It's a medium sized room with bath/shower. It would accommodate a couple for a short stay and a single occupant for a few days.

Nice clean basic hotel (no big, not needed amenities, especially for a 1 night stay … like pool or gym). Granted, They may not have advertised a microwave but I was surprised there was not one…I would rather have had that than a FULL sized frig or stove top. No free breakfast either. I was excited about a hotel room at this price until I noticed I hadn’t looked to see if the hotel had these things. Was new and clean and in a new section of town/neighborhood. Friendly staff. Nice views

We stayed for almost 2 weeks while in town. Fairly decent place, reasonably priced and very convenient. Housekeeping didn't clean some of the rooms very well. We checked into a room they didn't even bother to vacuum. We were given a different room but housekeeping was definitely lacking.

We stayed at My Place because we were attending a show at Ford Amphitheater. My Place was an excellent choice. We are typically freaked out by staying in hotels due to their lack of cleanliness. My Place is different in a very good way. It was insanely clean, quiet, and only a 1.2 mile walk to the theater. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. There are kitchens in the rooms, but no cookware or serving ware is provided and you need to turn your in room ice machine on when you arrive. We knew this thanks to reading other reviews, so brought along our own ice and plastic cups to make cocktails prior to the concert and home-made breakfast bowls, plastic forks, and paper plates to microwave and eat alongside our My Place coffee provided in the lobby before our departure in the morning.

This is a nice Street star hotel. Very good condition with a little stove and refrigerator. Not fancy but reasonably priced and in good condition. It's nice being right off the highway.

The rooms were spacious, clean, contained full-size refrigerator, microwave, and 2 stovetop burners. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was told at check-in that there was no ice machine on the property. They suggested turning on the ice naker in the refrigerator to make ice as soon as we got in the room. It worked out perfectly for us.

Loved everything about this place. The only thing I have to complain about is the doors to the rooms. Every door slams shut like a mad teen. If you plan on getting some sleep it won’t happen. Our neighbors were in and out all night and each time their door would slam. When we would leave our room ours would slam unless you caught the door.

I loved the room--the beds were comfy, we faced the mountains, and we had the mini kitchen with stove, full refrigerator/freezer, and it was spacious! We were on the north end of town near everything and the price was great! Many thanks to Feona for all the help!!

Check-in was horrible. I had called the check in lady at 3:30.Nov 5th! And told her we would not be arriving at the property until 2:30 AM Nov 6th. We showed up at 2:15 to check in. The guy behind the desk was like how may I help you? I said we are here to check on our double rooms. Hey, said OK i’ll get you the rate. I said man we have already paid for that three weeks ago on Expedia. I give him my itineraries number he looks it up and says yes I see you here but it’s expired. I said man, the lady that I talk to at 3:30 told me that we would be good when we got here. He started getting very stressed out couldn’t figure out what the hell he was doing at all. Kept pulling different books out of a little drawer. Trying to walk him self through the computer. Then he tells me I’m out of luck he can’t let me ycheck in unless I pay for a new day. So then I turn around and pay for the same hotel room double the money he gives us our keys and that is one bed in each room with six people to sleep! Keep in mind we just drove 13 hours straight through. The last four hours doing 30 mile an hour in a snowstorm. Now I’m paying $150 per room when it was only 50 to book it online! Definitely would not recommend!

Front Desk staff was helpful and available when I arrived at 1 AM after being rerouted by a heavy spring snow storm. It was great to have courtious staff ready to check me in after a long and exhausting day. Room was spacious, quiet and the bed quite comfprtable. I will definitely book MyPlace next time I am in Colorado Springs.

Ok well nice hotel beds were very comfy. Place was clean. We did not know there was no dishes or pots and pans in the room. You could buy the stuff but it's pricey. We ended up going to the local dollar tree and king Soopers and buying ceramic plates and bowls, glass cups, strainer, grill utensils, and silverware. I normally bring my own cooking pan with lid to any hotel because I'm familiar with my own pan. We usually grill and I make breakfast in my pan. If you are not going to supply the room then please write in the description nothing in the kitchen but you can buy it or bring your own. Would help people out instead of being surprised. We had a great view of the mountains which both my boyfriend and I really liked. We would stay there again especially since my boyfriend bought stuff for that place to use. We live in the Denver area so it's not a big deal but you have people who come from out of state and are forced to buy yours and I doubt anyone wants to put that in luggage on a plane. staff was very friendly and attentive. Very clean.

Nice room and was exactly what we needed. Note that if you want to eat any meals in the room you either need to bring your own tools or be prepared to buy them from the lobby store as there were no glasses, silverware, plates, pans or kitchen tools. They do provide a coffee pot, toaster, two burner cooktop, microwave and a full sized refrigerator and have coffee on the lobby which was what we utilized rather than making coffee in the room.

Everything worked out as expected except property that advertised a small kitchen area with full refrigerator did not provide cooking utensils for us to use. When we inquired the front desk they told us we had to buy them. We had thought that would be provided since the rooms had a kitchen. No cups, no plates, no pots or pans, no spoons, no forks no utensils of any kind. Hope you provide this in the future for the travelers to use.

The room was very clean. Staff was friendly. I wasn't too thrilled about their "breakfast in bed" options because they didn't offer complimentary breakfast. The shower has very little water pressure. It was a little farther north of Springs than we thought, but overall, it was pleasant experience and the overall price was good.
