Nice, new property. Friendly staff. Ice machine on our floor was broke, waiting for a part. The pool is TINY. Road access leaving can be a bit tough with high traffic.

Checking is was super easy knew they would need a card on file even though paid in full online but was not aware it would charge another $20. Staff was super nice! Got to the room and it was nice and clean until we pulled out the couch bed! Looked almost like previous guest let kids on it with shoes and there was mud and dirt all over the mattress topper! Tried calling the front desk 3 times and got busy tone. Sent my son down to talk to someone and they sent housekeeping up right away and she changed the mattress topper and even made the bed for us! Very nice lady and she was very apologetic! Got settle went to the pool which was rather small. 6 kids were in there and it seemed like a lot! Left after about 45 mins. Loved that everything was so close! Came back and went back to the pool around 9:15 had it all to ourselves. Two kids much better. Other guest had left trash all over the one table and towels all over the floor and there were no more towels to dry off with. Check out isn’t until 12 PM but we will be out by 7 AM so won’t be able to review breakfast but hopefully check out is smooth as well!

Liked everything up til I paid for my reservation then they asked for more money to cover incidentals. Should have been included up front. Between handicap, reserved and ev parking, we always had to hunt for parking.

The suite rooms are quiet from the sides but, in the first few nights of our stay we had kids above us rollerblading around in their room, and in the later part of our stay someone else was in there making equal amounts of stomping noises around the room above. The pool was much smaller than the images would make you think, so we didn't end up using it since it was often full of kids and young adults using inflatables that took up a good portion of the pool on their own. Parking around the building is fine for cars but not great for any larger vehicles (we had a moving van and had a lot of difficulty finding a place that we could park it). Major roads nearby make it a little tricky to walk places but ample crosswalks help and there is shopping not far away in most directions. Staff at the desk was generally helpful (especially the night staff) though the cleaning staff missed our first cleaning date completely, and then didn't clean on the day we asked them to come in (they made the beds and replaced the towels, but we noted they didn't wipe down any surfaces or vacuum the room at all). Breakfast was not a selling point - two hot plates with rubbery eggs or floppy bacon / microwaved sausages or other items in them. Juices and watered-down coffee options, or a cooler of milks. There's a separate "marketplace" you could go in to for purchasing more fare that you could take to your room but for an included breakfast it was disappointing every morning.

This location is well-maintained and very accessible to nearby shopping and eating. The indoor pool and 24-hour gym are also much appreciated by our family.

Great place to stay, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Airport transportation is a plus and in a perfect location.

I loved this property, the smart TVs were amazing, excellent WiFi. Breakfast was good. The pool was small and I wish they had a hot tub. Staff was excellent.

FRIENDLY STAFF AND QUIET ROOM. THE SHUTTLE TO THE AIRPORT WAS SO CONVENIENT AND TIMELY.

I had awesome stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel was very convenient located and by a lot restaurants and most importantly right across the street from Walmart. Parking was plentiful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well designed. They had a space saving closet that was great because we had an event to attend the next day. Bathroom was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Gym was awesome the had bikes, ellipticals, treadmills, weights rack, and a space to practice yoga. They also had towels easily located in the gym. It was clean and spacious.

This property was selected based on photos that showed an additional living area and television. This is not what we experienced. We also didn’t have enough towels, etc for the 4 registered guests. The location was as stated and the areas we encountered were clean.

Great stay, overall clean, and comfortable. Made staff aware of the dirt on the back shower wall and phlegm on the sign above the elevator.

Our room was very clean. We had a junior suite (I think) and it was great for a family of 4-lots of room to spread out after being cramped in a car for 7 hours. The breakfast buffet has a wonderful selection of choices.

We were on the first floor in the front corner of the hotel. The street intersection. It was very loud due to street noise. I would definitely request back opposite corner next time.

The beds were hard as rocks.

This was our 3rd visit. Very spacious suite and great for a family of 5. The pool is very nice and clean. Kids love it.The room is clean. The beds are very comfortable. Could have used more towels. Only one wash cloth, 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for 5 people. Will stay again.

Very nice room. Front Desk lady was extremely nice. Overall a great stay, but I really wish the air conditioning worked in my room.

We liked the staff, they were great. I liked that it was convenient to the fairgrounds. What I didnt like about our room was the lack of curtains, no black out curtains in our room just sheer curtains so we had bright lights shining into our room all night. I will stay here again due to that reason. The air-conditioning worked magnificent.

Front desk evening employee was unenthusiastic about every aspect of his job—checking us in, answering questions, etc. Did not appreciate his attitude. The minute he had finished helping us he was back on his personal laptop.

The front desk staff is outstanding. Also, the 2 ladies who do the morning breakfast are great. I am always happy 😊 to stay at this hotel.

overbooked and did not have a room for me and my children for 6 hours. then offered me a room with ONE BED for my family.

The hotel was nice and clean. Evening staff wasn’t very helpful or friendly. Asked for a pack and play, most hotels deliver to room for me and this one did not. Breakfast was not good at all. Not very many options and out of waffles by 7:30 am

Staff were great, but check in situation was not.

Check- in took almost 30 mins, huge line no help. Had a suite with 5 people. Got two towels. Went down to ask for more as we were coming from cattle shows and everyone needed showers. It was a huge hassle and told only one towel per guest. Couldn’t get more hashtags. Apparently they expected us to share? Not sure. Bed were crazy uncomfortable.

To close to Main Street to much tragic and noise. Very busy area

Hotel was a little run down but nothing major. Staff was amazing. Food in area was amazing. Located about 10 minutes from all the attractions.

Hotel was located in a convenient location to everything. At check-in I ask if we could be located away from the highway because of the noise. She said yes, then when she handed us our keys she said she didn't have any rooms away from the highway. She put us on 1st floor, 2nd room from the highway. We heard early morning traffic and alot if walking on the room above us!

Breakfast was barely edible. Watery eggs. The waffles had milk consistency batter and the final product had to be tossed. Not edible; I wasn’t the only one tossing a waffle. Juice was orange water.

Hotel is newly updated and clean. Breakfast was limited and not the best. Our sink and shower were slow to drain.

Very friendly and polite staff. The room and property was clean. It was also very quiet, even though the hotel seemed busy. Breakfast was hot and stocked right up until the end.

Clean and comfortable stay for a few nights. Breakfast was very good and the staff that I spoke with were all nice and helpful.
