A place where you feel at home, very good location and many stores around and also restaurants just walkable. The outdoor Pool and spa is a must place of the hotel

We really enjoyed the pool and were able to stay in the poll even after checking out at 11am.

The staff was excellent, especially Marcel. He welcomed us after a long drive and was so positive and helpful. He checked us in quickly and was so sweet. Also, the staff during breakfast and the happy hour on Monday were fantastic. All very nice and very helpful. An added plus was the guest laundry service! What a great amenity!

Love that there was a basketball court.

Front desk staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and we enjoyed the social hours. Hot tub is good size and the pool was refreshing. Close to everything! Zero complaints, Five stars!!

We like the pool, basketball court, and closeness to Alucha Sports Center and places to eat.

The room was very quiet and had a full kitchen skiing with plates, bowls glasses and a dishwasher. The gym was nice, as are the grills and pool. Great place!

This is a fantastic Hotel...we stay here several times a year. Great rooms, pool, BBQ area, basketball court, amazing free breakfast and a snack buffet several times a week. I travel around the world...all Hotels should be like this one. The McHugh Family

Home service needs to improve. My 1st room was fill of smokey smell by 2nd room smelled frowsy and uncleaned.I will not stay here again.

We were delighted with our stay! It was very convenient to I-75 in addition to shopping and dining. The property was immaculate, the accommodations comfy and roomy, and the breakfast was superb. We will stay here again.

Dislikes: rooms smelled a tad musty, pool could have used a good scrubbing but not so much that it grossed me out and the access to the pool as far as outside gates needed fixed. Likes: Staff was top notch from front desk, to breakfast staff (AMAZING) to housekeeping! Just on that alone I would recommend to anyone!

We checked in around midnight. We noticed that one of the beds had dirty sheets. We slept I. The same bed that night and I took pictures down stairs the next morning to show the front desk. She assured me the sheets would be changed that day. We left and came back that night to find the same dirty sheets in the bed and a set of clean sheets sitting on the table. I went down stairs and talked the the desk person that once again apologized and she she left notes for that to be taken care of. That she didn’t understand why it wasn’t done. We checked in on Thursday and checked out on Sunday and the same dirty sheets were still on the bed and the clean ones sitting on the table. Will not stay there again. Also the shower was dirty and never got cleaned

The property had spacious suites. The hotel allows dogs. My suite had dog hair on the sofa and I saw guests who had their dog on the furniture in the lobby. I'm not a dog person so the was gross to me. It would be better if the hotel was pet free. Everything else about the hotel was great.

Beautifully clean hotel with lovely decor and welcome. Breakfast was good with amazing apple and cinnamon muffins. Hope to return.

I booked this reservation to simply have access to the pool. Yes, it was a Saturday so it was packed but the real disappointment was how dirty the pool and hot tub were!!! There were areas on the sides of the pool where people had scratched their names and initials in the pool scum that collects on the sides of a pool that aren't cleaned properly. Very disgusting and not acceptable. I will never stay here again.

This might be our favorite stay ever for a football weekend. The suite was spacious and clean and the full kitchen came in handy. The location is just about ideal - close to several great restaurants, shopping and I-75. Just ten minutes from the UF campus and stadium as well.

Poor pillows. Poor vanity lighting.

AC wasn’t cooling in our room. Nothing they could do except they sent a tech up an hour after I called which at this point was 10:30pm and my children were sleeping

Room is more like small apartment.!it was really spacious, comfortable and clean, it had full kitchen. Kids enjoyed outdoor basketball court, pool area is nice too. Location ia very convenient. I will definitely recommend to family and friends and come back when visiting the area

We loved the spacious 2 bedroom suite, with 2 bathrooms. It is hard to travel as a family of 6 and comfortably fit in one room, our stay at Staybridge was very comfortable and clean! And the breakfast was amazing!

Rooms were lovely, service was meh. Pantry was closed and asked where to get water. They directed me to the gym which had an empty water cooler. When I went back to the front desk, there was no one there for awhile while I waited.

