Courtyard Boston Downtown/North Station

Parking was super easy, location was perfect just a short walk to many amazing North end restaurants, and literally right across from the Garden where we saw a show.

Comfortable and efficient

Great room and great front desk staff

Given the price level, expectations were high, but the overall experience did not match. The room was affected by constant noise, including a loud air conditioning unit, a fan or heating unit in the hallway just outside the door, and noticeable sounds from water pipes. This made it difficult to relax and sleep properly. The hotel also felt limited in terms of facilities, especially considering the cost. Small details contributed to a negative impression, such as a bottle of water in the room priced at $7.50, which is typically complimentary at hotels in this category. Overall, the impression was that the hotel not only lacked the expected standard but also tried to charge extra for basic amenities. For the price paid, this was disappointing.

Hotel was clean and updated. Great location, valet parking was easy. Would absolutely stay again!
