Very convenient location close to I-81 and Carlisle Pike. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Parking is odd and not always convenient, but it's not a large lot. Breakfast was a little lame ("make your own breakfast sandwich" with "ehh" ingredients), but you can make do with options for do-it-yourself waffles (if you want to compete for one waffle maker), oatmeal and one flavor of yogurt out of a machine. The decor seems to be deliberately out of date (retro, I guess?).

This is an excellent hotel for a couple of days to a week or two. The kitchen is decently equipped, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the hotel was quiet, breakfast was decently good (coffee not so much), and the exercise room and laundry facilities were a nice addition and very handy. Would definitely stay there again!

We were happy with our stay overall, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. The design of the property was a bit odd—when we arrived in the rain, we noticed the overhang had missing sections, and we were met with just a single door entry. With several pieces of luggage, we found the triangular luggage carts a bit awkward to maneuver. When we got to our room, the TV wasn’t working initially, but Luis at the front desk was very helpful and came up to reboot it for us. I also needed to print a document using the shared computer, which unfortunately wasn’t working either. Thankfully, Luis saved the day again by printing it for me at the front desk. Housekeeping didn’t come by after the first night, and it would’ve been nice to have the trash emptied and the room freshened up, but I understand that service is every two days. On the plus side, we were able to get a later checkout, which helped tremendously. I also really appreciated the full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the room—such a nice touch!

The room we got had a weird low frequency sound. My wife got an headache du to this. I meet one of the nicest guy at the reception. Rick as amazing. I told him and without any delay he transferred us to a new room. I think Rick has customer service in is DNA. The second room did not have this sound and my wife and the kids slept like babies. What could have been a bad experience turn into a nice and comfortable experience. The rooms are great and the personel amazing. The gym was clean and had what we expected for a training session.

Home2 Suites worked fine for us as we visited the Carlisle PA area. Generous accommodations, varied breakfast menu, very clean overall. Parking was a little tight. No room for a trailer.

Nice stay - comfortable beds, nice bathroom with an actual door (vs these stupid barn doors that make zero sense in a hotel room), decent breakfast (a bit more than a continental breakfast). And I really appreciated the electric car charging stations in the parking lot. My one big complaint is that if you are on a lower floor (we were on 2 of 3) and there is anyone above you, it sounds like a stampede of elephants. Definitely ask to be on the top floor or at least not under a family.

Very nice and clean hotel. Check in and check out was quick. The pool is great. Traveled with my doggie and they made the experience very easy. Will definitely be staying again when I visit my family in Mechanicsburg next time.

Great location nice room and good breakfast. Only thing is they clean room every other day and we came back in afternoon on 3rd day and room still dirty. Didn’t want them in there so a 3 night stay and got no room cleaning.

Overall a nice property. However, breakfast was lacking (their hot food was oatmeal, make it yourself waffles, and sausage and egg biscuits) and the « kitchen » had no cooktop (they said you could ask for a hot plate from the front desk). Also there was mo tub in my room, just a shower stall, I forgot to check since I thought all hotel rooms had tubs. So overall this place was new and nice, better than Hampton Inn in terms of physical plant, but if you care about a hot breakfast or plan on cooking in your room don’t stay here.

Check in was easy and clerk was helpful. Room was larger than expected and well equipped. Comfortable, clean, and quiet. TV was good size flat screen. Breakfast was OK but maybe a notch below the usual. I would stay here again.

I told him and without any delay he transferred us to a new room. I think Rick has customer service in is DNA. The second room did not have this sound and my wife and the kids slept like babies. What could have been a bad experience turn into a nice and comfortable experience. The rooms are great and the personel amazing. The gym was clean and had what we expected for a training session.

The hospitality in this hotel goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! Everyone was friendly and you were always greeted! If we needed anything, they always provided for us. Thanks goes to everyone for a wonderful stay. One staff member that stood out the most was TOMMY, he greeted us every morning, checked in on us, and was great with our daughter. My daughter had an amazing time. He was ALWAYS positive and in a good mood. This hotel exceeded our expectation and I wish I can give them more than 5 stars. We were treated like FAMILY. We will be staying here next time. At the end of our stay, Louis (my apologizes if it’s not your name) answered any questions and helpful. The front desk staff was amazing! Super friendly, knowledgeable - a perfect contrast to the boredom of the drive. The rooms are wonderful and we've decided that Home2 Suites by Hilton are the only hotels we will stay in from now on.

We found ourselves in a position where we needed a room suddenly for the night as we were traveling and had a blown tire at 10pm. We were dropped off by the tow truck operator who gave us a ride and Jonathan was ready and waiting for us to check in. He could not have been more accommodating. After a harrowing evening, we were checked in and had a very good night’s sleep.

This was an excellent location. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. We liked that they don't use disposable plates/silverware at breakfast. An extra blanket was quickly brought up to our room when requested. The hotel was easy to find and close to many other businesses. We asked for a late check-out which was happily granted. If we are in the area again, we will stay here again.

This is our hotel of choice every time we visit Mechanicsburg. Check in is so easy and quick, the rooms are spacious and clean. I also like that it's close to so many stores and restaurants.

Staff was very helpful. They were very accommodative of our overly energetic 11 yr olds, there for a soccer tournament. Also, the area was quiet and felt safe but was close to many restaurants and Walmart. The kitchen set up was very helpful with the fridge, etc. The only downfall is our room was missing linen for the pull out couch and I ended up having my daughter sleep in her sleeping bag so I didn’t have to deal with tracking down linen and setting it up.

Great Location. Friendly staff. Numerous places of business within a short distance. Safe and secure with cameras throughout corridors. Hair on shower door, cleaning staff need to pay attention to detail. Continental breakfast was cold. Non pork options. Waffle maker with a variety of toppings. Omelettes and sandwiches in warmer were like warm. Limited seating. Some people were waiting for a seat to become available. You have Kuffar reaching their hands directly into the food bins, that they just used the bathroom with, before coming downstairs to eat. Disgusting. No discipline or home training. The Kuffar roll out of bed, disheveled, hair everywhere, in their pajamas to eat in public. 2 dogs were in the eating area. Fortunately I ate prior to this disgusting behavior took place. Animals do not belong in clean common areas. I will more than likely, not return.

This is an excellent hotel for a couple of days to a week or two. The kitchen is decently equipped, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the hotel was quiet, breakfast was decently good (coffee not so much), and the exercise room and laundry facilities were a nice addition and very handy. Would definitely stay there again!

Overall a nice property. However, breakfast was lacking (their hot food was oatmeal, make it yourself waffles, and sausage and egg biscuits) and the « kitchen » had no cooktop (they said you could ask for a hot plate from the front desk). Also there was mo tub in my room, just a shower stall, I forgot to check since I thought all hotel rooms had tubs. So overall this place was new and nice, better than Hampton Inn in terms of physical plant, but if you care about a hot breakfast or plan on cooking in your room don’t stay here.

Check in was easy and clerk was helpful. Room was larger than expected and well equipped. Comfortable, clean, and quiet. TV was good size flat screen. Breakfast was OK but maybe a notch below the usual. I would stay here again.
