The hotel was fully booked, but I managed to secure the last available room, which happened to be an accessible room. Overall, the hotel appeared clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were unable to provide any information about the hotel’s association with airline frequent-flyer programmes, which was disappointing. The biggest issue, however, was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower curtain had visible faeces on it, and judging by the appearance of the stain, it seemed to have been there for some time. This was extremely unpleasant and made me feel sick, to the point that using the shower was very difficult. The basin was also completely blocked. When I tried to clear it, numerous black particles came up and floated around in the basin, which was equally unpleasant. While the hotel itself appeared well maintained, the poor bathroom hygiene significantly affected my stay.
