We checked into this hotel for one night. We arrived around 6 pm. Parked our car in their parking garage. the next morning the hotel front desk called to tell us our car had been broken into, along with two other vehicles parked right next to mine. needless to say, when we left the hotel that afternoon, other guests were parked in the same spots that it had happened to. This is unacceptable

We’ve stayed here twice now while visiting UGA. Very convenient location, walkable to campus and downtown. Has Tesla chargers and plenty of parking in the attached parking garage. Very clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was mediocre, but the usual hotel free breakfast fare.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good and offered different hot options on both days. They even had Gluten-Free options. The gym had plenty of equipment too. It is located almost on the UGA campus. We walked to the Tate Center in about 5 minutes. All locations in downtown Athens are walking distance minutes away.

I was hoping that this was going to be a great staycation however, the room are awkwardly built. The only parking was in a parking deck, near a place I consider slightly unsafe . On a positive note, the amenities were great.

There were a few things that were a disappointment. The stopper on the bathroom sink did not work. The Kerig coffeemaker did not work and our room was not cleaned between a 2 night stay. The handle on the bathroom door was loose.

Great location, comfy beds, fairly quiet. Clean and spacious room. The only issue we had was that the blackout curtain didn’t close the last foot and the light from the parking garage adjacent was very bright throughout the night.

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was outstanding, however the room was sub-par. Not only was it TINY, but the air unit started making noises in the middle of the night, the lighting was very strange (not enough light to do your makeup and get dressed for a night out, but SUPER bright throughout the entire room if someone had to access the restroom in the middle of the night) and we could hear conversations in the rooms surrounding us. We are not high maintenance travelers, but I would expect better for a $300 per night stay.

The hotel is lovely and the rooms were great but the hotel is in an awkward spot and it’s hard to walk directly to the school. It’s not clear where you should walk / the sidewalks are odd. School has a huge parking lot in front of the hotel so it would be nice if they clarified a walking area to get onto campus.

The hotel is fairly new, and the location is perfect for walking to downtown Athens and North Campus. The service is good, the complimentary breakfast is above average with many choices. My only knock is the price. The room rate was $400 , and I paid less for a larger property in downtown Athens, Greece this summer.

Location is great. Checkin was great. But king size bed and pillows VERY uncomfortable. Hard to keep room temperature even. Too few hangers(3). Ran out of toilet paper. Trundle didn’t have a fitted sheet. Terrible TV streaming service. No regular channels. Breakfast ran out of cups, some foods, weird meat for sausage. So all-in-all- VERY uncomfortable stay.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, bright and safe. I was traveling with my daughter so all of those things were important. We were able to park and walk to various restaurants, shops, boutiques, and to the college where we had a tour. We will definitely check out this property again. If I had to give a negative I would critique the breakfast. I didn’t think it was great.

Very nice check in process with MAYA! Lobby was pleasant and clean. Room was very spacious and very clean! Sofa was a trundle and could sleep two more people! Big closet to hang clothes. Breakfast the next morning a very nice, free and a variety of items. Would stay here again.
