ uh, we can come remove the machine if it’s an issue. It’s fine for it to be on with you in it.” I played dumb, but I have one of these on my garage. You cannot be in the room for 20-30 minutes after a cycle. It also says that on the machine. I was exhausted. I turn it off, and try to relax. The smell is horrific; mold, cigarettes & sewage combined. I had time to eat an apple, brush teeth, then I start to inspect. Beds have hair, smells of cigs. It’s 1:45-2. I don’t know if these 2 individuals just gave me a bad room since it was late & they didn’t care, even though I paid full price? I don’t know whats happened to the service industry I spent years in. Hotels in Springs have been the worst experiences I have had. I’ve lived in 10+ states, & traveled almost all + abroad. CO Spgs takes the cake of OVERPRICED, horrid conditions,& worse service. I was so done. I left. I slept in my Benz & cried the whole night. Kept my $ too.Unkind, Stay away!

We stayed for a week, really liked the room with kitchen and Landry. Room had a good view of the mountains. Room had a jacuzzi as well. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Overall very happy with the stay.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this property deserves a solid 5-star rating. It was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in, and I’m picky. The kitchenette was stocked with everything we needed, and the washer/dryer was an added bonus. Great location; great for families.

Stayed in double queen 1br suite. Room was nice size. Comfortable and clean. Washer and dryer in room was a blessing, although not standard in all rooms. Kitchen was nice too. Staff friendly & professional. Would recommend this hotel 100%.

Rooms are ok. The hotel is close to freeway. You will hear a lot of traffic noise at nights. We had 2 rooms, stayed there 3 nights. Neither bathroom fans and electric outlets worked. Called front desk and they ignored it. Not a good service! Back of the hotel view is really bad.

Lighting and sound proofing a real issue. Could not turn on a night light anywhere but all lights had to come on. Could hear everything and everyone at all hours of the night. Thin walls. The air situation was terrible. Could not get room cool enough.

The room was very difficult to control heat. Also too much ambient light when everything was turned off and trying to sleep. The clock radio is bright like a beacon, the light switch near door emits way to much brightness and the fire alarm blinks brightly intermittently. My wife slept all night with a pillow over her head, I just used a wash cloth over my eyes. Breakfast is about what I expected. We we're in 4th floor room which was ADA compliant so the shower was ok, if you were about 5'3" tall, my wife liked it but I found pretty awkward.

We decided to book here after adding a quick stop to Garden of the Gods to our Colorado trip. I was not expecting anything over the top or amazing, and was I wrong!! We had a suite with a full kitchen and living area, it was amazing!! So much room for activities, sleeping for 4 adults and 1 child, and full home amenities! The washer and dryer was a great bonus!! Everything was updated and clean, comfy and over the top! The bedding was all brand new and clean, the tv's were super up to date and easy to use!! The only thing that would possibly make it any better would be a small second toilet room, but not a deal breaker as there were many bathrooms throughout the facility that could be used in a pinch!

Toilet seat fell apart but maintenance did fix it in a timely manner. Breakfast was good, nice selection. Front desk clerk look and acted high as a kite and the breakfast attendant was rude the one morning. Pool clean, didn’t use exercise equipment as good walking close by. Most eating places are a good drive.

We had been driving all day and night from Dallas to get to this hotel we booked through Expedia. When we arrived they told us they were fully booked for the night and could not accommodate us. We were refused a refund for almost $200 USD. We had to pay for a completely different hotel on top of this one we had already paid for earlier. I would not trust the management at this hotel.

There were good things and bad things about this hotel. Good things were how close it is to Garden of the Gods and other nearby attractions in Colorado Springs. There are also good nearby restaurants within walking distance. The main bad thing with this hotel was that I felt disrespected by staff at check-in. I was told I was required to sign a paper 3 times and the desk staff acted impatient like they didn't want me to read the paper I was required to sign. I was also required to pay a $300 deposit on check-in. This deposit was refunded to me, but when I questioned the purpose of the deposit (because $300 is a lot of money), I was talked down to and felt like I was treated like I was stupid. Upon review of other customer's reviews after staying here, it does appear that others have felt disrespected by the check-in staff at this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was one of the better complimentary breakfasts I've had at a hotel with a waffle bar, coffee, and juice. The hotel room we stayed in was a suite which included a kitchenette with mini stovetop, washer and dryer, fridge, and dishwasher; this room appeared to be cleaned well upon arrival.

I had a three night stay at this location. The actual location is convenient to get to anywhere fairly quickly in Colorado Springs and the property itself is clean and quite nice. The main problem from my point of view was the front desk staff. Some of them weren’t very welcoming and not professional at all. I walked up to one on the desk staff and said hello and she just stared at me. This was uncomfortable to say the least. Not at all like front desk staff that I am used to being greeted by at countless hotels that I have stayed at in the past. When we arrived to our room we noticed the bathroom door did not close properly. We addressed this with the front desk with one employee named “Q” who took care of the issue immediately. We were given a different room with no hassle. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again

It was great, my husband had eye surgery and we had to stay in Colorado Springs overnight. Amy made it very easy for us to do an early check in once we found out what time his surgery was. We were so grateful for her.

Wow! I have never stayed at a best western before and I arrived exhausted so didn’t know what to expect. Morgan and Amy at the front desk went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and special from offering a free drink ticket to allowing me to check in a little early to recommending their favorite restaurants in the area. Both Morgan and Amy checked in with me every time I was coming and going from the hotel and were a true highlight of the stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the whole place was very clean. Overall, I was very impressed and would absolutely stay here again!

the hotel was incredibly clean, staff were top notch. rooms were very nice spacious and clean, parking was easy there is a convince store across the street and a great little taco place we tried too highly recommend. I hop is in the same parking lot and all the main attractions are practically in the backyard and I really loved that as we already drove 15 hours to get there so, less time in the car was a major win

I was a little nervous at first because I was noticing a lot of homeless in the area. But we had no issues, the breakfast was great, free parking, and it was close to all the activities we did. My family that stayed at a holiday inn 15 minutes north of us in a “better” area actually got robbed IN THE HOTEL. Someone stole a purse and they had a getaway driver. So here we were thinking we were in a not so good area but our weekend was fantastic with absolutely no issues. Hotel was clean and rooms were great.

Hotel was nicely furnished and staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately our room must’ve been under the stairs (first floor) because we heard a lot of stomping and baggage thumping during our stay. Other than this, we had nice accommodations. The immediate area surrounding the property has a serious homelessness problem, and there were panhandlers constantly moving through the area.

This seems to be a new facility in an area that is in the process of being renovated. There were some homeless people across the street, but they seemed harmless. But everything else around the area was old and dingy.

Very clean and comfortable. The toiletries were awesome. We stayed here many days after moving up the street and waiting on our bed to be delivered. I highly recommend this hotel. I do not, however, recommend the pizza buffet. It was very greasy and we smelled so bad after sitting down there around it. Our clothes smelled like a pizza oven. I recommend a few drinks at the bar and have some food delivered or just bring something. Great hotel though. I will recommend this to family who come out to visit us.

Very comfortable room and clean. Beds were very nice as were the pillows. The elevators did break down overnight so we had to use the stairs more than once, but it was fixed by the next morning. The only complaint we had was the free breakfast in the morning. It was pretty terrible really. They eggs they served looked like plastic toys from a kids play kitchen set and were unedible. Free breakfast at hotels is not what it used to be.
