Loved the shuttle! Bricktown was nearby and it was great to get a ride and not need to be concerned about parking! Very clean! Staff was friendly and so helpful! No breakfast (coffee/tea in the rooms and lobby)but kitchen facilities as well as a small reasonably priced market in lobby. Would stay again if in the area!

The staff was amazing. My room was very clean. I loved the mirrors and lighting in the bathroom. The little kitchenette was so convenient and the bed was extremely comfortable. My only complaint is the elevators were horribly slow

Was a decent stay. Not quite as clean as other suite style hotels but having the kitchenette was nice. The bathroom was clean but looked worn because of the quality of some of the maintenance and painting. The staff was always pleasant.

The hotel clerk Tony was FANTASTIC. Personable, friendly, accomodating. My issue was not with him or the staff. My issue was with the big fat roach that greeted us in the bathroom and the cigarette smoke smell that filled the room when you turned the AC off. So much for a nonsmoking policy. I didn't bother to bring the roach up to the front desk since I automatically flushed the roach down the toilet by habit, and, what would a room change bring? Everyone knows once you're in a place with roaches you can't escape them. Could have paid 20 dollars more to have a cleaner hotel without having to sleep at night with the heebeejeebies. Parking lot can be sketchy at night too. I didn't feel safe at all.

The location was great, just a minute walk from Bricktown. However, the room felt unkempt and I literally had to wipe off the table before setting my food down. My stay was decent, but definitely could have been better.

The bed was much too soft for me. Also some of the light switches had built in night lights which were extremely bright and could not be turned off. If I wanted that much light in the room at night I could just turn on a lamp. The night lights all need to be removed.

Outside property was clean and upkept. Upon entering, was greeted with kindness and info about stay and other amenities. Also, checkout staff was also very friendly, kind and helpful. Room decor was nice but outdated. The room was clean and no bugs. Location was next to expressway so convenient for day travel.

I was pleasantly surprised by my king suite. It was giant. Full size fridge, microwave, and a 2 burner stove top. Bathroom was huge. I’d def book it again. Free shuttle to bricktown area.

Room was really nice and clean. Had no problem with any of that but the service was bad. We ordered breakfast from them and never got our food. Cost me $56 for food we never received. I called back numerous times and they said the food was left outside our door but it never was. Tried to get a refund but never got it. When I checked out I tried talking to the lady at the desk but she was on the phone while 2 or 3 other ladies were in the break room just laughing and completely ignored me. Very disappointed

Was not what was pictured when I got there!! They were very accommodating when we could not use the shower the next morning and gave us a new room. Everyone was very nice and helpful and if I asked for anything they would make sure I had it!

We chose to pay at the hotel. The hotle overbooked and cancled my reservation cause they tried to run my card and it didnt go threw. Well of course it didnt go threw, i have a lock on my card so nothing i haven't authorized will go threw. I didnt relize we didnt have a room untill I tried to check in. And the whole district was booked or $400 a room cause of a concert. Didn't get composted or anything just a sorry. So we just drove home over an hour away and ruined our night out.

Comfortable bed. Services were very good. Another resident in the near our room was talking on the phone very loud. It went on for 2 hours on the 1st morning and for about 30 minutes on the 2nd day.

Property appeared to be fairly new, like a polished turd in a pile of dog feces. About a block from the property, we had to dodge a panhandler on a bicycle going the wrong in our lane. After we parked, we observed homeless people wandering around the property. I notified the front desk that we would not be staying and just ate the cost of the nights stay.

Nothing but positives. Free parking. Clean, safe, friendly staff, convenient location. Shuttle will take you to restaurants in Bricktown and pick you up later. (Helpful driver, will give recommendations if you need them.) Quiet hotel and a comfy bed meant I slept great. I only stayed one night but imagine it’s great for anyone traveling to OKC regularly.

The room was very nice and clean. The night staff wasn't very friendly but no complaints. The morning staff was very nice. No breakfast, that was a bummer. We stayed here before and they let us go to the hotel behind this one to eat breakfast. I guess they changed that policy.

I really liked that they had a lot of options for frozen dinners, pops, chips, etc. It would have been nice to have a restaurant on hand. There needs to be an ice pail in each room. Over all it was clean and I enjoyed my stay.
