Overnight stay on family visit. Room was excellent well appointed. Very clean. Lobby and parking also very nice. I was on main floor adjacent to the parking lot. No noise from parking lot however continuous noise from lobby being so close. Would recommend hotel, but not on first floor

The stay was ok the pool was had to much chlorine inside maintenance man was rude to my kids in the morning trying to put the kids out saying the pool was closed when the sign say 7am-11pm it was 8 am and he told them to get out didn’t y’all hear me say the pool was closed my niece went to the front desk in which she confirmed it was open the receptionist cleared it up and told them to come back in 30 mins

We had a decent stay. The only issues were that they texted us if we needed anything and we had run out of towels, so that’s what we stated and we didn’t get a response back. So I had to get some from the room attendant after I saw her down the hall. Also, the shower door wouldn’t stay closed. The staff was nice and helpful for the most part. The pool seemed to have too much chlorine but it was clean in the area and the kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was also good.

The hotel itself is ok, the air conditioner in the room was very noisy. The pool was very dirty, the chlorine was way too strong and one very large group of guests took over it, yelling and diving and just being completely inconsiderate of others. The front desk guy tried to talk some sense into them but that didn’t help. I overheard him calling security but security never showed up. This was a big disappointment for my kids cause they really wanted to enjoy the pool but weren’t able to.

Stayed here for the weekend when seeing a show at the Michigan Lottery Amphitheater. Check in/out were quick and easy. Loved having the little store in the lobby for snacks and forgotten items. The hotel breakfast was good, wide variety of items. The bed was comfy and overall quiet even being on the first floor. The bathroom was clean but the carpets in the bedroom were not. Very dirty and we ended up having to walk around in our shoes as to not track the dirt into the bed.

But I loved how they had fresh pool towels for use if you forgot one. The snack pantry was somewhat limited and kind of pricey. But you are very close to a gas station and other dining options. The free breakfast had a lot of options. I was incredibly impressed. Overall I would definitely book here again!

Returned from dinner to find hotel guests relaxing in the seatin area at the main entrance of the hotel. The quests were drinking beer and smoking marijuana, but otherwise minding their own business. The hotel appeared to be hosting a youth hockey team. The behavior of the guests was unacceptable, but clearly nothing the lone desk attendant was willing to address. I recommend removing the seating area if guests cannot stick to family friendly activities cannot be

Upon arrival I waited over 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. The desk help was working their other property which was next door. While we tried to check in and they were unable to accommodate the type of room I had booked. Once they had found another room, when we went to the room we found it still dirty. We returned to the desk and informed them. Instead of assigning another room, they made us go back to the room to look it over with them. The bedding was dirty, the room had an odor, and there was tape and other things hanging from the ceiling. Instead of moving us, they wanted to just clean the room while we waited in the lobby. The staff was very unhappy that we had brought that to their attention.

This Hotel was so nice. When you walked in it was fresh. Lobby bathroom was clean. Room was clean. I like that the whole room didn’t have carpet. Young man at service desk was professional. Had to grab breakfast and the lady was nice as well. This will be my hotel whenever I visit Detroit.

Breakfast was ok. I don't use a/c in the winter. Very dis satisfied about my room. The room I originally reserved had a tub as I requested and we unpacked and got comfortable in it. Shortly after a very, large and noisy family was place in the room next to us. The loud talking, bumping around in the room and kids slamming doors and running in the hallway was very disturbing. The young man at the desk was there alone he said and nothing was done about the issue. I ended up having to move to another room a few doors down and could still hear them... this lasted well into late night. The noisy family should have been moved...not us! Other than this issue the hotel was good... I would stay again...

The night desk clerk was rude. My air condioner was broken an i couldnt sleep because of the clanking noise.an couldnt keep it on so the room was hot and stuffy. The room was clean and the coffee was excellent. Breakfast was good. .

I love the hotel. But what I didn’t love is not getting sleep we had someone above us and the kids jumped ran all night..The staff was horrible wasn’t considerate of us checking in she literally had us waiting 30 minutes while she converse with another customer. And no it wasn’t about the hotel but things they shared about their lives.

We were there on a weekend trip from Ontario, Canada. The front desk staff was polite and pleasant. Overall the hotel was clean and even though it was a long weekend and there were a few young children it was quiet. Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

I booked one night through this platform, and the experience was so impressive that I immediately extended my stay through the hotel’s loyalty program. While this review technically covers just that initial booking, I feel compelled to share that my continued stay has far surpassed my expectations. The staff- both front and back of house were consistently outstanding. If my first night hadn’t been excellent, I certainly wouldn’t have stayed longer. Highly recommend giving them a try - you’ll find yourself extending too.
