It was good. Room was dusty and mattress cover didn’t fit properly but other than that it was clean. Room position was noisy due to workmen on roof opposite. Also constant noise of bottles being emptied into bin through the night kept us awake. Lifts were slow and one was out of order for most of our stay. Location was great and close to everything. Central for liver building, pier head, Albert dock and Liverpool one shopping centre. It wasn’t clear which car park belonged to the hotel. Ended up parking in the next one up which actually worked out much cheaper. Breakfast was nice. Staff were lovely too.

Was a great stay. Rooms are fantastic except the bathroom door won’t stay open. It’s a very heavy thick door and auto closes . Very annoying you can’t keep it open. I’d suggest the hotel has door wedges in the room guests can use to prop open as going in and out gets annoying not to mention the noise it causes every time it slams shut. ( noise for other guests ) Also all the hotel halls have motion sensors to turn the lights on as you enter. You end up entering very dark hallways before each section lights up. A bit unnerving to enter a totally dark hall before the lights come on. I’d hope they could fix that. Otherwise great stay and helpful staff.

We loved our stay in Liverpool! The hotel’s location is optimal for walking around the city. We loved that we could do laundry!! There machines were easy to use and provided a text notification when your laundry was done. The rooms were great! We also ordered pizza that the hotel offered.

Terrible experience. No parking left on-site or even nearby. Bad directions to a parking place about a mile away. A/C broken the entire time so room was 80 degrees. Staircases and room floors were dirty. Yikes.

The location is just perfect! Lydia was en excellent guide! Gave us all the tips to go around Liverpool! The hotel is nice, modern, has 27/7 restaurant (pizza and small things) bar also. Rooms are spacious and with all the amenities! And more has fridge, dishwasher, kitchen utensils!

The property is well located and well equipped including laundry facilities on site (pay by tap) that were great and expensive (£3.40 wash/£2.40 dry). Our room had a well equipped kitchenette and a table/chairs for meals a small sofa to relax in while watching TV. Our unit was quite dusty with a layer of dust on the floor and on the bed frame shelf unit when we arrived. There were no housekeeping services during our 4 night stay. There was also mould in the shower and the whole unit smelled very musty which required 24/7 use of the AC to keep the air quality reasonable.

VIP status not recognised at all, just said didn’t have a clue what it was. Room smaller than looks in pics but generally well fitted out. Biggest problem was chair bed, not checked nor made when we had 3 people checked in. Mattress was stained and there were marks on protector. They did change the lot but really should have been checked.

Nice sizes studio, well appointed room and building, clean room and building. Well located. I would have given 5 out of 5 with no hesitation, but there was a foul, sewer like smell in bathroom. I suspect a bad trap or broken pipe. Cleaning personnel tried to cover it with strong chlorine-smelling disinfectant, but after chlorine was gone, sewer smell poped up.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Beautiful hotel with a great staff. The room was kinda big. There is no cleaning in the room if you stay there for 2 nights. The room was very dusty and the sheets on the bed was dirty. The bathroom was good and the shower was okey. We could'nt hear anything from the rooms next to us so the isolation is good.

The apartment was nice. The pull-out couch was not very comfortable. Great for two people, but not for four. The mattress covers on the couch mattresses had stains. The hotel is in a very nice location.

Stayed 4 nights for Beatles Week with 2friends in a room for 3. Although compact, it had everything we needed and was comfortable. Ideally situated for the waterfront area and a short walk up to the Mathew St area.

This is an almost top of the line stay. It's an apartment with hotel amenities. We had a two bedroom, two bath. It could sleep six, if needed. The bedrooms were big. The bathrooms are modern. The kitchen is large and fully functional. Bath towels are better than average. Plenty of outside light. Tile floors, lots of closets, everything we could ask for. We did not like the small "sideways" sinks in the bathrooms. Also, we wish that they would provide facial tissues. Bring your own shampoo and soap, if you're picky. They have those all in one dispensers that are environmentally friendly. But the liquid soap is generic. We did not have any food or drink there. But we did investigate. The buffet breakfast looked very appetizing with many choices. The bar serves a decent selection of beers and wines.

Excellent helpful and friendly staff. Problem at check in which was dealt with professionally and sorted . Ideal location for docks and city centre. Parking available at £15 next to hotel . Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance

From our check in with Rebecca and Amelia to our checkout with Lidia and Maddie our stay was brilliant. What amazing staff, so kind and caring. Nothing was a problem and the girls were so helpful and knowledgeable. We didn’t have anything planned and on check in so Rebecca suggested the Christmas Markets and the restaurant strip, both were amazing. The next day Lidia recommended we walk to the docks and stop at Rough Handmade - a must visit!! Great coffee and pastries. Then on to the Cathedral which was breathtaking!! Thank you to all the girls for making our stay a 10/10 !! (The pizza we ordered for room service was also delicious)

3 nights as part of a bigger holiday. Hotel was in a great location & met all our needs. Staff were fabulous & offered advice on things to see in Liverpool. Staff were also very helpful when we had an electrical problem in our apartment. It was dealt with professionally & quickly & compensation offered.

Upon Checkin, the manager on duty was rude and would not listen. We had inquired with Expedia about a room upgrade but had not committed to one. The manager insisted that we had and would not check us in unless we paid an upgrade charge. He would not listen and was very difficult. As we were getting on elevator, we heard him laughing about the interaction with other employees. Later in evening, he stopped us as we were returning from dinner and told us that any guest that came to our room would have to leave by 9:00 pm.

My friends and I travelled here for the Eras Tour, the hotel reception had Taylor Swift decor and it really was such a nice touch! Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean! The 24 hour food service was majorly convenient too. The location of the hotel was perfect, so close to Liverpool One. The check out process was very quick and easy. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Nice place. Very comfortable room and spacious. Parking right at the shopping mall below was convenient. Comfortable. By the way, mall was top notch, though we did not shop. Had some convenient restaurants on site. Food at or stay was very limited. Very good location. Expensive stay in our opinion.
