Hotel was clean and nice, alos close to the hospital which was a plus l, but the description saud the was a bar/restaurant on site and there was not. I was very disappointed by this since we didnt want tochave to drive around looking for food.

This hotel was very comfortable. Spotlessly clean and quiet. They did accept pets for a $75 non-refundable charge. The neighborhood is good and there are plenty of dining choices.

The front staff wasn’t friendly. Housekeepers were really nice. There was flooding from pipes on main floor, the noise level was high from hearing others guests in hallway, the Starbucks area did not have Starbucks specific coffee. I will never stay here again.

Check in was easy, front desk clerk let us know she was new but was super friendly and got us checked in quickly. Room was like a small apartment, clean dishes, microwave, toaster, sink, paper towels and a dishwasher. Hotel was quiet, nice and clean and room was very spacious. Would definitely stay again.

I've stayed here several times over the last couple months. It is a pretty nice place to stay. My only complaint and reason for not giving 5 stars is because of how slow the TV is. The apps on the TV won't work. You can't stream anything because of the interest speed.

Very clean and spacious king suite. Full kitchenette with lots of counter space and a full size fridge. Bed was comfortable. TV was a little slow, but had apps to use streaming services. My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower was not very good. Water just trickled out. This was not enough of a complaint to keep me from coming back though.

I have stayed here over 10 times in the last year and always have a great experience. This trip was different. When I got to my room after a long day at work I was ready to watch TV and relax. My TV wouldn't work though. I called the front desk and they told me that their TV was working in the lobby so mine must work too. I argued with the front desk and they told me that there were too busy to have someone look at it and I could call their support people and tell them I work for the hotel to see if I could get it resolved. After frustration I just gave up. This isn't the way to treat paying customers. I stayed 2 nights with no TV in my room and spotty WiFi to use my tablet. I won't be staying here again.

Convenient, hot breakfast, clean upon arrival. Air conitioner sounded like a motorcycle was right by the windiw by the bed when running, carpet had a tear that could be hazardous, door to our room had to be manually closed. We rented a second room and hotel could not find that with the resevation. I had to find a number to live expedia help and deal with it.

This property is close to Oklahoma Heart Hospital and Mercy Hospital. It is so nice to have a place to stay that is close by if you have a family member who will be at either facility for a procedure that requires an overnight stay or longer.
