Came to town to see Beyoncé and chose to stay here. The facilities were immaculate. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was like a home away from home. And the pool is really posh and refreshing, both for a daytime dip or a nighttime stargaze. My favorite was the concierge desk, which gave me excellent recommendations on places to see and where to eat in Houston. And the concierge lounge on 21 has excellent views. The hotel bar is a bit uptight about dress code, so make sure to wear close toed shoes if you’re popping in there. I’m really happy with my stay there, really elevated the whole trip.

A beautiful modern hotel with amazing amenities. We stayed in a corner room, and it was exquisite. The room was not only beautiful with cool technology, but it has so many extras, including an umbrella, which is handy for Houston weather. We had a relaxing time at the pool, enjoying appetizers. Our server was professional and attentive. The bar at night was a fun scene.

We love it so much! We will be back. The only thing I will suggest is to adjust air-conditioning because it is too cold inside the hotel. Especially in the lobby and the Spa.

Beautiful hotel, esmart rooms. Spotless, top service

We always stay here when visiting Houston. The location is central, staff is amazing, the rooms are beautiful, modern and clean, it has a gorgeous pool, a wonderful boutique with current designer items, and many restaurants (high end and casual) in and around the hotel. It beats any other hotel in Houston by far, in my opinion.

5* for Valet and Concerige - Valet had been very attentive, helpful, prompt and warm with great smiles. The Concerige team had been top notch with Jim C being the Super Star! We had some requests prior to our arrival and Jim personally ensured all requests were fulfilled, he even ran over to greet us upon our arrival. Saw him almost everyday throughout our stay and we had some brief chat which turned out we used to live in the same area years ago! 4* for the Front Desk due to the 'missing' final receipt which was promised to be sent over via email (even confirmed my email on-file was correct) which after 10hrs after check out, no show. Had to request via email which was received promptly. Now onto the worst experience. Housekeeping! Several incidents happened which caused me to give them 1*. One day we left early around 8 and came back to our room around 130 but found the room wasn't ready. Called them to have room done after 330 but they showed up at 2! We promptly asked them to return after 330 but requested a box of facial tissue first because ours was out. She said she had none in her cart and tapped on her smartphone and said would be given to us right away - nothing happened. Another night we called them to vacuum the floor because we had sand on our shoes. Waited 2hrs no show, then next morning still nothing! No call no show! Shower drainnage was clogged on day 4 which showed housekeeping didn't clean up the hair on the drainage daily / cutting corners?

Luxurious! Clean! We love this hotel.

I spoke to the front desk in regards to the shower filling up around my ankles with water while I was in the shower due to it being plugged up with something I guess and they never fixed the issue.. also I spoke to them in regards to the AC not cooling and they didn’t fix that as well. I know it wasn’t the front desk employees issue but I wish they would have handled the situation

Over the top luxury. Automatic drapes and sheers. Auto tv riser mid room double tv. Watch on sofa or in bed. Marble bath with tv! Separate luxury shower with mirror and aqua di Parma bath products. Robes, mini bar. Candies, corner room available…. Quick valet.

The room was gorgeous with a beautiful view. Everyone on staff provided excellent service and hospitality.

This is an excellent hotel but the way the lights work in the room is terrible! They can only be all on or all off.

Love the bed and pillows

This was an amazing experience. Everything I asked for they provided, the staff knew my name even when just walking around. The rooms are spacious and having a tablet to control, lights, shades and contact front desk, order food, it allows you to get everything you need from the tablet. The Bluetooth speakers through the room is nice to listen to your own music. Everything was always clean, and staff was extremely friendly. Highly recommend for anyone wanting the high life experience.

An over-all disappointing experience. Our "executive suite" (priced accordingly) was small and noisy. We could hear elevator chimes and the conversations of other guests very clearly, even from the bedroom of the suite. We had to request ice for the room three times before any was delivered. The cost of valet parking and mini bar items was exorbitant. This hotel does not live up to its hype -- we\'re willing to pay for a quality experience, but this isn\'t it. We much prefer the Four Seasons downtown.

I arrived before noon, and they were very helpful with the check-in process. Even got my room early and was able to go to my meeting with no rush. All the hotel staff is attentive, the room was extremely comfortable and all the amenities as well. Hope to come back soon!

5 star Hotel, nice and luxury, but so poor management, they scam me with 1.3k so need to get back to the Hotel to fix it. They need to train better their personnel for a 5 star hotel.

The best hotel we have ever stayed at. From the check in experience to the valets, all top notch. I can’t even explain how great it was. Everything was perfect. Anything you can think off that you may need is in your room. All the little things made it perfect. We reserved a king with a downtown view and it was perfect. The staff is amazing. That is what made it for us, the staff. It was my wife’s birthday so when we went to eat bruch they had a card and champagne delivered to our room. Definitely going back as soon as we can.

a wrap to the property around 3:40 went to check in we were told the room was not ready. I went back up to the front at 5 PM to ask if our room was ready yet and she stated no. That’s when I started to fuss, letting her know that we had dinner reservations at 6 PM. I needed a room. She was extremely nice. Helped us and put us in a room that evening we go to dinner. I text the number that’s on our valet ticket to get our car we get downstairs. We wait 20 minutes our car still not there. My husband goes to the valet desk for them to tell him they never pulled the car. This morning we go to check out I call to get both me and my husband‘s vehicle pulled because clearly people don’t check the text message that is stated on the valet ticket. I get downstairs. My husband‘s vehicle is there but mine‘s not I address the situation. They state that They’re going to get my car. They pull a car up that is not mine. So again 25 minutes later, I finally get my vehicle.

I had to wait 2 hours to get into my room. From conversations with others I learned that despite a check in time of 4 pm if the hotel is full your actual check in time could be greatly delayed. As a 5 star hotel I thought this was unacceptable.

It's the finest hotel I have experienced. Their attention to detail is outstanding. Every staff member we encountered focused solely on making us feel welcome and comfortable.

Everything was exquisite.The room was perfect, the Bloom & Bee was fantastic, the staff were friendly, helpful & accommodating. Can’t wait to stay there again!

We have stayed at ALOT of hotels and this one has been by far the BEST ever. The sushi was great at the Bloom restaurant there. We had a few drinks at Bar H and they were great also. We went back to Bloom for breakfast and it was just as amazing. Upon checkout, we see the one and only Greg Popovich. I had to go shake his hand and say hello. We will be back in July with our children. Hopefully we will be able to enjoy the pool this time. It was closed when we were there for a photo shoot. Definitely a 5Star in my books for best Texas hotels thus far.

The hotel and grounds are impeccable. All the staff we interacted with are happy, kind, and helpful people. We celebrated our 48 anniversary here and the choice to stay here is the best decision we have made in quite some time. Our room was comfortable with excellent bedding and bathroom amenities. There are many food and bar choices in and near the hotel. we dined at Maestro’s, Stella’s Wine Bar, Bloom and Bee, Craft F&B, and Bouchée Patisserie; all excellent! We will do this again.
