2025 Visit My husband chose this place for the price and pool—but I wish we’d checked the pool first. It was dirty, the door was broken, and another guest ended up cleaning it himself. No face cloths available, and the room phone was cut and rolled up—what if there had been an emergency? The breakfast attendant was nice until 10 minutes before closing, then turned rude. Everything should be available until 9am, no excuses. Clean sheets but that's it. Ottoman was filthy with mustard covered on one side. 2024 Visit We came back for the laundry, but regretted it. The laundry room reeked of mildew, affecting the gym. The room had broken blinds, weak water temperature, and nothing dairy-free for our lactose-intolerant grandkids. After three stays, we’re done. 2022 Visit A 6ft mirror fell, nearly hitting me. Shower items kept falling, there was grime in the bathroom, and we found hair on the towels. A loud dog barked nonstop. Staff was kind, and breakfast was good—but overall, not worth returning.

In all honesty, I really would like a refund or some type of compensation. Me and my girlfriend stayed for 7 days and every other day we had to keep asking for clean towels at the front desk. I personally had to clean the pool out myself because there were bugs in the pool after the hotel manager claimed that the pool guy came and cleaned it. I could not connect to the WiFi either. And the last day the only working elevator stopped working so I had to carry our bags down the stairs multiple times

The tub spout was loose. The one elevator didnt work and the other one was slow. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay

Great hotel fantastic parking

We booked a stay here for the night before we leave for our cruise since we’re from North Carolina. When we first arrived it was very easy to find parking, we actually ended up parking infront of our room and not even realizing. The two girls that checked us in were super sweet. We got to our room and were both shocked at the amenities. Not that we needed them but there’s a microwave, full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kitchen sink and all utensils you could need if you’re cooking. Beds were super comfortable and the room was clean. We typically don’t eat the breakfast provided at hotels but didn’t feel like going out this morning so we did and there was a very large variety of options. Coffees and teas, waffle making machine, fruit, muffins, cereals, jimmy dean sandwiches and bowls, different fruit juices etc. The surrounding area is fairly noisy but the hotel has nothing to do with that, it’s just a busy city. The bathroom was clean with a HUGE shower and full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Plenty of storage options through the entire room if you’re planning on unpacking. We didn’t use the pool since it’s the end of November but it looks like it’s still open for use and VERY clean. If we’re ever back in Mobile we will definitely be booking here.

My boyfriend and I felt the property was very safe, quiet and there was no problem finding a place to park. There is a strip mall nearby, but I would suggest driving because I do not feel the distance is walkable. Everywhere in the hotel was so clean, and the staff was so nice and courteous. Would definitely stay there again!

Very nice pool area

Near shopping, clean room, quiet, near the highway. Breakfast was decent, changed daily, little heavy on the carb side. One elevator was out of service which made waiting on the elevator during busy times a little long. Very cordial staff.

Loved how clean and nice staff were and it was perfect for our two small dogs to stay w us. Only part is that breakfast wasn’t anything special same as a regular hotel and the rooms had nice sized fridge and freezer and dishes available but only a microwave no stove top so not sure what all we were supposed to be able to cook or why so many things available like a Collinder and other cooking tools maybe other rooms had a mini stove ? There was also a full size dishwasher and lots of space in room / could be separated by curtain to divide room in half in case someone stated on pull out bed as well. The shower / different pressures were amazing I didn’t want to get out of shower everytime I took one lol. Was very nice area and we were able to walk to shopping stores and places to eat as well as top golf for drinks and some fun. Took a Uber to the Katy Williams comedy tour at civic center which is why we stayed here for my bday celebration. The lobby is beautiful they have a pool and gym and outside grilling area. Over all it was a wonderful stay with great friendly staff and perfect pick for our fur babies as well

My family and I enjoyed our stay! Room and bathroom were very clean. The only negative is that the pool needed cleaning. The area around the hotel was clean. The breakfast and the coffee was very good!

My stay was great very clean room and just nice all around

Upon calling 3 times and coming up to the property to check out room availability, we were assured our conjoined rooms would be ready. As i prepared to check in my large family for an event, we were told the room we requested is no longer available. Another guest had been checked in next door to us, amd we would need to relocate to another 2nd double queen room for the rest of my family. It caused some of my family members to miss a prepaid event, and inconvenienced us to another floor of the hotel for still non conjoined rooms. The rooms were moldy and unkept. Dirty towels with makeup were refolded for us to use and the floors weren't vacuumed. The worst hilton stay i ever experienced! I don't even want my family here, after planning a special weekend for us all after the holiday.

Everything was very clean

It served its purpose for one night. There were stains on the carpet and in the couch. The kitchen and restroom were seemingly clean. Wouldn’t stay again.

Positive things first: they have friendly staff and the housekeepers worked hard. Negative: needs to be renovated. Only one elevator worked during our stay. The shower had old rust stains in the tub. The toilet kept running all night. They don’t have a smart tv so you can cast from your device. The breakfast is horrible. We got a jimmy dean frozen biscuit that was not cooked all the way through. You could feel that it was still partially frozen through the wrapper. Housekeeping did not replace towels and wash cloths during stay. Not worth the cost to stay unfortunately

Room was absolutely filthy and had a cat urine for smell to it. Bathroom water pressure was strong at the sink which leaked everywhere yet the shower water pressure was very low.

