James at the front desk and on Sunday morning breakfast duty was outstanding in his job - he was very professional and very helpful - unfortunately the Saturday morning breakfast person did not make it to work and the start time for that day started late (a lot of people waiting) - the lighting in our room was substandard, we read in bed and there were no side lights to do so. Work out room did not have TV or screens working on machines. We appreciated the clean facility and the location of this hotel. Again, James was the BEST EMPLOYEE we encountered during our stay. Thank you

Clean room and a Cane’s within short walking distance (the parking lot)! Bonus when you’re tired from a long drive. It was a safe area, which was important being a single woman traveling with a dog and driving a Uhaul. There is a walking trail to the back of the hotel that leads to the apts next door which made for a nice evening walk with the dog.

Would be rated way higher but something was wrong with the A/C and it was making some crazy noises all night and I only got about 3 hours of sleep. My son was already asleep so was a tough choice to call the main desk or just try and find some way to sleep through it since he was already asleep. Room 221

That staff were nice. The hotel was clean. They did not give me the room I booked. I had booked two queen beds for 4 people and was giving a king size room with a pull out. When I talked to the front desk I was told they over booked the rooms and didn’t have another room to give to us. I was told a manager would call me the next day, it is now two days after check in with no call from the manager.

We received a phone call from the Hampton at 1:00 on the day of checkin informing us the room confirmation would not be honored - we were informed that we would have to find lodging on our own. They attributed the issue to third party companies and Hampton having a problem in terms of connections in terms of reservations. This issue was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND THE Hampton and your company MUST resolve the issue or both will lose business. We will no longer use your service or the Hampton Inn.

I spent roughly 25-35 minutes waiting for someone to come to the front desk to check in. One gentleman came in and left after waiting 10 minutes and went to the Holiday Inn across the street. I called the front desk while sitting in lobby, 3 separate times, 10 minutes apart with no answer. On the 3rd call an employee walked out of the office to answer the phone. I told them it was me calling. Had I not already paid and it was nonrefundable, I would have we elsewhere.

The staff and the hotel itself was very nice. The area was very safe and close to a few shopping/eatery locations. However, after the six hour drive to this property, we were greeted with highway construction all night. I did not get two solid hours of rest with the constant thud of jack hammers and concrete busting all night from around 8pm until around 6am. I did inform the front desk clerk. The clerk informed me that is a known issue and they would not be giving a discount for the noise as it was th3 highway. I recomment anyone looking to stay at this property NOT stay on the odd numbered side of the building. If they assign a room on that side, request an even numbered room.

The breakfast was advertised as 6 a.m. - 10 a.m. On Saturday morning, they closed the doors at 9 a.m. saying there was no more food; however, there were still cereal, etc. A family came down along with a women with a walker, and they were all turned away. Very disappointing.

We enjoyed our one night stay. Clean, comfortable, nice helpful staff. Our only dissapointment was the Waffle irons were not working because of a faulty plug in, or waffle iron, and no one seemed to care, or help fix the problem. I had to tell them the issue, they were clueless. They never got it fixed. But the rest of the breakfast was great so we did not suffer😉😊