The overall stay was good, but the way one particular issue was handled was way below average. The hot water went out the afternoon of our first night - we stayed for two nights - and was not available till the next day. Our disappointment was not that it was not repaired more quickly, it was that the hotel was too matter of fact about it! It was more like, "Oh, well, sorry about that." In addition, we had to ask for "an appropriate compensation" for the lack of hot water and the inconvenience it caused. Since it is the hotel that is providing the service, they should have taken the initiative to offer the compensation, and a more generous one than they did. We have stayed at various IHG properties and have enjoyed our stays, and hope to again in the future.

The staff is completely outstanding, very nice, helpful and friendly and the hotel is amazing I will definitely be back oh and the hotel was beautiful this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a hotel

I had a negative experience with one of the front desk attendants who was rude and unprofessional when I asked for a late check out which she said would be ok. Housekeeping did not get the message and were concerned when I was still in the room at the typical check out time and they turned off my key card prior to my late check out. The other staff I encountered were lovely and the building and rooms were comfortable and well maintained.

The assistant general manager had horrible customer service!! This hotel used to be our go to. We’ve spent over $10,000 there in the past year or so. ’ll never book here again.

Staff is amazing!!!!! The room was ideal and as expected. Everything worked properly. The gym was superb, laundry was nice (and free), social hour and breakfast was tremendous and the pool was amazing (and towels were always available). But did I mention…the staff is amazing. Every single interaction was great!

My husband was having a medical procedure done is why we were there. The location is close to University of Florida medical , close to tons of restaurants and I-75. Our room was upgraded and was very nice & roomy. Breakfast & social hour was an added plus. The outside pool area was very nice just to sit and enjoy. The staff was very helpful with all our special requests.

Just a great suite experience for a football weekend. Perfect location next to all the Butler Plaza shops and restaurants, and three minutes from I-75 and Celebration Pointe. Close to campus. Friendly staff and clean, spacious suites with a nice, big kitchen. Highly recommend.

The old saying “you get what you pay for is true! When we booked the Staybridge in Gainesville, FL we thought it was a little pricey. But the beautiful and well kept property along with some of the friendliest staff we have ever encountered made our stay memorable. The hotel is in a new area of town with about every restaurant available and lots of nice hotels - aWe were in town for a plant workshop but the host hotel sold out the block of rooms, then sold out two smaller blocks and the block at a nearby overflow hotel. I just got on Expedia and researched hotels convenient to our workshop facility. We were 7 miles away by interstate south of the host facilities…easily accessed in less than ten minutes. Check in was quick and simple, the personnel at the desk was extremely friendly and always asked when we were walking through of everything was good and if we needed anything. We found the breakfast area large, bright and cheery! Food selections were pretty standard - fake eggs but well cooked with sausage along with cereals, DIY waffles, grits and oatmeal…we were thrilled to find sugar free syrup - not something always available. We both commented that the quality of some of the foods was top notch and way above average tor hotel breakfasts! We wanted to give a particular shout-out to Pam who served in the breakfast area who was always friendly, accommodating and meeting customers with a positive word and smile!! We’ll be back!!!

Beautiful and good location. The only down side I think the breakfast should last until 1000 at least if not 1030.

Terrible experience!!! The lady at the desk lied, the shower water was ICE cold the entire stay — so cold you could not shower!!! And, the breakfast was cold and ended earlier than told, they called multiple times in the morning and scolded us about checkout, because the checkin lady did not do her job unfortunately, and Maurice was rude and aggressive. Really a miserable experience. We will be seeking some type of refund when we get back from vacation.

Beautiful & clean hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with friends & everything was perfect - room sizes, amenities, etc. Breakfast was delicious & the area was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Cameras / security inadequate, my car was stolen from the side lot of the hotel on 4/9/23, ran out of waffles/breakfast on a Sat am by 930, property shares amenities with HolidayInn which is less expensive - consider other options

Wow this was a great place! We stopped in very unexpectedly with 3 young children after a vehicle breakdown. Everything was fantastic! Plenty of room, clean, new and classy. Not only did they have free appetizers and drinks in the lobby but the free breakfast was way better than any other ive seen!