Avoid this property! This property definitely didn’t meet my expectations. The floor was extremely sticky in the room along with missing soaps. The shower head and other fixtures in the bathroom weren’t sealed to the walls making them loose when adjusting. The WORST part about this property was finding a cockroach upon waking up. Whatever you do, avoid this property!

Bed mattress was like sleeping on concrete and pillows were even worse - Huge and not soft at all.

Nice big room. A little noisy until I called the desk and they quieted the noisy guests above.

Spacious room , dated carpet, bath needs to be cleaner, otherwise comfortable stay, noise insulation on floor not great, I could feel vibration of me walking and others walking on floor above

AC wouldn’t get below 74 degrees in our room. We asked for a new one- the moved us without question, which was nice. Everyone was super nice and helpful. But very frustrating traveling with a baby and having to move rooms after you’ve unloaded everything. New room was much cooler, but the shower/bathroom had hair in it- pretty gross. The sink/water has a strange smell, but it may just be the location? Just disappointing for a Home2Suites. Never had these problems at any other locations. The staff was very nice though.

Convenient location and roomy accommodations. Pet friendly with a decent breakfast included. Appreciated the kitchenette.

The tv was not working properly, horrible dark blue tinge, hard to see. No functions on remote to lighten or correct. The bedsheets were very worn , the btm sheet had areas of "pilling" which felt terrible to sleep on. That sheet should have been scrapped and used for rags or something. Other than that the room was great and clean

This property was conveniently located and just like you would expect from a H2S. Everything was fine except the AC in our room. We asked to have it looked at but no one did. The room was an uncomfortable 74° to 76° at all times.

The only thing that I thought could use some attention is the comforters on the bed. They were very thin and not warm at all.

After driving 8 hours, we arrived at the hotel only to be told we have no room. I showed my receipt where I paid two weeks prior. However, they had no room for me. My disabled sister requires a shower stall instead of a bathtub. Needless to say, I was furious!

Front desk staff was excellent. Put us in a very quiet room as we requested it during the check in process. Heck in was quick a free a very long day of driving. Room very clean, I very much liked the sitting area and the dishwasher was a real plus

Everything was amazing the front desk person that worked. Sunday October 5 3-11 pm is one of the hotel star employees long brown hair with circle glasses 🤓 she’s amazing

RESERVED a 2 queen bed room…showed up and got a single bed. Front desk said reservation doesn’t mean anything for room type just that you have a room that’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of course it means the room type that’s why you choose it when you make the reservation. Wouldn’t help me at all, wouldn’t refund my money…I had 4 ppl…that’s why I needed 2 beds!! Front desk person offered no help and was rude about it.

Staff was very friendly & accommodating. Only stayed 1 night but after being on the road for 9 hrs, it was nice to see warm, smiling faces that were ready to assist in any way possible.

When I arrived I was told the reservation was not paid for, even though I showed the clerk my prepaid receipt. He told me I would need to speak with his manager either later that night or the next morning. When I got to my room, and I will get to that, I saw that I had paid for the hotel through hotels.com, and the hotel had actually just charged my card two more times. I went back downstairs but the clerk told me I would need to speak to the manager. The Manager I spoke to, Kelsey, told me she could not do anything since she did not make the charge. It took 3 times and a few days for this to come off my credit card. This is an abuse of using my card, and unauthorized. I was told they were taking my card for incidentals. The room was dirty, footprints on the floor, probably walking on it while it was wet, the bathroom had mold in and out of the shower, the bed squeaked when my husband and I got on or off it, and we are of average weight. The TV screen was very dark and could not be adjusted and the dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes. At least they could have run it, if there was no time to put the dishes back on the shelf. I did not feel the room was clean at all. There was a notice at the front desk that the staff would be off Christmas day, which is the day we checked in but I assumed our room was ready for us. We have stayed at Home2 Suites quite a few times and you can imagine my surprise that this hotel can call themselves a Home2Suites.

Excellent customer service, clean, and overall good place to stay!

The staff was wonderful. My mom is on hospice and we had to move out for repairs. I had to add days a couple of times. They kept me in the same room and was so nice. The breakfast was great. They made a trying time better.

The desk staff were all amazing and welcoming. The lobby and breakfast area were always clean and cozy.

Convenient location for our tennis tournament. Close to Costco and Dick’s Sporting goods. Pleasant staff and easy check in/out.

Very fast and easy check in. Just off the highway so there was no road traffic. About 25 minute drive from the airport so couldn’t hear the planes all night either. VERY quiet. A nice breakfast bar in the morning. I would recommend staying here again.

The staff does a nice job of keeping the property clean and neat. The property is conveniently located to I-65 and I-20.

Good location.

The area is primarily large commercial retail stores. It was very convenient for us to fill up our tank at the Costco gas station early in the morning across the street from the hotel.

I stayed at a Home2 Suites in Illinois and they had the best Breakfast I've ever had at a hotel included in price of the room. So, I was very disappointed to find that the breakfast here in Mobile was little more than a continental breakfast you get at a motel 6 plus they wanted you to pay $15 f Other than that the hotelor it. There was a Crackle Barrel walking distance away that provided made to order food for less than $15.. Get with the other Home2 Suites and bring yours up a notch. Other than that the hotel was older but fine.
