Besides the bad experience with the check in on 8/5 the rest of staff was friendly. Hotel clean and comfortable, gym in good condition. The transportation to the airport is always a plus when I’m looking for a hotel while I’m traveling.

I had a great stay. The hotel was great. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. I was exhausted when I got to my room and all I wanted was a shower and my bed. This hotel delivered both - showers were clean, water was hot and water pressure was spot on. Beds were comfortable and I slept well. It was probably one of the quietest hotel stays I’ve ever had. Once my door closed, I heard nothing. For the price of the hotel, I was a bit disappointed that there was no pool/hot tub and that breakfast wasn’t complimentary but I didn’t have time for either of those things during this stay so not a deal breaker. Of note - you could use the pool at the hotel across the parking lot. And you could buy breakfast at the attached restaurant. Overall - would definitely return.

I choose this property because of the listed / pictured amenities specifically the pool and hot tub. So imagine my surprise and disappointment when checking in to find out that the property no longer had a pool or hot tub. When I shared that these were items I used in making my choice I was told there was nothing they could do for me. Very disappointed!!!!

Unfortunately, when I checked in i was charged again for the night by the night receptionist. I used the apps for 2 consecutive nights and have had issues both times. The girl at check in was super friendly however getting charged twice for a room is unacceptable. The hotel was rated 9.2 which I would expect from a double tree hotel however this hotel was run down and the non smoking rooms had a smoke smell.

Very nice newer hotel 5 minutes from the airport… 2 miles away is a nice “ suburb” with lots of dining options… very safe area… hotel was very well kept, king room was spacious and love the fridge and microwave in the room!

Stayed overnight at DoubleTree to celebrate birthdays at Johnny's with a group of 18, then catch an early flight the next morning. There were multiple HS girls volleyball teams staying in the hotel, and they were running up and down the halls, dribbling balls on doors, screaming, etc past 10pm. When I reported my concerns to the front desk, the response was "yes, we're aware. Sorry, nothing we can do." Other than that, the room was comfortable and clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to a delicious evening for our group at Johnny's.

Only negative was because our flight was delayed we arrived at 3am and it no one was at the front desk to assign us our room. The staff eventually came out but I’m sure they were sleeping

The room was clean. Beds were clean and comfortable with great pillows. The desk clerk when we checked in at7:30 pm Sat.9/6 was very unsociable. No welcoming.The services offered at the hotel like pool, fitness center or breakfast were not even mentioned. There were no smiles or pleasantries. My husband couldn't hear her. Seemed like she didn't want to be there. If this is your customer service, we were disappointed.

check in was a breeze. Staff was friendly and professional. I was told about the shuttle service that we could use to get back and forth to a festival at Waterworks Park. Staff was amazing at coordinating pick up, drop off, etc. Chloe was amazing and super helpful with all of this. The shuttle driver was absolutely amazing as well. Highly recommend this hotel!

went to the hot tub and on my attempt to get back into the room afterwards the card did not work so i got a new one from the front desk which also did not work then tried a 3rd new card which also didn't work upon returning to the front desk the man working tried to say i must not be doing it right because his scanner at the desk is showing it's working, he told me the maintenance guy is out of town so we'd have to wait for the airport shuttle driver to get back to try and break us into our room with a copper wire. doug was the shuttle driver and was very helpful he tried numerous times and could not get it then had to go drive more guests because they kept calling him but he left me the wire so i could keep trying and i finally was able to break into the room after 2 hours of being locked out and when all said and done i returned the wire to the front desk and i was the one apologizing to the front desk guy because he seemed so bothered by the inconvenience i was placing on him. because of this i also missed the show i was going to see that night. and was not offered any sort of discounted stay or voucher or anything for my trouble, safe to say i will never be booking here again.
