Great location. Very clean. Wonderful breakfast that had slightly different offerings each day. Breakfast staff were freindly and kept food filled. Great work out room. Only downfall was the indoor pool temperature, too cold to enjoy.

Hotel was clean. Staff were extremely friendly. Location was close to the expressways and food establishments. They are adding on to the hotel so parking was limited. Signs at the hotel warn guests of an increase in car break-ins, but had no issues. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great and loved my suite! Only complaint was the pool started a cleaning cycle before pool hours ended, locking me out when I ran up to get a phone charger. and I couldn’t finish my swim, even though there was still about an hour left of opening time. The front desk people were really nice about it though, using their keys to let me in to get my stuff.

Service desk help was wonderful and cheerful. They have complimentary bottles of water. I thought that was awesome. Breakfast was very good and even had cans of pop available. I have never seen that before in any of my many hotel stays. Free coffee, hot chocolate, and cookies throughout the day. Not too loud nor busy. Very updated and clean. Only downside was the pool was a tad cold and there isn't a hot tub. But the pool is heated as I could feel warm water through the jets. Very clean though. And workout room was nice. Even has a peloton bike. Would stay again if in the area.

Great hotel, friendly staff but the pool was absolutely discusting. The water was murky and somone left their fake eyelashes in the pool. I threw them out of the pool and they sat on the side of the pool for 2 days before I finally got sick of seeing them and told a staff member who tossed them in the trash. There was also a full set of fake fingernails poolside that I threw out. Clearly, the staff does not pay much attention to the pool area which is sad because the rest of the property was impeccably clean. Loved the location but there is pretty loud music at night from surrounding bars and restaurants but they all quit around 10 pm.

The room was spacious and stocked with just about everything you would need. Very pet friendly, lots of other pets but none of the noise carried into the room. Breakfast was pretty good with a good variety. Clean and check in was easy.

Unfortunately, I was only there overnight and was gone early in the a.m. but the property was very clean. The room was excellent and I wish I had more time to visit the area but if all Homewood suites looked like this one it would be my first choice to stay.

This was a great hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised by the large, clean rooms, the service and the many extras they provided to try to stand out from the rest of the hotels in the area. The room itself was absolutely sparkling and quite large. It had a nice kitchen with all the necessities including a scrub daddy :). Also, the breakfast was one of the best we'd seen in this class of hotel. They had lots of options for non-traditional diets and a great mixed vegetable dish that sounds weird but was really very good. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we're there visiting our daughter and we won't hesitate to book the same hotel in other cities. Highly recommend

The property is very nice, overall it was a pleasant stay, front desk associates were friendly and helpful. The suite was clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchenette and bathroom facilities were good. There were some strange clicking noises from either the kitchen, refrigerator, plumbing. However, the last morning there was an issue. In spite of the "do not disturb" magnet placed properly and that was there for the whole stay, upon departure day with an 11am checkout, and I'm trying to get as much sleep as I can, the housekeeping decided to not only knock on the door, but then try to enter the room, although the doorstop prevented that. And then AGAIN at 10:30am, with the Do Not Disturb sign still on, the housekeeping man knocked on the door. I happened to be near the door, so I answered it, and I pointed to the sign saying "it's 11am check out, isn't it?" He mumbled something and just turned away. When I left before 11 AM and saw him in the hallway, I made sure to say "Hey man, I'm all done in 309, thanks" and he just ignored me. An unfortunate negative end that up to that point had been a very great stay.

Excellent hotel! Super clean, friendly staff, spacious rooms, and it couldn’t be in a better location. Close to good food, shopping, and not too far from downtown. Only complaint is that the pillows are floppy and lumpy, but maybe it’s just me. ;-)

We were in Cincinnati on a medical trip. The room upon first arriving was very cleanly. We had a full kitchen that was stocked with post, pans, plates, silverware, 2 rolls of papertowels, and much more. The microwave and full size refrigerator were spotless. The shower was a little hatd to get the temperatures correct but i finally got it. Shower water pressure could be better. Wish the black out curtains covered the entire window. We were on the 3rd floor and the street lights were still bright from the bed. The staff was very caring about my situation and overall we had a great stay. Would stay again.

When we checked in the staff was NOT friendly at all! The gentleman that checked us in was extremely rude. We went up to our room, and the room was super clean and really nice. The toilet was not level so it rocked really bad, and did not have a fan. We left for the evening and left the cool air on because it was a very hot day. When we got back the air was off and set to 78 degrees which we left it at 68. Above the bed was a fan with a light. The light turned on randomly, and the fan would shut off randomly! In the middle of the night the light came on and went from dim to super bright with no one touching the remote, super frustrating! The bed was really comfortable to sleep on. The next day went downstairs and went to grab coffee and it was out of coffee! The lady who checked us out was super friendly! There was really no parking so we had to park next door in the theater parking lot and walk a ways. Not sure I will be back to this location,

The hospitality was unmatched here. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk gave us a complete rundown on what was available amd when. She even discussed local attractions. The breakfast was as good as expected. The room was clean and very comfortable. When back in the area, we will stay here again.

Nice clean property, comfy beds, good breakfast. Only 4/5 as parking was an issue and the bar across street had live band outdoors on Friday night until midnight or later which was very loud and couldn’t sleep

Beautiful clean hotel! Numerous restaurants, shopping, movie theater within walking distance but my room was quiet and I slept well. Check in with David could have been more welcoming. He let out a huge yawn without so much as an "excuse me". Breakfast and the serving staff were outstanding!!

The staff was extremely nice. The hotel was spotless. The room was very clean and we were able to walk around. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool. This hotel was conveniently in a great location. We were literally 15 mins from the aquarium, zoo, etc. Wonderful stay!

Positives for cleanliness and newness. Breakfast was full of fresh choices and very good. Close to everything desired, food, brewery, movies, shopping and the highway. Negatives likely beyond control of the hotel; Far too much outside noise late into the evening and bed time. Loud music with deep base drums that penetrated walls on the side of the building we were located.

The room was exceptional but the breakfast wasn’t what I expected. They didn’t have regular sausage is was veggie ones. The smoke pulled pork was pink like it wasn’t cooked. There was no bacon. What’s breakfast without bacon? The breakfast could have been better.

Pleasantly surprised that the property was new and modern. Breakfast was fantastic! Vegetarian options as well as standard fare looked appetizing and presentation was appealing. Staff were friendly and dining area was clean. Loved the complimentary water to keep us all hydrated over the busy weekend. I will definitely return when I’m back in the area.
