nice hotel, one ;lady on reception who checked us in was extremely helpful, unfortunately the rest of reception staff not so much. We had to ask 3 times for our minibar to be re-stocked as they kept saying they would do it but didn't. Hotel air con was a bit too high, it was either freezing in the bar area or if you sat outside it was too hot. Maybe turn it down a little. Note that there are onoly 6 sunbeds total and pool area doesn't open until 11am, rather disappointing as half the day is gone by then.

Room was nice and clean, balcony was good too. Mini fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks daily, the food at breakfast and dinner was amazing. The gym (anytime fitness) is attached to the hotel and you need to pay but you pay for a 24 hour period so can get 2 sessions within that period easily. The staff were all lovely, very welcoming and helpful. It also has a spa but you must book this as it can only take up to 4 people per session. Overall, a very nice stay and great hotel!

The amenities of a gym, and the spa were a great addition to relax at the end of our day from sightseeing. The staff were all very courteous and helpful with filling any requests. The location was great for walking to all the sites and also very near the tram, train and busses for transportation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Florence.

First of all a very very clean hotel. The staff was cleaning all day and it was so nice. The staff was very kind and friendly. The breakfast is always a dealbreaker but it was good for a four star hotel. The one downside is that there is only 6 sunbeds at the pool area. Next time we come back to Firenze we will book this again.

Great hotel, close enough to the action but far enough away to get away from it after a long day in the city. Great room and balcony. All freshly remodeled and well maintained. My only complaint was the hours of the spa and pool, really didn't get a chance to use either because we were out early and home late. Other than that we had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious.

excellent property to stay at, would recommend to travelers for a very comfortable stay. greeted with a welcome drink, there's a spa room w jacuzzi and sauna (but no soap? ), gym access was 10 euros per day. super pretty property and excellent guest services.

Séjour parfait. Hôtel très bien situé, chambre spacieuse et très propre. This review is for a 4-person suite, which might differ from other rooms. I had a very enjoyable stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The room was very nice — well designed and spacious, with two bathroom sinks, two hair dryers, a tub with jets, and a separate shower. The complimentary mini bar was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was good (8/10), offering a decent selection and good quality. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Accademia Gallery where Michelangelo’s David is located. The hotel also had a convenient self-serve laundry area with one washing machine and one dryer. There were also water dispensers on every floor as well. I also loved the pillows, they were very supportive unlike most other places. There were, however, a couple of small downsides. The hair dryers were quite weak and tended to overheat, temporarily shutting off after a few minutes of use. Also, there was only one iron available in the laundry room, though staff mentioned there were one or two more that could be requested for in-room use. Overall a very pleasant stay. This was probably the best hotel I stayed at while in Italy, a great option for visiting Florence.

Great place. Wonderful front desk staff. Location close enough to the tourist area, but far enough to be quiet. Renovated rooms. Clean. Great breakfast. Unfortunately we got a small room and not much space for our large luggage. I would stay here again and get a bigger room.

Fui cobrado 45 euros por dia de estacionamento sob a alegação de que o meu carro seria “grande”, quando na verdade se tratava de um SUV de entrada da MG, perfeitamente compatível com vagas padrão. Além disso, no dia da saída pedi para deixar o carro até às 17h, mas a rececionista informou que só poderia ficar até às 14h. Após muita insistência, permitiram a saída até às 16h, deixando claro que qualquer minuto adicional seria cobrado. Para garantir que eu cumprisse o horário, exigiram que eu deixasse a chave do carro e ainda fizeram uma anotação para o funcionário do turno seguinte verificar. A abordagem foi rígida, pouco acolhedora e totalmente desalinhada com o nível de serviço que se espera de um hotel desta categoria. Sem contar que cad vez que eu precisava pegar alguma coisa no carro mandavam um mensageiro que fica tipo uma sombra olhando o que eu iria fazer.

The service and hospitality that the staff provided. Shout out to the senior gentleman who wears a spectacle, he was so attentive and ensure our stay was smooth. Also the lady who was wears a red glasses, very friendly. The breakfast spread was also a delight with wide varieties options. A great start of the day after the breakfast. Overall this is a top notch property and we had a great stay. The breakfast buffet is top notch. Slight noise from the city train which is right outside some of the windows, nothing terrible. Staying in the historic areas was much louder as it is much busier in those areas. All in all a great stay.

Absolutely perfect! The location is excellent, right next to the Accademia and just a few minutes from Piazza del Duomo. We arrived by tram from the station and it was very easy. Our room was very nice and extremely clean, and we loved the minibar included in the price. The restaurant is very good, and the breakfast is excellent and reasonably priced. Finally, the spa is a wonderful bonus after a day of visiting the city. We will certainly come back!

As much as we enjoyed our stay here it was a 15-45 minute walk to all the sites in the area. 20 minutes to train station. Nice breakfast, hot tub, health club. Most restaurants beyond the hotels were 8 minutes plus away. Room was clean and staff serviced it every day if wanted.

The room looked a little bare and business like when we arrived - but the bathroom and general cleanliness/comfort of the room more than made up for it. Without exception, the staff were kind, friendly and efficient - especially Francesco in the restaurant. The food and service in the restaurant was also good; prompt service and very tasty. The hotel is approx 10mins walk from the Duomo complex so for us, it was perfect. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel with great facilities and staff! A few highlights. Attached gym is only 10 euros and is 24 hours. The restaurant is lovely - great breakfast and we also ate dinner one night which was so good. Nice menu and some great staff! The staff sorted all our taxis for us and were always there to help. Location wise, only a short 15 min walk from the centre of Florence - which means you can have an extra scoop of gelato!
