Check in was in a camper trailer as the office was being remodeled due to a fire. I was barely comfortable going into a camper for check in but would NOT have been comfortable with my wife or daughters checking in under such circumstances.

The room was surprisingly nice as opposed to the outside of the property. However, I believe renovations have begun. Room was clean. If I had to critique the room, it would be lack of lighting. The restaurant on the property was excellent.

Everything went okay as far as checking in. Other than the issue with the reservation not showing up, we were able to get in a room and get some sleep. Everything was a little dirty. And the website stated breakfast was available but upon inquiry, we found there was no breakfast, and the small restaurant on site didn’t open till 11am. We needed to leave before then though so we got food on the way. We expected more for the price. But were able to get sleep and be ready for the next day of driving.

The entire hotel/apartment/suites complex is under-going renovations, in small increments. I got a "good one". Very cozy and comfortable. Manager/Reception Michelle, was wonderful, exceptionally nice and generous with information, very courteous. Great restaurant next door: "Lew's". Steak Salad is a great meal and deal!

These guys are in the middle of a remodel so take this with a grain of salt. I had to return to the office twice to get room cards that worked. The room was large but there were only two electrical outlets and no chair. The shower looked like someone had changed their oil in it. There was no in-room coffee. I get that these are temporary quarters but yeesh.

It’s rock springs. …. For the area maybe it’s ok. Room was in a separate building that looked like an old apartment building and smelled like wasted dreams.

Do not stay there! The filth is beyond repulsive. Hairs on the sheets, bloody mucus on a towel, garbage under the beds, uncovered outlet, overflowing garbage bin in the stairwell, signs of break-in attempts on the door, dead insects everywhere, food crumbs in the microwave. The list is long. My wife and I slept with our clothes on and were itching the next morning anyway. Absolutely disgusting!

I dont think housekeeping had even touched this room. The floor was filthy and covered in hair and debris. There was still food remnants covering the floor and tables. This place is gross. I tried to contact management for batteries for the tv remote. I was told no one was available to bring or even find any. This is not even a 1 star hotel.

Hotel was older. Hallway and entry was filthy. Room was surprisingly ok and nice enough. Super hot when we got there. Floors could have been cleaned better. The bed was comfy and room was roomy.

The room smelled like mold and cigarettes the bed was dirty the restroom ceiling showed signs that there is always water leaking from upstairs the safety latch on the door didn’t work at one point the door was kicked in the walk way and driveway is dirty

It took them over half an hour to check us in. We got two key cards, one of which didn't work. Opening the door of the room required substantial effort. The toilet didn't work — we had to refill the tank by hand from the adjacent sink. The air conditioner was very loud. The floor was dirty. The beds were not very comfortable.

Stopped here on our way to Yellowstone. Friendly staff. Easy check in. Nice, large room with a full kitchen and bathroom. We had to keep filling up the toilet tank after we flushed because of an issue with the float but it wasn’t a huge deal. Comfy beds and quiet area.

The room had a king bed, full sized fridge, full sized stove, full sized bath (sink between toilet n tub) it had a leather love seat sofa, AND a dining table, and desk area separate! Im traveling from utah to no carolina, and car trouble had held me up, and ive rented a number of rooms since this one and NONE WILL COMPARE, (and twice the price of this gem.) Thanks to all i came in contact with!!

Aging but clean. For some reason I was upgraded to a unit with three queen beds and a kitchenette. Lots of little things were broken or worn -- toilet paper holder broken, broken floor tiles, missing light switch knobs, missing bulb, clogged air filter in the AC / heater. Linens and bath were clean. The kitchenette was decent. It even had a full range - I could have baked a cake! Minimal but usable set of cookware and dishes, but it was good that I had my own dish soap, as none was provided. I washed my dishes before using them, and unsurprisingly found bits of stuck-on food. There is only one small table and one chair to sit and eat, weird in light of three queen beds, and there being room for a bigger table The upstairs neighbors had children and dogs running back and forth from midnight until 1:30am. I was awake anyway, so I didn't complain, but I wouldn't stay on the ground floor again. Otherwise quiet.

In Our room 107 doesn't work the lights in tgw room and bathroom, only works a lamp, they have next to to the fridge. The plugs doesn't work ,if you found better price go for it

The stay was nice. Only thing I would recommend is having longer curtains for the living room and putting up curtains in the bedroom window. After 11 these bright lights come on all around the building and I found it hard trying to sleep

I needed an early check-in and Staff wasn’t available to check me in, so I wasn’t able to check in and I had to sleep in my vehicle. It was nonrefundable as well so I didn’t get my money back.
